Had an international shipment for delivery today, but with the weather flood warning around my area the driver was not able to get through due to some roadsbeing closed but my driver made a second attempted later on (roads were open by then) and was able to make the delivery. Just the fact he went out of his way to make sure our package was delivered made my day. Incredible grateful for this mans service. Always smiling. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but I hope he gets the credit he deserves.

For the second time in 3 weeks fedex claims to have come down my driveway to deliver refrigerated IV antibiotics. They did not. The first time the box was left at the end of the driveway in the heat. This time the door tag was left on our mailbox. Claiming no one was home. I have gone no where at all my son saw them leaving as he walked the dogs down the driveway.There are huge green labels on it stating refrigerate upon arrival. I have had to make arrangements to have the ship of IV antibiotics to be picked up. But this needs to stop. I have twice now called the 800 number and failed complaints. For the centers information the door tag number is 1056 6947 5632. That driver needs to have it explained to them that these deliveries need to be made to my front door. If they cannot complete this task for me how many other people have not received their packages.. the company shipping has also been made aware of this issue and I have made arrangements with them that the package will be treated as a lost package and they will be reimbursed the cost of driving from Richmond. Hopefully that extra cost comes out of the incompetetent drivers pay check. Or the incompetent driver is fired. If I fail to complete my job I would be fired as would most other people.

I get several deliveries to my home out of this main service center. Multiple times I sit home waiting for a package that I have to sign for that never shows up then I get a delivery manager update stating unable to deliver nobody home.Today (Sunday) I had a delivery I needed to wait for so my family went out without me. The family comes home and wife says fedex pulled into our street, into neighbors drive, and turned around left. Then she asked me if they came to the house. Immediately I get a message and text stating Unable to deliver attempt was made!This has happened even on a Saturday. I didn’t ask for Sunday delivery but needed this package. Apparently FedEx started Sunday delivery to compete with Amazon. I cannot contact the local facility so I had to file a complaint through the main service number.I did receive a call back and spoke to my regular weekly driver yesterday. Apparently on weekends they have contractors doing deliveries. They can see by GPS that the contract driver was doing this multiple times. Sad because it makes FedEx look bad. I give my regular driver 5 stars but the contractors get a 1 star.

Never used to have issues with Fed Ex until moving to VA. Weve had 5 packages delivered to the WRONG address and 1 package completely go MIA. Funny thing is, All our packages have the CORRECT address on it, but before it gets delivered there is a different address written on the side of the box and thats where they take it. I followed all protocol and filed claims blah blah and have been told claims were closed and not being notified because the driver delivered items in good faith. Well, apparently they arent looking at the shipping label, and who is the uneducated person writing a different address on the side of the box? I still have a a package that required a signature that was signed by someone I dont know and was delivered 2 weeks ago and cant seem to track this down. Ive tried being polite and friendly, but this was the last straw. I will be sending my letter to corporate and no longer using this business .

I have been shipping all my packages from this FedEx ship center for years. Even during the holidays, there is never a long wait. All staff members are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Ground shipping is always fast, and prices are low. Highly recommended!!

Fed Ex, please wake up, you are slipping! Expecting a package that required signature. I knew there would be no one available to sign so I assigned a hold at a pick up location instead. Get a notification that delivery was not attempted because the business was closed. Thinking it would go back to this location, I called and asked that it just be held there so i wouldnt have to wait another day. I spoke to the rep on the phone and he said the package was still in a sealed container and had not even left the center. He agreed that the notification was misleading and apologized but he would make sure the package was held at this location. The next day, I attempt to pick up my package. The lady says that it left on a truck for delivery. I then try to tell her what the rep told me and she cut me off once and talked over me the second time. Once she was done explaining her side, I calmly explained what I was told and thanked her for her time and left. Drove to the original hold location and lo and behold, it had JUST been delivered...1. People act based on the information they are given, if that information is wrong or incorrect, you risk wasting the customers time and that customer becomes someone elses customer.2. I dont know any of your internal corporate policies, so please dont talk down to me or talk over me when trying to resolve a situation, again, that customer becomes someone elses customer.3. Communication seems to be an issue. Your system says one thing and is not true or misleading; dont make promises you cant deliver or make sure they follow your internal corporate policies. Lastly, make sure everyone involved is on the same page. Seemed like everyone I spoke to knew only a bit of the puzzle.You lose a star for each of the above and one for the casual indifference of the person that was the literal face of your service.

