Automotive Pros by far is the best automotive related shop in the state of California. I’ve been going to this shop for a few years now, and let me say they are extremely professional and don’t cut corners when it comes to the quality of their work. They’ve worked on several of my vehicles, ranging from electrical work, alternator replacement, engine swap, transmission swap, diagnostics, you name it.I’ve visited several other shops throughout the state and have even been scammed twice where I had to get a lawyer involved. I did not know what to do and a friend recommended me to visit automotive pros in my home town, which I had never heard of. The first thing they do when I get there is give me the full attention I need to help diagnose the issue with my vehicle, which had been caused by another shop. They showed me to their wonderful lounge where they serve ice cold water and have a clean restroom. After I waited for them to finish their diagnosis, they listed every detail that was causing my vehicle to malfunction and stated they will not order cheap off brand parts (something the previous shop I went to used). They gave me the most fair price from any automotive related shop I’ve been to and in return I received the best quality of work. After I paid, I was in shock how quick their employees went to work on my vehicle. They wasted no time talking or mingling and kept it extremely professional. They took only 3 days to engine swap one of my vehicles, 1 day to swap an alternator, 1 day to supercharge another vehicle I Owned, and so on. They simply are FAST at producing the best quality work on the market.In conclusion, please go visit Automotive Pros in Fresno, CA. No matter what it is, even if it’s just a check engine light, have a nail in your tire, or need something major you’ll be doing yourself a favor. Found my new auto shop! I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the shop (I loved that!!) and helped right away. They are honest & gave me a couple of different options about my tire that had a leak and didnt try to pressure me at all. They got me in & out really fast and theyre office inside was very neat & clean. It also had a ton of diff beverages to choose from which was a nice little touch! Before I start, I would like to state this review is not intended to be a personal attack on anyone at automotive pros. I would actually tell you that the people I dealt with were not bad or disrespecting people. My review is based on the service I received and is my unbiased take on this business.I went in because of a check engine light, though the car ran solid. I was told I had a misfire and I needed spark plug replacement and wires. When I got the car back within hours the light came back on. I went back to shop who said they needed to diagnose it again. And even though the car ran great they told me the engine was failing due to a bent rod or bad piston.I trusted them and opted for an engine replacement. The problems never ended at this point. They assured me that they charge a lot because theyre great mechanics but that was never the case with me. I would classify them as young and inexperienced.They put the engine in for me, a very good engine, but they couldnt seem to connect everything correctly. I had oil leaks, coolant leaks, they would even claim things needed to be replaced that really didnt need to. However, I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and listened and did everything they wanted. However, I would still have problems.After months of lost money and time, I had had enough. Once they missed diagnosed that I had a battery issue that was making my car not start consistently, I finally knew these guys were just wasting my time. Mind you that up to this point I spent $4,500 in parts and labor plus tons of lost time.I replaced the battery myself and still had the starting problem with leaks and a misfire. Thats when I decided I needed to get a second mechanic to look things over. I went to see an older mechanic, a man with much more experience. In hindsight had I known automotive pros only had young mechanics, I would have never had them do such a large job. My bad there.However, the second mechanic was able to stop the leaks by re-tightening hoses and bolts. He also fixed the misfire which was do to a bad ignition coil. He also fixed the radiator leaks which auto pros claimed bad hoses were the culprit even though the leaks continued after. It needed a radiator. The second mechanic clearly showed me the leaks coming from under the radiator.My experience with automotive pros was a disaster. I noticed good reviews here so maybe Im that one guy with a bad experience. But if I have advice to give, I would tell you at $120+ an hour, you have choices. An oil change, a break job, you could probably trust them with, but anything more serious, I would opt for more established mechanics, ones who dont just rely on a diagnostic reading, ones who have seen it all before and will save you time and money.Issues: I have doubts whether I needed an engine replacement. Tire bolts loose after work (complained after car was wiggling 100 feet off the lot), Unfinished work, had to tell them to put a plastic piece under dash back on after they gave me car back and said they were done. At least three times they made buy parts I didnt need because of misdiagnosis.What I learned: Make sure the mechanic shops I go to have a few senior mechanics teaching the young ones.Conclusion: My car runs great now but no thanks to Automotive Pros.

When I first moved to Fresno, CA this shop has taken care of all my vehicles, by going above an beyond, An being honest, I needed a suv done for a trip an within 2 hours they had it fully done an operating for our trip, I highly recommend automotive pros for all your car needs, they taken care of my Drag car, changed brakes on a Tahoe, worked on my Escalade, An can do anything to a Corvette, which they will be installing headers on my c6, all within reasonable timing, An the absolute most fair pricing for the customer. This has been the only shop I trust an truly would recommend. Automotive Pros thank you for always doing the best an being fair.

LOVE this shop! Went in and everyone was running around everywhere SUPER busy! I was still in and out after they did an oil change for me and so kindly air up my low tires. The phones never stopped ringing and I still had great service, my daughter just started walking and wanted to go explore so they turned on her favorite baby show on tv so that she would stay put for me. Also have great prices. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Give them a try and see for yourself! Also they have a full coffee station that I didn’t even have enough time to try out because they were so quick! Try them out then tell a friend, you won’t be disappointed!

This is me and my wifes 4th or 5th time coming to this mechanic shop for various reasons ( AC not cold, clunking sounds; which was our gearbox going bad, oil changes, weird sounds from middle of suburban when we hit bumps; which was our driveline and universal joints, & fixing ventilation fan not blowing), and weve always been treated kindly and professionally.Prices are fair, and all the work have been good and stayed fixed👍. Had a check engine light pop up and I follow these guys on Instagram, their work looks professional and they service a lot of models so called for an appointment. The office manager was very sweet and she got me booked the same day and as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised, they had a very welcoming wait area with candles, plants, Netflix, a coffee bar, everything was so clean! So the service manager came out and took me outside to check out my issues, this place was so busy and the guys all looked happy and were listening to music, doing their cars. Here I was thinking my Subaru would be here for at least week waiting but they called me back same day, told me what my issues were and texted it over as well so I could approve everything, again, really professional and transparent about what needed to get done. Super honest and helpful, they even showed concern about my driving and told me how to maintain my tires and brakes better hahaha. My car was done the next day and they wrote a receipt with all the details and showed me that my parts have a good warranty. Will definitely be coming back for my regular maintenance because they went above and beyond what i expected in my experience!

Heard about their oil change special and decided to visit. I was scared to do a walk-in but even with 3 cars ahead of me I was in and out in no time! I was very pleased with the service and work I received from this shop. I visited this shop because a friend recommended tires from Cris, but I ended up getting my transmission fluid flushed, and breaks! My car runs so smoothly now! It was very pleasing to have gotten such a fast service and at such an amazing price! I went to several places to get quotes on my tires and they were overpriced with such a bad service.
