Was just starting to shop around for a new mattress in the middle of a pandemic. Found Michael at Mattress Firm at the Fremont Hub. He asked a few questions about what I was looking for and how I sleep. He explained all of the differences, etc. I had been researching mattresses and prices for a good week. I’m a side sleeper and like a pillow top with some support but easy on the hips and asked to see several. He was a great help and suggested I try certain firmness and styles. I didn’t intend on buying right away but he found one for me that was perfect! And a good sale going on. This is the nicest mattress I’ve owned. The follow up for payment and delivery was an easy set up.Also Covid safe (masked up and pillow guards) for testing the beds. Great place to go!

The time had come for a new mattress. Having had my 1st anaphylactic reaction to Tree Pollen my allergies need all the help the can get. My list of priorities began with a hypoallergenic mattress to minimize dust and pollen on the bed I burry my head in for about 288 hours per year. Followed by something to keep us cool. I went to Mattress Firm in Fremont with the idea of buying a couple of pillows. After a candid conversation with Mike, we ended up walking out with an upgraded mattress. We had a great experience going in and picking out our mattress at mattress firm. We were helped by Michael and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us towards a mattress that was right for us. His customer service was great and we were happy he helped us.The store has quite a lot of mattresses to try and felt sanitized and clean. We were given napkins for our head when trying the mattresses out and there was hand sanitizer readily available for us. We were glad we decided to go in to try the mattresses before buying.

I was able to enter the store without being pounced on, but still acknowledged. Michael approached me and listened to my preferences in a mattress, then showed two choices. The one I liked best was over my budget, however he sold it to me at my budget. Delivery and pickup to a different city are included. Well pleased.

I had the greatest customer experience yesterday at Mattress Firm in Fremont at the Hub, Ca. I was guided quickly to the size and type of mattress I wanted and they showed me options. I was able to try out each option and they explained all the pros-cons. They then guided me to the best deal and the best mattress that was in my budget. They didn’t try and upsell. They also gave me discounts that were not advertised and I got a great frame with the latest tech for practically nothing. I was on/out in less than 30 minutes! I have been looking for a mattress for sometime and with the pandemic not wiling to make a purchase online and upon receipt no happy with it. I even subscribed to the Mattress Firm distribution list. I continue to receive promotional material.I even mentioned to my husband that he needed to put a mask on and go inside the store to feel for a mattress. We made an appointment and when we walked in it was somewhat dark coming in from the bright sun, but Michael greeted us and invited us to the back of the store.When I explained to Michael what we needed, he showed us what was available. We were not into the memory foam types, just an ordinary mattress that our older bodies need.After sitting on several, we immediately knew that we needed a firm one.The fact that it was on sale motivated us even more.Free delivery was also a factor as Macys charge is $99 and to top off the sale to take my old mattress sold us!
