Worst customer service Ive ever had at a Walmart and thats saying something. Its sad when you ask someone to get you something out of a locked case and that person says theyll be right there. Only to have same person walk up to the register wait on 3 other people and walk the opposite direction. Waited for another 10 minutes then purchased my other items. I went to the self checkout to purchase my items. At the self checkout there were green beans all over the floor and counter and in the basket that was left there. Didnt want to put my items on the conveyer belt because it looked digusting.

Unfortunately, a majority of their shelves were bare/empty. Not only that, some of the prices on products have noticeably increased.

A step up from other walmarts I have visited. Well stocked throughout the grocery aisles. Things kept clean and faced. Much better management and employee ethic compared to nearby Omaha.

If you enjoy checking out and sacking your own groceries this is the place to come to. The Walton family has enough money to give proper raises to hire people who want to work 40 hours not 30 or 32

Basic Walmart. Everythings usually in stock and the clearance is actually marked down decent most of the time. Can be difficult to turn out on main highway if you dont use the light though

Auto center is usualy great. Had a wheel in today for a tire change. They somehow lost the center cap of my wheel. Then wrote on receipt that it was missing when brought in. Total B.S. Be careful and document everything with photos as you bring your items in to service bay.

Walmart need to plan their scheduling appropriately. Today was a disaster!! 2 cashiers and only 6 working check outs. No no no. Not when you have 30+ people waiting to check out

Very clean, stocked well, and seemed organized. I was out of my normal area and I was happy that this was a pleasant surprise.

Besides the little bit of a line(better than normal) it was a quick easy shopping trip

Walmart was once a great idea. But over the years it has sold out to the ideals of a warped society and now is terminating the positions of thousands of employees with their mandatory electronic check out program. For these reasons I have started the majority of my shopping at other establishments that have better focuses.

We only shop here for small items now because there are only self checkouts open sometimes and its not fun to use them when getting $250 plus in groceries. No checkouts open and employees standing around talking. Open more checkouts with real people

I was at Walmart in Blair. There was NOT ONE CASHIER in the store! They ONLY had 2 SELF CHECKOUTS!! I asked to see a manager, I was told there was NO MANAGER on duty. I was shocked. I told the woman working that I just did self checkout in Fremont an hour before and I was NOT going to SELF CHECKOUT $300. worth of groceries!!I am tired of doing Walmarts job with this new trend of theirs. It takes jobs from local workers and it lets Walmart make even MORE profits off of the PUBLICS FREE WORK!!.************************I encourage EVERYONE to push back on this SELFISH policy walmart has been doing for months.REFUSE to use Self Checkout! *************************

Typical walmart. Some employees are nice, others are not. Their selection is ok with nonfood items, and they have a wide selection of food items. They are often sold out on things, which is probably normal for any Walmart. The prices are fair, the store is decently clean and organized, and the hours are nice for people who work late, when everything else is closed. Often very busy, and checkout can be slow at times, as they dont have many, if any, registers open besides the self checkout.

In and got my 4 things and self check out was great I think maybe 10 15 mins in store and thats from milk to other side for an air filter

I didnt have to use self-checkout, 4 registers were open. Plus the stockers were super friendly and helped find what I was looking for.

To the older lady working self checkout on the grocery side at 8am 7/18/21 in the fremont store. Everytime I checkout there and you are working you hoover behind me the whole time as if im stealing. You need to back off and watch every1 not just me cause you dont like how I look.

Lines lines lines. Check yourself out . People that get paid to work there, sitting around on the registers that werent in use. What a nightmare. It was like black Friday lines in there. Why am I not getting paid for going to Walmart to shop and work?

Ordered neat and cheese tray along with fruit & cookies. Everything was great, bread from bakery was fresh and tastes great.

Remodeling and the place is a mess. Everything is out of stock.

Took a little time to find an employee to help me but other than that a very good experience.

Staff follow you around while shopping based on appearance. They record customers with there phones in the self check out aisles

It works I guess. Could use a lil more to choose from all over. Could add atleast another cashier or two as well. Hate standing in line with 5 people ahead of me. And the cashiers are just taking there time telling stories with customers while everyone waits. I like the kindness. But giving one person respect could also be giving the 10 people in line behind them all sorts of disrespect. Wal-Mart has taken quite a dump since Ive grown up.

Found everything I needed plus I got a lot stuff I didnt need. Thanks Walmart you always cone through for me in that respect!

I dont like going here anymore 😕Limited stock for some items or the same thing restocked I know cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza is popular but they do make other pizza and a price maybe higher on some Items just because theres located closer or for something thats similar to what its used for

We managed to find most of the things that we were looking for not much interaction from associates.

It can be crowded at times, but for the most part it is a good store.

Go before the pajama wearing zombies wake up and it is quite good, wait too long then the junk food isles are impassible.

Found most things I was looking for but not all.

