I got an awesome deal and it was a great customer experience. Joey was very professional and took the time to assist me in transferring my data, recommending best care and products. That was especially important since I am technology challenged. They were all very friendly and helpful!! I would definitely recommend this Verizon store!

I made appointment at 1pm for upgrade all family members phone. We were there at 12:50pm, but he said to come back 1 hour later because he has to takes care of walk in customer. So rude! Usually appointment customer get first service than walk in customer. It is common sense!I DO NOT recommend to go there. There are a lot of other Verizon Stores.

Had an extremely pleasant experience with this store. I had come in to upgrade my phone, and had the pleasant opportunity to work with Cayman and Ray. They were a fantastic help, super polite, and overall provided me with a fantastic service. When I ran into issues with my account, they were patient and helped me resolve the problem as soon as possible. Trust this store and its employees 100%!

The working store manager threatened violence against me after I asked questions about specific information they were giving to fellow customers that was likely untrue. Not only were they lying about technical information in order to upsale unnecessary items to customers, they threatened to meet me when they get off of work to settle the matter personally. On top of this, they would not process a completed device order I made while waiting in the store. I would not recommend visiting this branch. You might just get jumped!

My experience at this location today was exceptional. Edvardo spent over an hour helping me choose a new phone and set up service. Im a senior citizen with limited technical knowledge. I sincerely appreciated Edvardos assistance.

Worst Service ….I ordered my phones for BOGO back in December, they said phones were back ordered and said it would take 2-4 weeks and would give me call when they arrived at the store. there were several follow-ups thru phones and in person to get the updates. Finally the phones arrived at a day and they didnt care to call that the phones were there. I tracked my new phones confirming they got delivered to the store called them up, they said that they didnt even get the phones. I told them that I see the phones delivered and then they said I drop by at the store and get my phone switched. Now there is a mix up with my phones as it took look long Verizon has expired that request, now they suggested to reorder the phones again cancelling the offer the i signed up for. They just keep you waiting and making you run in circles. They said they would contact the district manager and let me know but didnt get a call regarding the confirmation till now.

Terrible customer service. The representative working on Sunday basically kicked me out of his store and wouldnt assist me. I had a question about my bill and to ask assistance with signing up for Verizon veteran discount plan. The man was unwilling to assist. Said he might have time for me in a hour and half. There was only 1 customer in the store. I recommend using different verizon location than this one. Definitely not friendly to veterans.

COLLIN at the Verizon store at Eldorado and Custer is the man to see. He is good at multitasking and helping multiple customers at once which helps get you in and out. My experience in the past at another location was long and very unprofessional. Kudos to him for his great customer service!!!

Store hours are from 12-6 on Sundays. We arrived at 12:03 and the door was locked. Peaked inside and made eye contact with one of the workers. After another 10 min wait, we had to call the store to see why they werent open yet. Worker stated it was due to a technical issue (why couldnt they opened the door and told us in person??) By this time there were at least 6 other customers in line waiting, all of which were looking in the store to witness the workers there not acknowledging any of us. At 12:45 we made the decision to leave. Ive been a Verizon member for over 10 years now, and will NEVER go to this location again.**Management- please get employees that have better customer service, communicate with customers better, and can comply with the store hours as posted on the windows. Otherwise this store wont last very long.

Super poor customer service in dealing with an initial business account set up that has created major billing issues. Many promises were made and not kept by the store manager to resolve the matter. Multiple trips and phone calls that have costs me time and money to try and resolve. Update: After a week of back and forth, they finally adjusted our bill.

The manager of this store promised to give me unlimited data and hotspot while in Mexico (almost two months there). Got nothing!! I had to buy a Motorola cell there! Got back and a cinic smile and then treated me like trash. Terrible service!! Will never go back to that store. I am thinking to switch to another company!! Terrible service!! And his workers are just like him. He sets up the example!! 22 years with Verizon. Time to switch!! 🤮

Not sure WHY the other people that reviewed this location negative! THIS Verizon is awesome! Was very quick upgrading my device. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right phone for me. I go in time to time to get help with my phone if I have issues, the staff are always very helpful. And for everybody saying that they charge $20 to seting up a phone It is actually worth it! I didn’t want to lose anything on my old!

Store is awesome. Everyone is always helping out. It sucks that upper management distracts from the real purpose of customer service and pushes for higher profit every chance they get.Ask for $20 set-up fee to be waived or youll be stuck with it.

This company use to be a good company . I have worked for this company for almost three years . The company constantly is opening new locations throughout the United States . Recently, the company changed commissions, insurance policies, and have become strict on hours . With that beinh said, the company released the new commission structure and wanted to make it seem great . When we actually started the new commission structure, we found out that the company cut our commissions by over 50%. They are changing our insurance policies to where the employees have to come out of pocket more and the insurance deductibles are increased .This company use to be awesome, but they are screwing their employees because they are greedy and consistently want to open new stores for more money, but they are screwing their selfs because these new stores are not producing what they expected them to produce .Oh and for customers, go to corporate locations, victra charges a set up fee of $21 just to buy a phone. It’s absolutely redundant.

I usually dont go to this store,but I only had to get a new SIM card for my phone so after seeing horrible reviews also I went. The guy charged me 10USD for a SIM card.When I told him I have done this before and it always free of cost he explained me if its completely new SIM you have to pay. Thats why I asked him a copy of my purchase (Image attached). When I reached home the Bill says my total is 0 USD . Its fraud. Please dont go to this store.

I was contemplating on wether to write a review on this store about 4 months ago. I have to say, the new staff and manager are ALOT better! I went in on a Monday afternoon to get a new phone and was greeted by Anisha even though she was with a customer already she was very polite and had recommended me to look around and play with each phone. After the Manager was done with his customer he greeted me and was very excited for me to get the new iPhone X and was happy to get the processed started for me. At the end of the day this store has improved and I high recommend this Verizon.

This looks to be a new loction and Its unfortunate that our experience here was so subpar, as we are probably walking talking Verizon wireless and Samsung commercials around here. While the young lady we spent time with was extrordinarily friendly, she apparantly knew very little about either of our devices Mine was an upgrade, my sons was a new Ipad purchase. In both cases, the activiations were improper, leaving our old devices working and no new device. She also told us about two promotions that were already expired. Fortunately, we were able to turn around and run out to a different location (Eldorado and Dallas Parkway) where as always our service was great, and fast.

Bad experiences. I bought a new phone with a screen protector and it had warranty. After three days it fell I went to them the refused to change it. I had to return the phone and from the $152 that I paid they only returned $27

This store is terrible they over charge you for everything. Prices are more here than any other store I been too. The charge for a 20 set up fee per device just to activate a phone and a upgrade fee on the bill. Even the accessories are way over price.
