They have good apples. The cashier was nice too. I could find what I needed pretty easily.

Frankly Ive found most of the staff...not all..to be snobby and unhelpful. Its really too bad some people these days have lost sight on friendly customer service and simple happiness. And everytime Ive been there (approx 2 months) one or BOTH bathrooms have been out of order! That is absolutely unacceptable, especially for the elderly!At least thats my thought for the morning. Perhaps it will changeOn a positive note its really very clean and organized.

Outstanding customer service I really appreciate

I went we ended up walking out things were way overpriced!! We ended up going target and getting more things and spending less money. I might go back for a few things but will be extremely limited.

Every time I go into the store they lack products. I told myself I’d never go in again however I live down the street. So today I decided to walk down there to get a yerba maté mint flavor. Once again they barely had any in stock. They had lemon flavor and berry and they were almost out of those. The store is horrible. Don’t ever go in. Go to sprouts or Whole Foods because they always have everything in stock.

I had a delightful chat with Tatiana today. She’s sweet and very helpful. Daniel is very kind and takes time to say hello instead of just going through the motions. One piece of advice for the store is, if an employee is engaging in a conversation with a customer, please don’t interrupt. Tatiana was waiting to see if I needed an additional bag when a person kind of barked at her to “not stand around” She was doing her job and that conversation made my day, things aren’t always as they appear. :) Tatiana, remember to “Seize Your Moment!!!

Safeway is a great store . Its in a good location. Its very close so many neighborhoods. The one bad thing about this is wait time at the counter.They put a board if 3 or more person in line they will open a new counter. But thats not happen. it happen to me couple of time. There is self check out. At least one will be not working at some point of time. I really like the service of the water refill inside the store. thats very convenient. Overall its a nice store . It a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruits and deli& meat. The store is clean and neat.

Good store, you get pretty much everything. can be maintained little well often will have huge lines for billings and they are slow... not really quick for any help on self checkouts... but you have starbucks,USBank, you Ice, lottery tickets, flowers, coinstar, redbox… huge bakery section.

Im a DoorDash driver. I had to wait for a long time for an order we should have been ready by the time when I arrive. I think stuff wasnt unaware of the order and they made me to wait for a long time and I canceled the order and left. More than that they told me to bring the cart along with me which is not mentioned in the instructions so I have to go outside and get the cart. Usually most of the safeways and grocery stores keep the groceries inside the cart and hand it over to me when I reach. Which didnt happened at the store

The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. They offer the hand sanitizing station when you walk in. I love this place for their prices and different products that they get in we never know what it’s going to be but usually absolutely great deals

We recently switched to curbside pickup. It seems that the store prioritizes getting rid of poor/expiring stock over satisfying their customers. Today we received hot dogs that expire tomorrow...don’t get the produce by curbside pickup, you will be throwing away spoiled food within a day.

Safe babe used to be very cheap but not anymore the prices are on the higher side compared to the other stores however you can find some products at a good price also some other specialty like food and I trust that you can get for a moderate price

Could use better customer service some customers are dead wrong but when dealing with a 12 year old child have some decorum and respect shes learning to buy her own things have a little patience

Amazing place for fresh cakes and other bakery products. Price of the furits and vegetables are little in the hire side. But overall good place for your all grocery needs

Went here to do some quick shopping as we planned to make tiramisu cake and we got everything easily and got out in 15 mins. I loved their isle names that they have.. I think they are cute.

For the most part, this is the store I visit most frequently. The variery of product is sufficient and the store is clean. I wod give it five stars, but I do not like the now overly limited number of open cash registeres. They should monitor the line of waiting shoppers better. If you have alcohol, you cannot use self checkout, so that is not an option they try to push.

Early morning Deli section is always great, good price and fresh food!

Today I asked for 4lbs of party wings at the meat counter. The tray had tons of both types of wings so I didnt specifically ask for either kind and thought nothing of it. To my surprise, I just unwrapped the bag to find the gentleman gave me ONLY drumsticks -- no flats.That is one of the most disrespectful things Ive ever experienced at a grocery store. I think Im safe in assuming that most people, like me, enjoy the flats more than the drums. The fact that he specifically didnt give me a single one is downright spiteful. Safeway should be ashamed of having an employee do something like this.Going forward, guess whos only going to request only flats (which shouldnt even be necessary)? This guy. For shame Safeway, for shame. One star.

Says online that they are open until 2am. Went there twice at 1am and drove 5 miles but they are closed. Update your hours!

Something wrong with this store, not sure just not friendly people. I have visited several times. Seems the women emplotees all want to gossip among themselves rather than concentrate on customer Service.Meat department needs work as no one showed up to help for counter sales. I eventually walked away. Prices just dont seem to be fair.

Haiti was very polite while assisting us. She went above and beyond which is not typical for the employees at this store.

Deli is unreasonably slow every visit. Waited in line for 10 minutes and no one was in front of me. Then took 18 minutes to get -2.5lbs of meat and cheese sliced because employees were too busy chatting to assist customers. Thats 30 minutes to get help at the deli. Needs to be addressed

Your website says you close at 2:00AM. Ive come by at twelve AM and according to your employees you close at 11:00PM. I dont understand. If you do try close earlier... You need to update on the website

I really like Safeways hot food selections and their bakery. Decent selections, fair prices and OK service. Greatest thing about Safeway is the points you earn that can be used to safe money at the gas tanks!

Grocery store with great variety and local options. Its near a competing local option, Trader Joes but it still holds its own as a great grocery store choice. The staff are helpful and even when its busy, the fresh foods are still worth it at a good and decent price.

Pro:- Friendly clerk who brought my groceries to my car (David)- Large parking lot- Online order was perfectCon:- 2 Drive up & go parking spots- These signs are not as obvious or tall as you would think- Very difficult to find these spots as they are in th3 middle of the parking lot versus front of store or in spots at the beginning of a row like Target- Phone number on sign did not work

My fave Supermarket. Especially deli variety and great assortment of nuts dry fruit, etc in their help yourself-bins. Where one is NOT forced to to buy a pound or larger of item when all you need is one half cup for Xmas recipe.
