Had a great experience with Mason. Went in to switch some phones around. It was a long process and they turned on cartoons for my antsy toddler. Mason was patient, professional and helpful. Not only did he resolve all my issues but he also got me set up with some other services I had been wanting for a great deal. 10/10 would recommend this store. All four of the guys working were great. I’m impressed and will be using them for my phone needs from now on.

Just spent time getting 4 lines switched to AT&T from T-Mobile. Mason Babcock was my sales associate and he was amazing. He new about all the plans, discounts, and the phones. Super patient and helpful. If you are going to switch or stay with AT&T stop and wait if you have to for Mason, he will not disappoint, he is at the Hwy 423 and Eldorado location in Frisco/Little Elm. As a consumer of at&t for years and still a customer its completely frustrating that I have to leave a comment like this. I upgraded my phone and gave them my prior device and they never turned it in. I called corporate and they said since it happened at a store the store has to help me with the transaction even though I provided the reference number and everything for the trade in. The store manager will not return my phone calls and will not call me to leave a status update. Beyond mind blown at this point. So ready to cancel all phone lines and leave at&t for good. Love seeing a $916.29 bill that shouldnt be there.

Ben went above and beyond to determine if my phone was capable of using the AT&T network. He replaced the SIM card and verified that it was capable. He was very helpful and knows his stuff.

Store Representative (Ryan Beattie) at the Little Elm location was very prompt and courteous upon my arrival and immediately took action for my needs, He was very respectful and knowledgeable, He shared his persistent patience until my problem was resolved and was willing to fight until the store closed and beyond, Thank you Ryan for being the best of what AT&T has to offer and because of people like you I will remain a loyal customer as I have been since 2006 when it was Cingular wireless.

I wish I could give 0 if the option is available. The service is BAD. No one knows what they are doing. Messed up my AT&T account and unable to fix it. Had to go to store for more than 5 times and waited for more than 1 hours each time to see if someone can help me. Very very disappointed... I don’t recommend anyone to go here and have a bad experience. I will talk tomorrow with Jesse ( Store manager ) to see if he is able to fix the situation.

We called the store with several questions about changing our service from sprint to AT&T, and Faheem was more than helpful, patient and answered all of our many questions. We then went into the store and he again assisted us and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Going to modify, buy or have anything to do with cell phones is one of my least favorite things to do, but thank goodness we stumbled on this location being new to the area, because this visit was not only far less painful than most others, but actually very pleasant! I was dreading a necessary Saturday visit to an AT&T shop as my experience has always been long waits and poor customer service. I chose the closest shop to my new home, was warmly greeted and told Id be seen shortly. Went in today to talk about upgrading our son’s phone to be compatible with an Apple Watch he just received for Christmas. We were lucky enough to get Jesse to help us. He was fantastic! He is suer knowledgeable about all things ATT and Apple phone related. He went above and beyond to check our bill, and was able to bring down our monthly bill by about $45. He explained all of our charges and even told us how we could save another $12 a month by calling ATT CS to update our protection plan to something that better suits us. We ended up purchasing the iphone11. He set it up and put the screen protector and case on for us which he also gave us a 50% off coupon for. We’ve never had such a pleasant and helpful experience dealing with our phones before. Definitely ask for Jesse if you go in. He’s wonderful!

WORST SERVICE EVER. THIS STORE IS NOT EVEN A BUSY STORE. Walked on 12/22 and WAS NOT GREETED BY ANYONE. Two male employees was with a customer and did not greet me or tell me they would be with me momentarily.15 minutes later a woman walks in and they greet her. They told her they would be right with her. THE LIGHT SKIN MALE WITH THE CURLY HAIR told the 3rd employee when she walked back in that the lady was next and no one else was waiting. Clearly I am not invisible. No one even told me there was a sign in sheet. If you so not have any brains and eyes, why do you even have a job? I have been standing in that store for 15 minutes, it is a small store with no hiding spots. Do not ever go to this brainless store. These employees will not last a second in a REAL AT&T STORE. Therefore I was never greeted or helped. I left the store without anyone speaking a word to me. I came in to buy my wife an iphone that she wanted, but clearly I walked out empty handed. I feel really sorry for the owner of this store. Replace the light skin guy with curly hair. He saw me walk in and did not say one word to me. Thank you for nothing.

The store employees took care of us and I had a great experience getting new service. It was quick and painless.

The installer was 30 minutes late, but he called and told me he was going to be late. That is a big plus in my book. He connected my computer, installed my TV service and my house phones. He answered all my questions and explained how to work everything. Could not ask for any better service.

Anita was great help and got my wife and I taken care of with little hassle.

My wife and I came into the store to obtain a business cell phone line, as well as business internet for our new business in Celina. Everything with the phone went smoothly, however the back end of the internet turned into a mess when it came time to install and activate it because of old wiring in our old building and the first technician left telling us that we needed to call our electrician back out with zero instruction on what to have him do. Being left with no information and confused, I continued to call fiber support and was redirected or hung up on 3-4 times, so I returned to the Frisco store where I previously received GREAT customer service from Robert! Robert got to the bottom of this with the manager and handled it within a couple of days. They expedited the install and activation, sent out a new tech, then within that same day 3 trucks arrived to run fiberoptics up and across the telephone poles over street and we had internet within a couple of hours. We are grateful for the customer service that this store and Robert provide. Not to mention they compensated us for the disorganization by removing the activation fee. Thank you Frisco AT&T and Robert!

Alvin was the nicest guy. Dont go with anyone else. He wasnt pushy like the rest of the guys there. He ended up activating my iPhone even though I didnt buy it there. My previous experience there the rest of the guys are careless and pushy.
