Great deals on just about anything from clothes to household items... tools...food... you name it theyve got it or can get it at a much more reasonable cost than most placesThis is theyre gazebo which is very nice and comes in 3 big boxes... installation was a bit of a pain but at the end of it all it looks super nice and is well built👌

Great place to go shopping and wholesale to save money. Friendly staff and environment. I love using the app at the store because it makes it easier than pulling out your card and use your card from your app. Every staff member is always helpful even if its not their department I have been going here to this location for 5+ years as a Black card exclusive member.

Its Costco! LoL But... More and more of the workers have stopped being helpful. My dad and I asked someone in an aisle if he could help us find something and all he said was sorry Im new I dont know where that is. Then he walked away. No, but let me find out or wait a second and let me grab someone who does.... Nothing 🤷🏽🤦🏽 I get youre new, weve all been new before. But try harder and do better

Went to the pharmacy to get a vaccination. They are completely pro patient they process is informative and the questionnaire covers a lot of ground .

This Costco isnt as good as the Abby location. The cashiers are much slower and not as friendly as Abby employees. But overall its Costco! One of my fave stores. ❤

I like how this store is set up and how easy it is to find everything that I need from patio lighting to great food selection and all the drink options that they have is awesome, Ive gone to other stores and they are just not the same plus for our big family this a great buy for bulk. Samplers are back!!!!! Alot of good stuff. Felt good not having to stand in a long line to get in. We didnt have one cart. We had 3 carts full of stuff.

Costco rocks, just be prepared to drive around looking for a parking spot and long lines at the register, no matter what day or time. I give props to the employees though, they hustle on getting you through the lines pretty fast.

Went in for one item..got through cashier pretty quick.. then waited in a long line for staff to check reciept before walking out.. only one person checking receipts.. omg..

After driving 3 hours to get an item Costco is discontinuing (that my Mom loves), the staff was wonderful. Greeter knew exactly where it was, the check out lady was amazingly efficient, and the gentleman watching the carts for loading helped me get it in the car quickly and efficiently. Felt like a Nascar pit stop work a super pleasant crew. The store staff in administration who had helped me 3 days ago when I called were also excellent. Thank you for making my Mom happy for Mothers Day. I stocked up with enough supplies to keep her happy till next Mothers Day.

Walked in to buy something and i got as far as the registers then some employees stoped me and asked to see my card. Was told cant come in without a member card, told them i was a executive member but didnt have a card but was on record. They took me to customer service area to get another one, nobody else was denied entry or asked to see their card.

I like the self service check out I usually buy a few items so this is convenient for me.

From groceries, to home furnishings, clothing, decor, pet supplies, tires, a bakery, and more, Costco has a variety of nice items. They also sell prescription eyeglasses and have their own gas station as well.

Very rude customer service a lady name bea was extremely rude she let customers infront of us do separate transaction you could hear her clearly state “were not allowed to do this but i’ll allow it” but when we ask if we could she said no were not allowed too so theyre unfair and picking and choosing who can do what and they only allowed us 2 waters but this one couple had 6 waters so theyre really unfair

I live in the sf bay area, I went to Fresno just to bring my cat to the vet, having time to spare I went to Costco. To my surprise I found so many items for 20% or more under the bay areas costco prices. I made all my weekly shopping there:)I recommend this costco

Shaw is aweful i will never come here again i had the worst experience today and i never felt this at any other costco, so i purchased something at 7:00 costed about 1000$ and i tried to tip the person that helped me load and i dropped the reciept i returned at 7:40 after i tried to tie everything down on my truck to membership the guy that helped load it was awesome. And said nicely he couldnt take tip which is okay. And i understood. But like i said i dropped reciept. And i went into membership line and asked if i can get a copy after i tied everything down and they said sure but i would need to go further instore to the restroom at item pickup. Well i was greeted by EAMTRANA username i believe i just was curious and asked her for a simple copy of reciept and she treated me horribly and i felt so degrated i didnt even mind if i had to wait outside for reciept but she made this so much more complicated and treated me horribly i never ever have written a bad review but man im sorry this troubled me today she helped me at member pick up at 19:38 01/05/2021Everyone else was nice but man she is evil and im a nice guy but man please noone elese get helped by her i wish i was never helped by this person this has made me super sad and upset and i feel disappointed...... never felt like this.... or wrote a review like this. Member #119909954844..... i will still go to clovis and abby costco disappointed noone will even care...

