We went to the store before opening and waited for any one to show up. When a person showed up 15 minutes after thy were supposed to open she looked at the line of people waiting and said she would not help anyone because you need an appointment.we left angry and went to best buy Where they were happy to have our business.

Customer service is abysmal; staff gave unclear and conflicting information, leading customers into a dizzying loop in total fog. They wasted an entire week for something that couldve been done in a 30 minute session.It is HIGHLY ADVISED that people visit Milpitas Verizon instead; their staff gives far clearer and more precise instruction, they are efficient, they are well-trained. Pacific Commons Verizon could learn a thing or two from them.

I went in today to get a new phone and switch over to Verizon, Gabriel help me while I was there and answered every single question and even help me with other things with my old phone.. Ill be going back in a couple of weeks to get my new Samsung phone and switch over.. but I have to say the customer service and people there are outstanding.

Very very bad service, has no information on promotions, no knowledge on phones. I was looking at a display phone planning to buy the model, one of the guy just came in and took it inside with out even asking, i think they stock phones and sell them when deals are gone. Not coming back again and won’t recommend.

This has been the most dreadful and gruesome experience that I have ever experienced with Verizon. My dad passed away in 2015, and after his death my family agreed to cancel his phone because we don’t want it and obviously my dad no longer needs it. I went to the store and called customer service, they informed me that Verizon has removed his phone number from the account and we should no longer see it. I thought it was a simple process, but they end up lying to me and my dad’s number remained active until 2018. I’ve been trying to remove my dad’s line for over 3 years and Verizon can never help my family remove it or provide any reasons for not fulfilling my request. I even showed the death certificate to Verizon and they still won’t remove the line for me. After paying for my father’s funeral, my family had a financial hardship because of the expenses we needed to pay for the service, and now Verizon is causing more suffering towards my family because they keep demanding money for a number we don’t want. When I asked customer service about policy regarding death certificate in order to cancel phone number they said there’s no policy and the number will not be cancel. I trusted Verizon to help me with this difficult time, but all they want is your money and they don’t care about meeting customer needs and satisfaction. If you open an account with Verizon, you are permanently with this company and not even a death certificate can help you cancel the service. Verizon has no compassion, ethical, and empathy regarding a loss of a family member, especially when they are a customer at Verizon. This company is a disgrace towards the military community and to this country. You should be ashamed of yourself for your behaviors.

I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, and provided my reason for being there. 30 minutes later it was finally my turn and the task was completed in 2 minutes (all I needed was a new sim card). The location did not appear to be understaffed but for the number of customers and the number of verizon personal in the store the wait time did not make sense to me especially as the time it took to help me was so disparate.

Terrible service by a young man (employee) who made us feel that we were imposing on his personal time. I thought we were the customers and he was the employee. Anyway. I hope that when I report him to his manager something will be done. Also the shift manager felt that customer service is not a priority as she shrugged my complaint off. The Verizon store is in Fremont, Ca. at the Pacific Commons shopping center.

Just make an appointment! Johnny helped us and everything was really smooth. He showed me how I could get the most for my money and how I can save more money. He really went out of the way to save us money. I really appreciated Johnny. He helped us get new phones and take advantage of the deals they had going on. Hes even been texting me follow-up texts to make sure Im happy and answer any questions..

CRIMINAL!!This store practices unethical selling practices that are CRIMINAL. The sales associate Javier C. explained that a SIM card offers internet protection when the iPad leaves the house, and omitted the fact that it was a data line that would be a reoccurring charge every month. My Grandma was mislead into purchasing a SIM card for her iPad thinking it gives her internet protection when in fact adding lines is the best way for Javier to make a commission.Whats CRIMINAL is that when my grandmother asked to remove the data line EVERY ASSOCIATE in the store LIED and stated they were unable to remove the line until 14 days had passed. They said the company that attaches the data line isnt able to rectify the situation until 14 days has passed. Excuse me? The company, you mean Verizon, the store we are standing in? Absurd!Ill tell you why they asked my grandma to wait 14 days because thats the buyers remorse period and Verizon would have charged an early cancellation fee if we have waited 14 days to cancel.I wish I could believe that this was not purposeful because it would be shocking to think that theres a store of such poorly trained and incompent salespeople working under one roof. Absolutely deplorable behavior taking advantage of someone who isnt up to speed on tech.Buyer beware!