Turn away!Go far, far away!!!Even the Federal Post Office gives better service.Last week, I had the property manager of a loyal client express ship a payment to me. Because it was very time sensitive, it was over nighted... That was a week ago and I still havent received it.To the best of my knowledge, the deliver whet to the wrong location and despite my consent and painfully inconvenient calls into the customer service line; nothing has been done, no one cares and nothing changes.Extremely poor customer service!

If I could give less than one star I would WORST shipping company I am on day 6 of 2 day delivery and still have not received my package. I will NEVER use FedEx again, they did not care about me or getting me my delivery. UPS would has never treated me like the FedEx customer care center did tell me you will get it day by 8 pm. And if not you can always come and get your package. REALLY??????

I think this place is awesome, i use to go to ups but after getting frustrated with standing in lines i switched to fedex. Much faster to ship a box, they dont ask as many questions as ups either. I think prices are a little bit cheaper and the shipping speed is also better. Keep up the good work over there!

Just needed to drop off two packages that were pre-paid/labeled. The lone FedEx counter employee was helping another customer with a HUGE order. After the other customer insisted that the FedEx employee try to help me, my packages were scanned in. Both myself and the other customer offered to put to packages on a cart, the employee insisted that she would move them from the public area into the back.Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from Eric at that FedEx location. He wondered why I had left my packages in the waiting area and that there an issue with the labels. He explained that I would need to come back to that location (almost an hour from my home) with new labels. He also mentioned that I could fax new labels. (Its 2018 people - give up the fax machine already!)Turns out that my packages were left in a public area for over four hours unaccounted and unattended. The reason there was an issue with the labels is because they had already been scanned in and were not coming up as duplicates. I asked to speak with a manager after Eric said that is was all good - its not all good when the company you have entrusted with two very expensive packages to has dropped the ball. I spoke with Malik about the situation and he said that he would speak with the employee that left my packages unattended.Update: These packages, which were shipped together, arrived at their destination one two different days and the contents of both boxes were damaged. (Yes, they had insurance. Yes, I have filed a claim with FedEx.)

Used 2 day delivery, pkg picked up on Thursday, the email said package would be delivered Monday (does that = 2 days? I didnt think so either). So Im relaxing at home on Sunday-----ALL DAY!!!! Next I get an email saying my pkg couldnt be delivered due to no one home!!!!!!! NOW DELIVERY IS SET FOR TUESDAY!!!!! WTF NO ONE EVER GOT THEIR LAZY AZZES OUT OF THE TRUCK TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR? NO DOOR TAG NOTHING OR DID THEY EVER COME TO MY HOUSE? THEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR DELIVERY MONDAY AFTER 3PM, GUY SAID YEP ILL PUT THAT REQUEST IN RIGHT AWAY....COME MONDAY DELIVERY CAME AT 11AM....WTF NOW ILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 6PM TO PICK MY PKG UP!!!!! THIS IS PURE BULL-_-T!!!!

I could not be home to sign for a package and the nearest pickup center is 12 miles away. My other option is to drive to Prince William County for pick up. Why dont they offer pickup like UPS does at their authorized shippers? There are several of those (FedEx/UPS) within a mile radius of me. Very customer unfriendly that you have to drive that amount of distance for your packages. I will keep that in mind for my next shipment and delivery options.

Total garbage, Please use UPS!, The Post Office, or make the drive and dont bother trying to ship your packages. If your not home you will never be able to pick up your package. This is the second time that I tried to pick up my package ta the location. It never works, and the customer service people lie to you, and then they will eventually hang up on you. I hope everyone at this location gets the diarrhea.

I then called to schedule a delivery and was told the package will arrive at 430 today and is enroute. my text msg stated they arrived after 230 today. if I havent been home at the time of the delivery the first 2times telling them i wont bed home until 430 why would they bring the package early again. m

I left a note on the door for the delivery guy to leave the package, after it had not arrived by 4:30pm as scheduled, AND no signature was required. And I get an email saying package could not be delivered. Defeated the entire purpose of having it delivered OVERNIGHT, if I cant get it until 3 days later. FRUSTRATING!