Love the people and theres alwan a good selection of meat and fresh vegetables and fruits

Did not have Fish shelf stocked in Pets aisles. Told that should check when truck comes in from warehouse in 2 weeks.

The store and restrooms are always clean and the staff are very nice, but the registers are always backed up/understaffed to the point that the self checkout is also always backed up. Doesnt seem to matter what time of day unless I come in super early or very late. Also, somehow, the selection of goods just never seems to have quite what Im actually looking for. Dont know how to explain it, its always sort of but not quite.

Typical experience. Employees too busy stocking shelves to help customers. Not enough checkout stations open,enough stations, just no one manning them. I wont do self check out, I feel that is taking a jobs away and benifits the big corporation. I dont care for the quality of their merchandise, too much foreign made. Its a corporation out to benifits itself without regards to this great country and its peopleBUY AMERICAN!!!!!!

Shelves were messy and bare in some isles. Fremont Walmart has gone downhill over the years. Barely see any workers for help. They obviously dont care who they hire, do they drug test?

Very helpful associates. Was in and out within half hour and got everything I needed

Thay have stuff that some other Walmarts do not carry.

They could purchase better fresh fruit and vegetables, their area where the grapes sit is usually a sticky mess, sometimes the bananas leave a little to be desired. Associates are helpful however.

Great to see 99% of customers wearing a mask. Keep going it wont be forever.

I love Wal-Mart and all the amazing items they carry it is for sure my go to place for almost anything I need however, their staff is horrible at common courtesy and all around helping you. As a retail worker myself I am appalled at how the employees here treat their guests, thus the reason for the 3 stars.

Messy store, hard to get help & hard trying to find what I was trying to buy! Ended up not spending money as I had no help finding anything, isnt being carried in store, & lack of sizes. Hard to navigate store since the aisles were blocked & being rearranged at 7pm on a Saturday.

Very pleasant employees. The lady who was working when I went through self check out was super nice, even when it was time for her to go to lunch and I dropped my jar of pickles and they broke all over the floor. Sorry/thank you self check out Lady😬🤗👍. The young man collecting cats from outside was also mentionable for the fact that he was doing his job, not just goofing around. Two thumbs up for my new hometown Wal-Mart store! 👍👍

Deborah at customer service behaved utterly disrespectful as I was trying to purchase a money order. I talked to the assistant manager and coach and they addressed the situation as normal. I guess it’s normal for Customer service to treat the customer like garbage.

I stayed up until midnight to get black Friday deals only to learn that the bikes I wanted couldnt be bought on line. The ad stated they had 8 per store. Online my store had none so I drove across town to another store because their inventory stated they had 4. Went to the store Friday morning, found the exact bikes in the ad, assembled. Went to check out only to be told those bikes didnt arrive with the black Friday shipment so they were 20.00 more, even though they were the EXACT bikes pictured in the ad. I spoke to the store manager and she was a joke and refused to honor the price because the bike didnt come in her black Friday shipment. The biggest retailer on the planet and they dont deliver what they promise in the ad and wont honor their own ad on products they regularly carry!!! What a joke! No wonder people are shopping on line and leaving brick and mortar stores behind!!

Walmart used to stock a surplus and we could shop for a family of 5 for a month in one go. now we make weekly trips because the shelves are bare and there is a lack of produce. HyVee is 8~12% higher cost but stocks the shelves and has everything we need in one go. I can no longer praise the everyday low prices when you cant get your hands on the things you want.

Big store, untrained staff, no cashiers...

I tried buying a $1200 laptop this morning and they didnt have it in stock and they didnt know when it would be in, if it even would be in. They also did not have the tools to take the display off and sell it to me. I then tried buying two energy drinks and asked an employee to check me out after I stated; I dont like the self check out, they told me that I had to use the self check out. So I left without purchasing anything.

I stood and waiting forever for an associate to come open a glass cabinet for me. I asked THREE different people to help and NOBODY AT ALL came to open it to assist me. I wait 45 minutes. I am beyond frustrated. When I asked to speak to someone nobody had anyone management wise to help. Walmart is such a frustrating place to purchase items. I’m extremely unhappy with my visit today.

Bought a speaker 34 days it stoped working Walmart said 30 day warranty sorry . Manufacturer said 90 day warranty Walmart will replace it .upper management said no. Wont replace it they dont care about the consumer.

Brought a vehicle in for an oil change and have tires put on. It wasnt leaking oil before i brought it in and it was leaking pretty fast from the oil plug when they parked it. Sounded like the stripped the bolt putting it back in. The manager said i could bring it back in to fill it with oil after i fixed it. (So he wants me to drive it to the store with no oil). He did credit me his cost for the oil on a gift card which was 13 dollars and change. So i had to go home and dump the new oil, reinstall a new plug and refill the oil which i had to buy again... horrible experience with the manager and that store today.
