I visit this Costco during the middle of the week. Usually Tuesday to Thursday around 315 to 4pm. Lines are short and its an easy in and out of the store. Of course, I did end up spending $250.00 in my cart, but its worth it.

Not sure if its due to Covid fatigue or just lazy/sloppy mgt. oversight but the quality has dropped at this location. One example is the lane closed signs. It seems they dont use them anymore. So you see folks lining up at registers waiting for someone who never comes and wasting their time. Well at $400 a trip on average each week my time is worth something...so they lost a star on their rating. If something as simple as using a Lane closed sign which is already there not important to the mgt team for the benefit of making things easier as part of customer communication, thats a bummer.

I needed help finding a $99 Tent on display, but could only see the 10-person $199 tent on the shelf. A worker found out for me: they were not in stock, but more have been ordered. Recommend I call daily bcuz they sell out fast. Very helpful!

No doubt, amazing. I love this place for bulk shopping for the family. Love to see a lot of typical Indian stuff over there. Few things to improve is the quality of milk, oranges, melons etc which is not bad but used to be better earlier at least in Santaclara,Sunnyvale and Fremont.The best is the return policy. Thank you Costco 🙂

A typical Costco with great selection of products. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. They do have the tendency to.move things around. Great selection of wines. And of course, the prices of gasoline are always cheaper

They had cancelled my sisters optometry appointment last time because she was a few minutes late. This time, she was there 10 minutes before time. And after doing the retinal scan and charging her for the whole appointment, they said the doctor was running 20 minutes late and that she cant have a refund as they have already sent the transaction to insurance. So my sister waited for more than 30 minutes and still couldnt see the doctor. She finally had to leave without getting to her appointment. If the doctors are expecting the patients to be exactly on time, then they should apply the same standards to themselves as well

Except the parking lot, they really do a good job here. It has improved a lot over time and I dont think you can expect to have better wait times. Always pushing folks through. Members are friendly and helpfulDo all a favor and no more samples, people lose their minds for a 2oz cup of pasta or piece of sausage. They dart in front and block aisles.

Overall, Im a big Costco fan, but cannot give more than 2 stars to Costco Fremont.. the main reason to be I have purchased a set of tires and made an appointment to have them installed on my car. I received a message from them to take my car for the appointment at noon; they made me wait until 1:30 to start working on my car and it took them more than 30 mins to remove my wheels.. at that point they checked for the new tires and found they didnt have the new tires yet... they dont have a good system and neither the employees nor the managers care about their customers

Del mount banana something problem and we didn’t notice this black stuff inside and baby bite and saying that not like then only we noticed Fremont Costco wholesale we brought this banana yesterday and this is really too bad

Spacious place with variety of products(dairy, meat, bakery, frozen food, fresh produce, toiletries, pet food, sports, clothing, books, electronics & furniture etc) but only good for those who have big family or do groceries in bulk. Cant buy in less quantity. Have to buy things in bulk to save money. Need membership in order to purchase. At my recent visit the thing which gave me quite satisfaction is that they are taking prompt measures for decreasing the risk of spreading virus like frequently sanitizing the shopping carts & maintaining the number of people in store in order to respect the social distancing.

I went to Costco today and unfortunately I had the worst experience ever. I’m a loyal customer for 10 years and this never happened in other Costco.It was not clear how does the line work at the membership, and therefore when I went there, I’m the only person who was waiting in line. However, there was another women who has a baby and she started her own line in the opposite direction. She asked me to follow her line but I was there first, and unfortunately the Costco staff was not able to recognize the fact. Therefore when the staff asked us who comes to the counter first, we both disagree with each other. And the staff Eugene just took her.

I like that they werent busy and I found the toddler tables for $23.99 and the have the XL WAGGON FOR $69.99

Not being able to pay cash in the self checkout is unhelpful but it isnt a deal breaker. Staff always on their game and super helpful. And hey, I saw samples are back. Gotta love that, shoooooot!

Great store, I just wished they allowed pets inside the store. Or at least be flexible and admit pets where there is no “open” food.

Great prices for the quality and quantity you get. But too much of a crowd anytime you go. Parking and lines at the gas station are a bit annoying.

This Costco is good. Just always very very very busy. But its a good store, good products, good prices. And you can get lots of exercise walking too if you end up parking far away if the lot is full.

During pendamic, we shop at Costco more often due to not going restaurant and always dine at home. The price is still more reasonable thsn other stores.

Good place for buying stuff. You get everything you want. There are fresh bagels,cupcakes. You get a lot of discount. Costco even has food. You can get pizza for 9$ and there is chicken bake and yogurt etc. you need a card to buy in Costco. Normal card is 60$ and executive card is 120$ or you can get a Costco Visa card. You can get fresh vegetables. But the only problem is that you have to buy a lot at a time. You can’t get kids snacks like 1 but you have to bye 56 pack it will be like 15$. So you can get some single but others a pack.

