My experience with Nasir at Mattress Firm was better than I could have asked for. He was so kind and patient in helping me pick out the perfect mattress to suite my needs. He went above and beyond! I highly recommend if you’re in need of a new mattress to come here, not only do they not rush you in your decision, they don’t try to upsale you. In fact, I had quite the opposite experience, he did his best to fit my budget and provided promotions to everything I purchased. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The manager was very knowledgeable and listened to my preferences and let me try out the different mattresses. I was also impressed by how the store made sure everyone was safe due to COVID-19. The manager did speak fast, and while this wasnt a problem for me, it did make it hard for my father to understand him. I am now with a new mattress, and the whole process was much more painless than I feared going into this.

During this pandemic it is a challenge to decide what places may be safe to patronize. I needed to get a new pillow for my disabled brother. Nasir was friendly and helpful, worked with me on delivery and warranty. But after paying for my mattress he said the warranty I purchased didn’t cover exchanges, this is what I paid the warranty for. Unethical way to do business, I know it’s a mattress store but seriously? On top of high pressure pushy attitude towards add on items. Spoke to manager and he said due to the mattress being pre owned there’d be no exchanges allowed except for defective mattresses. Unbelievably shady of them to change the conditions of warranty AFTER the transaction had been made. Very displeased with how the final stages of this transaction went.

Keith the store manager is extremely helpful in getting me to find the perfect mattress at the right price. He accomplishes this without resorting to pressure tactics and gimmicks that some car and other sales people deploy. In fact, I was turned off by the sales tactic at the Mattress Firm in Milpitas Square next to Best Buy and came to buy from Keith instead. Delivery and setup took about 15 minutes.

I been wanting a new bed with an adjustable base for quite some time. After doing my shopping at Target, I had an instinct to check if Mattress Firm was open: they were! I was greeted by Sales Associate Keith Alexander Hendrickson, who I felt was the right person there at the right time to help sell me on my perfect bed. Went in on a week night was greeted by Nasir right away & given a sheet protector for mattress trying COVID style. We knew what we were looking for (Tempurpedic) but he was sure to show us all our options. He was very good with all sanitizing procedures. He was very kind & attentive, giving us full attention even though he had another couple to assist who thankfully waited patiently. I was hesitant to shop for a mattress during the pandemic but I now even feel safe sending in my 84 yo Grandmother as shes also due for a mattress. Keith really helped us pick the right mattress, was very informed on the various mattresses and benefits of each, and walked us through the whole sale. I couldn’t have asked for a better mattress purchasing experience.Only feedback is I would recommend staffing more than one sales person on the floor at a given time. This was my second time coming to the store and I still had to wait for the sales person to finish up with the previous customer. Given that sales are quite lengthy for mattresses, this ended up with a longer than preferred wait time.

This is a Newer Mattress firm store next to the Target on Auto Mall. Ive been to a few different mattress stores lately and this one had the best customer service hands down. Ryan was able to help me find a bed perfect for me and I got an awesome adjustable frame to go with it. They also have a great selection of pillows you can try out while testing all the different beds, I almost took a quick nap 😂

Keith, the salesman, was very knowledgeable on the products, and extremely patient with me, as I tried out several beds over the course of several days. Going to a Tempurpedic for the first time was a big decision for me. I will never go back to another type of mattress again! I purchased the Proadapt Medium mattress, and it is amazingly comfortable.