I went at a busy time of day to get my new Pixel so I had to wait 20 minutes. Apparently you can make an appointment to counter this waiting problem which is cool! Once my turn came around though I just had an outstanding customer experience. The person I was helped by got my Pixel in the color I wanted, he actually changed a few things on my plan and help me understand the changes he made, because of the changes he made my bill dropped 80 dollars. It was truly awesome and thanks!

The most uninterested staff Ive ever dealt with. The Manager was helpful but the floor stay is the complete opposite. They are very unhelpful and seem bothered to be at work and have to help th customer. In this holiday season wear customers want to spend money I recommend finding a different Verizon store that would appreciate your money being spent there.

We transferred our business accounts 3 lines from sprint to Verizon last year around November and recently 2 of our phones started to act up while using them. I send both employees with their phones to the store and this was our first time visiting the store. Both of the employees came back very upset felt discriminated by a white manager name Chrystal and they said Javier one of the other employees made fun of them. Javier had a smerk and made funny faces while listening to their questions and kept saying that he won’t trouble shoot the phones unless the boss come to the store with his ID. I called them to authorize the trouble shoot and the manager Chrystal kick them out of the store while being abusive. One of the phone holder is pregnant and she is over stressed by the treatment her and her coworkers received from Verizon staff. If a manager in store don’t know how to act respectfully then what do you expect from employees. Won’t recommend this store for anyone until Chrystal and Javier work at this place.

Had issues with a old Samsung Galaxy. Staff wasnt able to help with my obsolete smartphone. They helpfully suggested a repair shop next door. The phone needed a power switch. They fixed it for very little money. Thank you Verizon staff!

Made an appointment online for the next day, and all in all the experience was MUCH better than just walking in to a store. Might just be because it wasnt that crowded on my lunch break, but the employee who helped me was nice, honest, and helpful.

Lesson learned for trade-in deals: Ask for a list of acceptable devices qualified for the deal. When they tell you any Smartphone would do, its not true. They will scan the IMEI number and the system will tell you if its able to locate it in the database, otherwise no deal.

HORRIBLE customer service. Store associate Mateo would not help me activate a phone received through insurance. Told me to call the number they provided and deal with an automated phone service. I came into a brick and mortar retail store for the HUMAN ASSISTANCE. BAD SERVICE REP.I called the number provided, was sent through a 30 minute runaround just to have the phone center customer service attendant stay on the line while I went back into the store for the activation one last time. Went there to switch over to verizon prepaid. My phone was not activated quickly. I waited for a while and restarted my phone several times. The lady who helped me switch over was responsive, however could not figure out the problem immediately.After waiting for a while, I again asked another person for help. My god, this guy has an air of superiority. He asked me where I bought this phone. And he said Verizon is CDMA and not every phone works with them. I said Ok sir! mine is with Verizon firmware.Then he said its weird, why your phone is not activated. Probably there is a problem with in phone.Finally, I figured out that I had to change network mode to CDMA (previously its set for GSM)Come on guys. If you dont know, try to learn. Dont escape saying weird...odd...finicky etc.

Customer service remains a complete gamble at all locations. either the staff is invasively hovering, or they ignore you. the problem is either poor training at a district level, or local managers thinking they are being pros. in most cases, they arent. be firm with all of them

Very customer service unfriendly. We walked into the store on 3/2/14 and were completely ignored by every single employee. No sign of a waiting list. Nobody saying somebody would be with us shortly. All employees - whether with customers or not - were standing around looking at computer screens. I walked around hoping to catch someones attention to see if there was a waiting list. Another customer walks in a minute later and gets helped. The employee situation here appears to be an unhappy mess. We left, went to the store at the Fremont Hub, and got great service.

I bought a prepaid phone with a $45/mo data & voice plan. This store said they cant activate it at that price. Verizon chat support, and Verizons website both confirm that the $45/mo plan is available for prepaid.
