This location is now closed. I had to call their corporate office to learn this. Lowes for me!

This place is awful.Talked to them about cedar siding. Wanted to make sure the “3/4 inch thick by 10 inch wide by 10 foot long beveled siding was actually at least 9.25 inches wide. We doubled checked after a lengthy conversation.It would be a week they said great let me get back to you. Called the manager a day later and he said he would have the counter person call me to place the order. Three days later no call so I stop in, she’s knows nothing of the order. Manager didn’t do what he said he would. No problem, please order it. A week later I follow up and it supposed to be there, it’s not. “It’ll be here Thursday, we’ll call you when it arrives”. I said “and someone will call me, correct?” Yes they said they would.... a week goes by still no calls. I stop in and it’s in “ sorry no one called you”. Okay I’ll come back with a truck. I come back two days later only to find it’s only 9 1/8 inch wide, exactly what I had a lengthy conversation about not wanting. If you’re going to shop there just count on double checking them at every step because the manager doesn’t do what he says he will nor will he help the counter people when they are off of work. Completely worthless, would never shop their again!

I stopped in to the store in Fremont Ohio because I needed supplies to repair a large area of drywall that I was replacing. There were several customer service Representatives in the store at the time. One or two of them were taken care of customers at the counter while another man just stood around and watch them and watched me looking for supplies. I was there at least 15 minutes and no one ever asked me if I needed any help. I strongly recommend going to Lowes!
