Store is always to pack, they need more cashiers, store is dirty. I understand the amount of people, but thats no excuse. They can do better. Stop being lazy Walmart. Theres plenty of people that need jobs... Problem solved

Hi i just wanted to write about what a horrible experience i just had with the manager Roseanne at this location store number 2001. I have a heart problem and ill i wanted was to purchase a Christmas tree they had on sale and refuse to sell it to me and didnt even let me explain anything to her she kept cutting me off. I wasnt feeling good no more so i left the store. This manager should get stripped of her position and put a better manager at this store.

I usually hate coming here and rarely ever do. but in this case i had to. when i asked a worker where the scanning price checkers were at, he was really rude. i asked him and he was talking to me without even acknowledging me or looking at me. the floors are really dirty. dont go here. its really just unorganized and packed all the time.

I had a bad experience with the manager at this store. Her name is Roseanne. Well this manager didnt want to sell me an item that was on sale online and in-store, she was being very rude and did not want to hear anything i had to say, she just kept shutting me off and saying no no no. Maybe she was just having a bad day or needs to be retrained or should not be working as a manager. They need to find better manager that are going to respect the customer.

Worst customer service. Not only was my Walmart order delayed for hours later when I went to get it there were only a couple of other cars and it took them about 30 minutes to even come out after checking in. After they loaded our stuff we get home and more than half our order is missing. Cases of water gallons of milk. And Walmart will do nothing about it, just basically rob you. . AND if you go inside you will be dealing with nothing but attitudes because all the employees act like it’s not their job to help you with anything.

Don’t come here if you appreciate good service because ain’t no way you’ll find it here. I would review this place as a negative if possible. Don’t waste your time cause they sure will.

I LOVE Walmart!!! Its just about got everything you need covered. For me its almost a one stop shop. If only they had feeder fish and the brand of turtle food I use it would be. If you havent been here I recommend checking it out. Youll be glad you did. I was.

Essentials for road trip. Not bad bought a microwave for $70 works great and fits perfectly in cabinet in Semi truck.

I think they have a thing against Racial colors like me because Everytime I try to cash a check they always tell me NO. I can recall a time that another person tried they told them the same. But it rated a five star because they always have a McDonalds inside

My experience at Walmart today was not pleasing I needed help at the paint section there was no where no one to help me there was one lady that works there she said the guy went for lunch waited like 35 minutes when the guy finally arrived he said he wasnt done with lunch we had a practically begum to help us out not going back to that Walmart anymore thats the Walmart on Kings canyon

The store was not cooled. Just under hot; not comfortable to shop. I left as fast as I could. Wet cat food is always out here. Very nice and helpful associate at self check out.

This Walmart didnt have much of a selection. I purposely went to Walmart to get a few items that were on their website so I wouldnt have to pay for shipping, that comes two days later. No success. Walmart does not cater to customers needs on the Eastside like it does on the Northside. Why is that?

Walmart is Walmart, nothing really special to say about Walmart. The neighborhood defines the type of Walmart you will be experiencing.

I rate it a 1 bc I cant rate a ZERO...this rating is for the fact there is NEVER an Associate at the location that cuts keys, where all the camping gear, sports gears and storage stuff like plastic bins. Then on top of that there is NEVER anyone checking the location to see if anyone needs help.Also, these people they put in designated departments should know about the items and prices of the items in the dept they will be working in. It is SO FREAKING ANNOYING...This Walmart has the WORST way of managing their departments and where and how to place staff and the training is par if that. My GIVE year old can do better job at figuring out what one Associate could not and that was where the heck the dish towels were.We go here by its closer. So, its convenient also due to location...otherwise wed go elsewhere.On average our experiences since we moved into this area would be a 6 stars...

Dont always have everything you go there for. Its there for a few weeks and then they never have it again. Vegetables are not always the best, especially the cucumbers. For some reason their cucumbers are always going soft. Sometimes you buy something and when you get home you realize it isnt complete and/or broken. This place is really a place to go when there is no other choice. They always have super long line, even the self checkout. But the cashiers are always great and make the visit better.

Its ok. I try my best not to go here. My shopping experience is never smooth here. Maybe I should try going during the early morning. There have been at least two situations where there was an incident with customers stealing and driving quickly away while I was crossing the street. There are horrendously long lines even at the self check out. Best to avoid this place unless you really need to get all your shopping at one place. But if you only get groceries, WinCo is alternative and not that far away. Much better experience there.

