Great and easy to use app! The interface is very smooth and well designed. However, be aware that their prices may be higher than in-store prices. The customer service is great though, and I see the sometimes higher prices as justifiable for the ease and convenience.

Avocado provide deliveries for my favorite local retailers.  It is a great convenience to have my groceries and supplies delivered so quickly, and always with a smile.  I have only used the service a few times, typically when I was ill, or when the weather was too bad to go out and drive.  The delivery drivers have always been friendly and efficient

I freaking love Avocado! They match all of the prices that you would find in store PLUS automatically apply all eligible coupons AND you can search for groceries based in whats on sale. The ap is so user friendly and easy to use. If you buy something but your personal shopper cannot find it, they send you alternatives and ask you which one you prefer. They bring the groceries into your house with the same day free delivery and give you reusable bags. Seriously the best thing ever. There is also frequent coupons they offer for free shipping which is awesome. Great Indian grocery app.

Ordered groceries. Waiting.. on app was told that the order was canceled as driver had an emergency?? No notifications or phone call. I had my phone number listed in instructions. Very disappointed

Couple of weeks ago ordered hesitatingly. Got everything. Was able to update the order unlike Amazon Fresh, etc. Did not get billed for items not delivered. Shopped again today. Lets see how the repeat performance is.

100s of cons-Top 5 :-1. Prices are very high than online or instore prices, (50-250%) higher than usual Indian online delivery price2. App is still in alpha/beta mode - lots of bugs, Timeouts, relogins3. Poor customer support- Auto ticket closure without understanding the pain of customers.4. Rude shoppers who have difficulty in understanding English.5 Delivery times are subject to their wish- It can be 11 PM- even if you have chosen 5 PM slots and no ETA if the deliveries are delayed by 3 days plusI ordered twice to understand if the challenges were singular or repetitive and they did repeat .Please avoid this service if you dont want to have a hard time at your home

One of the worst customer care... blocks more than double the amount ordered for, don’t refund for wrong delivery, over priced... pls avoid if don’t want to get harassed...

Price gouging during pandemic, very bad

I tried this app first time and placed my first order (2 orders from diff stores). For 1st store, delivery person called me and got all instructions about where to deliver it. However I did not get my order delivered. For 2nd store, my order delivery got rescheduled to next day. I am disappointed with it. Very bad experience.

Easy Indian grocery service. It has few issues with delivery like delivery is available only once a week, and which often delayed.

BEWARE of this company. They charged me for all items I ordered and then delivered less than all. For weeks now, I have been requesting a refund for the non-delivered items, and I keep getting told its coming -- were reviewing it -- or other obviously untrue stalling like that.

Even after canceling my order immediately after the placing the order,Items was delivered after a 5 days and charged .Pathetic service

They should be banned from doing business as shameless price gouging either by them or their partner Patel brothers -they raised prices by 2 times when COVID began .....SHAMELESS .....