I love Costco for their customer service. My only complaint is parking is usually a challenge.

Today I came to do self check out like usual, one of the assistant cashier was watching me very strangely, she was not keeping her 6 ft distance away from me, counting the products I scanned, and even had the audacity to check the number of products to verify that I did it properly, along with my receipt, in addition I was only one that she verified the receipt with, when they have people in the exit to verify that. In addition, I was the only Mexican, and only one that got verified with the receipt in the register, where there was others as well scanning with no verification, with that been said this was a form of discrimination, unjustified behavior, where it should not be accepted. If this is a protocol then ALL receipt should at the register should be verified not just one individual. So upsetting to have felt this way.

The staff here sometimes can be very non helpful and rude. The membership team esp. sucks. The girl (who was supervisor I guess) with blonde died hair and long nails was the rudest service rep I have ever come across, she did not have the manners and was downright demeaning. Stood in queue for 30 mins only to be turned back. Worst Costco experience, u can come and shop here but spare yourself and don’t do any membership stuff at this store if possible.

It is an awesome place. I visited here to buy some household stuff. I literally got everything here. The best deal was on the Refresh tears combo pack. 4 plus 1, 15 ml bottles you get it for $21. I think this is the best deal i got in north california. Check it out by yourself. Thanks 😊

We just moved and the closest location is this location in Fremont. The few times that I came here with my girlfriend, the cashiers are chatting amongst themselves and have zero customer service skills and the membership folks are joking around or texting when there are customers starting to get agitated. Hire people that want to be there and have people skills.

Worker telling people, oh, I almost didnt recognize you with your mask on. You should take it off! To regular customers. Bummer, this was a good Costco.

Costco is always a great place to shop. My main gripe is if you cant locate an item, there arent any staff around to ask, not are there any tablets to punch up an item to see its location or price.

If youre interested n need of a cooked chicken or some toilet paper, look no further. Great buys abound at Costco. If youre 65 or older, take advantage of senor hour from 9am to 10am. Shorter lines!

The cashiers are mostly rude it seems to me Im getting everything for free thats how much I get offended by their reaction. Hayward is the same so costco doesnt care because they make their money anyway. Had not been inside Costco since February and was pleasantly surprised about the balance between safety and normalcy. I found the self check-out to be a huge improvement for those of us that have just a few items. Most customers seemed to be social distancing and all were masked. Costco continues to provide an effective business model during uncertain times. I have also found the gas stations at Costco to be a safe haven from rising costs in so many other areas of life. Another great deal noted below. Keep up the good work!

Bad experience here in costco pacific commons... i ask to put just a simple happy birthday to my cake and 1st is mess up. The word day u cant even read it and squeeze all the way in the corner. I ask if he can re-done it and get look more messy.the icing is everywhere. So i ask if he can make me a brand new one.and the third time is cant read the happy bday ... i attached the picture... look...At the check out:The cashier keep asking me to scan my membership card 4x right after i said can u wait im opening my phone to scan my membership.and he gave me attitude and she just left

Costco, whats not good at this places. Great products with super good deals. It is one shop store for any families needs. From groceries to kichen essentials, frozen food section to supplements. Its a must visit place for me for all my needs. Got a great deal for 4 tires for my Dodge challenger. Great and helpful staff too. You also have limited but good food serving options

This a super busy Costco and I try to pick the less busy times to shop but the last 3-4 times Ive been there they have been really well staffed at checkout - even when the warehouse was very crowded. This was not always the case at this location.

Feels like every single Costco employee is too busy to help with anything. Parking area is packed even during non-peak hours! Does Costco even have non-peak hours? However, the items available are good quality and the return policies are excellent.

They have the best stuff at great prices. Christmas time is intense but so many Christmas goodies!! I get a lot of Adidas active wear here and they have the best prices on Rx pet meds that I must buy every month. Great place to find your favorites or something super unique here. I got a new dash cam to try out! Hope it works. But if it doesnt, no problem returning stuff at Costco other than the line!!

Wholesale place where you require card of the costco to do shopping. Without card you cant complete shopping because it is necessary to check out. I dont know the procedure to make a new one, if I get any information about it I would surely update you.

Great store very busy surrounding retail makes this entire area very crowded with vehicles. There is a gas station available in-and-out Burger across the street. Ample parking. Service seems to be really good. Highly recommended because of the awesome hot dog

One of the bigger Costcos (with gas station) and has rich ethnic inventory especially for Indians. The only catch is that they are almost always packed - so build in buffer before you come here.

Better than other Costco in the nearby Bay Area, especially for Indian shoppers. More of Indian stuff is available like aatta, daals, sweets etc. overall store is clean and well kept.

I always have a great experience at this Costco everything ranging from the food court that always seems to expedite their service, 2 the staff helping me find the best deals.