The cashiers seem to be improving in attitude. The greeters are not as rude as they used to be. What hasnt changed are the floor workers, the last thing I want to hear is you say that you dont know where an item is then proceed to walk away

Please update pick up order system online. It says I have 4 and a half day to pick up the order but the worker told me its only 48 hrs for pick up now which I was not aware of, the online system gave me false or old information so I wasted my time and ⛽. However workers were polite so I rated 2 instead of 1 star.

I have always loved Walmart supercenter could do all my shopping food wise hygiene a household clothing toys etc etc etc car items theres just about a little bit of everything in Walmart stores I always brag about how Walmart have great Walmart is the prices are very good the staff and employees mostly are very friendly you get a few here and there but thats normal they help you as much as they can the lines are sometimes a little bit long and not moving quickly enough sometimes they dont have enough of the lines open towards closing to get everybody through faster they should really open more at that time instead of less to get them out on time for them to close Id still recommend that store in fact I do my family my friends most people I know go to Walmart on a regular basis

I was stupid to go to Walmart two days before school starts! They had a GREAT VARIETY of supplies (school, house, food, everything!) But I was shocked to find the vagasil in locked cases!? Anyway, the lines were so long that I actually considered leaving, but I touged it out. I realized that even with the amount of people there was, if youre nice and polite, then others will be too! AMAZING! So my time in the packed store wasnt that bad. I had good & fast customer service (when needed) and got everything I went for!

Store was messy, all isles had items on the floor. Employees seemed disinterested in helping when asked. Toys isles were pretty much empty... As in no toys. Not enough cashiers on duty. This was around 6pm in the afternoon on a weekday.

I had a 100 dollar bill and the things I bought All together it was 9.56. I got 70.44 instead of 90.44. Im missing 20 dollars. It was my fault for not checking before i left so I recomend you make sure u check before you leave the store. I didnt notice till 6 hours later. (I have bad grammar) Im not sure if I can get my money back.

Ive always liked this Walmart, it is reasonably clean and always has everything I need. I recommend going in the morning, there is less people and everything is freshly restocked.

Horrible experience, more than once I have had to go search for a working shopping cart when entering store...I go back outside to parking lot to find one.Also this location only has 2 or 3 scooter carts for the disabled customers...my mom was trying to make it through but had a very difficult time...I wanted at the front door and never could get a scooter for my poor mom.Then at checkout the cashier was telling me not to take all of her grocery bags for my groceries because she was running low I said what am I supposed to do I need bags? I ended up complaining to a manager who did apologize but I was still very unhappy with my visit there.I will be trying to find another location when I take my mom grocery shopping. Personally I tried to go anywhere else other than Walmart.

My return was fast easy and best of all I didnt have to wait 3 days for my money to appear back into my account, its was automatically refunded and available too me.

Waited 10-15 minutes for someone to open the paint case. Everyone I asked about it was fairly rude. Lines stretching into food and clothing departments with minimal movement. I left and just decided my projects could wait and ordered online. Severely understaffed, severely inexperienced or incompetent employees😐.

Gets very tiring going to get something and having to leave because the lines are ridiculously long and they only have 3 lines open. I go to any other Walmart especially on the other side of town and its never like this only this walmart and always seem to be out of bags again only this walmart. And they cant blame the pandemic because this has been going on since before the pandemic. Its management and it needs to be fixed!!!

Cant help but say it has just about everything you need... but the thought that most everything there is made in China and how badly they treat their workers deters me from shopping here often, but still appreciate a store that can provide just about anything you need under one roof albeit its made with poor quality. It was my first time going to a Walmart Supercenter. My hubby found his favorite iced tea drink that he hasnt had in a long time. We were at Fresno for a couple days for a State Wrestling tournament my son and team was in. We bought like six jugs to take home. You have everything you need there.

I called back the next day and when I was finally put through the manager was so rude and short with me before I had even started talking. There were 2 employees which I assumed are supervisor or supervisor assistant just standing there while I have merchandise ready to pay. I could’ve pay at the front register, but I needed to buy a fishing license. Target, high five, or anywhere else would’ve helped me in a heart beat if there were an customer who needed help.
