This was one of the best tire experiences I ever had. Felt safe being that they obeyed all the social distancing rules. Jarred was extremely helpful and got me on an action plan to get new tires right away. Was a real expert and explained why it was necessary to get a new set and even gave me a great deal. I love this place! The customer service is beyond my expectations considering other places I have dealt with. The communication is more than enough and I have yet to have to bring my car back in for an issue that has already been addressed. The prices are more than reasonable and the environment is very reassuring, calming and inviting. I pray I have no other problems with either of my cars but if I do this is my go to spot. Depending on the extent of the issue they have even provided me with same day service and completion on my vehicles. Thank you all for your great work ethic and hospitality.

Best place in town to get good, safe tires at an affordable price and for all vehicles. All the guys there are great, they take care of their customers well. Just went there today and they had me in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Anthony and Javier are great guys, and this shop does quality work. My mother has taken her car here for years, and Ive been taking my vehicles here for the last two years. I have never had a problem with their work. I did have an issue with a faulty radiator that they installed, and they took care of the problem, no questions asked, no additional fees, and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled correctly. I have recommended this shop to everyone I know who is looking for even the smallest auto repairs. Mechanics shops are notorious for being untrustworthy, and people usually hate auto repairs because they fear being ripped off. I can say with full confidence this is a quality, trustworthy, and reputable shop.Update: Just wanted to provide a quick update. I needed tires for my car, called around to a lot of different shops (Costco, Americas Tire Co, etc) and Goodguys had the best deal hands down. I saved over $100 on tires. This time I worked with Jared who put in a little extra work for me to get the best tire for the best price that also had a warranty as well. Again, I couldnt be happier with the service and products I got from this place.

After traveling to Fresno, I went to check on my tire pressure which had gone a little low overnight. The Jiffy Lube down the street said I needed a new tire. Thank goodness I went to Good Guys Tire Center. It was revealed that nothing was wrong with my tire after they took it off my car and checked it (something Jiffy Lube did not do). They made sure that my car was in order and sent me on my way. Honesty and Integrity are two things I highly value and Good guys Tire has both of those qualities.

This family owned shop is one of those rare finds. Whether it be professionalism, excellent service, or quick and efficient repairs, I have yet to be disappointed. The one and only complaint that I have is that these guys cant be cloned. Shame.

I went to end to have a flat fixed on my Kia and it ended up that I needed three tires. They were bald and falling apart. I asked what it would cost for four tires and an alignment. After hearing the price I said lets do it! It was affordable and they got me out of there in 20 minutes! The service was awesome and the guys that work there are really nice. Now I feel safe driving. These guys are awesome!

My tire light came on so I stopped here. The people were so nice. He put air in my tires and explained to me that in cold weather the pressure goes down. I didnt need tires but will be sure to go back when I do.

This is a first class shop. Ive been going here for years they regularly go above and beyond and are very accommodating. If I need it they tell me, if I dont need it they are honest. Ive sent several friends to them. I highly recommend, if youre looking for a good shop, these guys are it.

I trusted this shop and the only thing this shop cares about is profit. I spoke to the manger today. About my last oil change. My oil filter didn’t have a gasket around it.The reason I know is because I changed it myself. I asked the manager why and his answer was thank God it didn’t leak! I couldn’t believe he told me that. Then he said when humans are involved there will be mistakes. He never apologized. My perception of this conversation with the manager. I got the impression that he gets these kind of calls quiet frequently by how fast he responded! His arrogance made it very clear that he didn’t care about me or my car. By the way thank God that it didn’t leak all my oil out and thank God my engine still runs good. This place is definitely suspect and all bad!!

Car was vibrating a bit when braking. Went in to have front rotors replaced. Worked well for a month or so. Then it started vibrating again when braking. Took it to another mechanic and was told the rotors were not replaced. Went back to Goodguys. They were very courteous and said they would look at the car. When they said they finished, I asked if they looked at the rotors and the owner simply said, No. We dont do bad work. He was quite nice, but refused to do anything about it.

They have always helped me out..even on a very short notice. John is an amazing person..lends a helping hand in a time of need. Javier is also such a great representative for the company. .no need to look for any other place. Trust me, perfect customer service.

I took my vehicle in to have a diagnostic run to find out why my check engine light was on. they called me later on in the afternoon to tell me that it was due to an issue with my engine (low pressure on cylinder 6). They could have provided me with a estimate for the repairs instead they went the extra mile and contacted the dealership to determine if I still had warranty or not. Turned out I did. They saved my a fortune... the dealership had to replace my engine. I will always return to them for their honesty and integrity no matter how small of a need it may be.. In fact my car is there right now.. They have always treated me with respect and honesty which is very difficult to find these days... Many Thanks to all the guys who work here.. These men tell YOU if anything you need replaced is under warranty. They are polite and on your side. Top notch work. Quickly done. Place inside and outside to wait for work to be completed.

I took my car in and told them to install new brakes. They could have but, instead, later that day they called me and said, Your brakes are fine - you dont need new ones. Wow, such honesty and integrity. I have been taking my car there ever since and have always been treated very well. And, no, I have no relation to the business whatsoever other than being a happy and satisfied customer.

The staff at Goodguys Tire Center are so hardworking and knowledgeable. They are always swamped, but they find a way to get the job done in a timely manner.I was really surprised to find out they fix the most complicated vehicle maintenance issues. Tom is a wizard of vehicle electrical issues- the car whisperer. He is so knowledgeable and competent, I know the job will be done right.The owner John is always at his shop. He definitely hires the best people and is a really nice person to do business with.

If I could rate this place half star I would. DONT go to this place. Bad customer service and very unprofessional staff. Apparent store owner cant seem to distinguish the difference between providing good service to bragging about how he doesnt need your money. Cocky and rude. I needed honesty and someone that cares about doing right for me and car. So disappointed.

Good guys beat Les Schwab, hands down! If u have painted rims, goodguys got u covered! Les Schwab will only scratch ur rims and want u to sign a release of liability. Its not complicated to not damage a rim during tire changes or patches.

Very bad customer service. I stood in their store waiting to buy some tires. The guy at the front counter chatted with a female customer about everything under the sun while they both stared at me. When they couldnt come up with anything else to talk about, she left but instead of helping me, he picked up the phone and said he will be right with me (when he noticed that I was leaving). There was another guy to the left of him that just stared at him when I left. I went down the street. I will not be shopping there again.

I dont know how they do it! They absolutely demolish any other shops prices and they have great service. I drive all the way from Clovis whenever I need work done. Definitely the best shop in Fresno.