The supervisor Misty and cashier David are arguably the most ignorant and unprofessional workers I have ever met. I went in with my 7 year old daughter to purchase paper towels for my mother-in-law (elderly) to help her out during this pandemic. She offered her membership card like she always has and I have always used.Upon walking up to the register, the cashier David immediately questioned me and confiscated my card and refused my purchase. I asked for the supervisor and a girl named Misty came over. David leaned over and whispered in her ear and she too immediately denied my purchase and aggressively stated the card would stay with them and my mother-in-law would have to come in to reclaim it.She eventually allows me to purchase the items but retains the card. I reluctantly agree to it as it had already been a frustrating and embarrassing 15 minutes. To make matters worse, the gentleman named David stares at me, moves my cart aside, and begins to ring up the person behind me. I told him Misty said I could purchase the items but did not attempt to call her until I stood at the register and asked several times if he was going to ring them up. Misty confirmed with him to allow my purchase after failing to do so in the beginning.No compassion, no compromise.

The cosco on Clovis was very unhelpful so we came to this cosco. We found 1 last light that we needed for a wedding. Then purchases all the wine and drinks and food needed for the wedding. They had everything we needed. The store was surprisingly clean and there was only 1 sample guy set up which Im happy to see. Its very dirty all the people who walk past those sample foods toughing and breathing all over spreading germs. The register lady was polite and helping waiting for us to run back and grab some lights we forgot. The bagger was rushing and dropped a cake but it was no problem to get a replacement cake. Over all being in the holiday season and being a wholesale food store they were well cleaned and helpful service unlike the Clovis location.

Always a good experience. With the installation of self checkout, the wait is much shorter.

This review is for an employee, Tuck. Anytime he has worked, cashier, gas attendant or the floor he has always greeted customers with a smile and friendly disposition. I wish I could say this about all. Charles is also a great employee! I prefer Riverparks Costco. Almost all the employees I pass speak and are happy and willing to help out! So I would rather give them my sales. But Tuck and Charles are a joy to see and be helped by. Many Shaw & 99 Costco employees need customer service classes, sadly. If they could be on the same level as Riverpark Id be happy to give them my business.

Bought 8 cases of water waited a 20 minute line just to find out there was a limit of 2 cases per member. There was no sign that I had seen. Cashier and manager were rude. I suspect they eat too much soy products.

Some great deals for bulk purchases however whatever you dont need in bulk your better off shopping at wal-mart or a similar store for better deals.

The Shaw and 99 Costco has always been a favorite for me. The parking lot is big and not really ever a hassle to find front row parking. Its an easy feat to get costco and winco done in an acceptable amount of time.Staff is always friendly and they seem to be keeping everything sanitized well.

Parking was crazy packed & the parking area could have been designed better for bigger vehicles. Other than that this Costco was almost the same as all the others, including having different prices than the other Costcos.

Good customer service! All outside carts cleaned as customers return them. In and out much faster pace and food court still awesome although we can no longer eat inside. I feel safe as one staff asked a maskless individual to wear mask or leave.

Who doesnt like Costco? If ur not buying non-perishable items in bulk u r losing $100s monthly. The intro fee is made up in 1st month. Do urself a favor and get a calculator out and figure it out for urself! Dont just take my word... basic algebra and an excel spreadsheet will bring u to the same conclusion with complete confidence in these uncertain times

Bought my gas at Costco. Thats the only place I buy fuel for my Ford F150. The price is always the best and the rewards I get for my Costco Citi card every year make it even better. I also shop at the warehouse or online for Costco. Been with Costco many years.

I like to go to there food court. Thats what I do when I need to go there. They are very good at serving you really fast. They have always been very nice and friendly. They have good food for a good price.

This branch is quite sporadic. Not as orderly as the other Costco that I also go to.

Shouldve brought these for my grand-babies when I was at Costco but HAD to buy TP wipes,napkins and food.
