Most of the time my experience is great! Unless Glenda the assistant manager helps, and then there is ALWAYS an issue, or a reason something will cost more. Last time she couldn’t handle print order, so I left and came back when someone else could help me and they were able to print no problem. Today it was my box, she then tried to tell me I had to pack in a box that could have held THREE times the amount of stuff I had and they it was going to cost twice as much. Once again I left and will go back when someone else can actually help. Her attitude is also never great even when I tried to say good morning etc. Moral of the story, avoid Glenda and all will be great!

They did a good job on the missing person posters I needed! The employee Jared was friendly and professional, he seems like quite a character. I’ll most likely be back again to this FedEx print/ship center in Fredericksburg.

They lost a package and told me to contact their customer service line, even though they lost it in there store. I called the number and they told me to go to the store. Incredibly awful service. Ill literally never ship with FedEx again. The store is always understaffed so Im not surprised for the lack of attention to details.

Great location! I come here for a lot of drop offs and to use the print station. Everyone is always really kind and helpful, I stopped by today and was helped by Zoe, she was awesome and really kind! Thanks guys!

Ive used the services of this location many times over the last 10 years. Its very clean, everything works as expected and the staff is very friendly. I typically use the self-service machines to include the computers, copiers and fax machines. Ill be back many more times.

I went to this location to return my chegg books and the representative(female) young lady told me she couldn’t accept it because the label from Chegg had hazardous item and I could buy a box and repack it in front of her. I knew she was lying but didn’t have time. I dropped the same box off at another location no problem. Train your staff they appear incompetent. Dissatisfied customer😤

I ordered a banner online that turned out less than ideal. ( I submitted the incorrect file size and material type.) They really went above and beyond to help fix it, and printed me a new banner. Ill definitely use this branch again for the excellent customer service.

My daughter and I had a package to send to my niece in Florida on on Thursday. Because of Michael Hurricane we were afraid it would make it. Thanks to Glenda, the package arrived this morning just in time for the party. She took the time gave us options we appreciate her customer service.

If I could give this location NO star, I would. We spent over an HOUR waiting for a single image to be copied. Aaron, the employee working, was completely cordial with the couple in front of us. When we got to the counter, he started our copies and then proceeded to help, and completely finish, the projects of two customers BEHIND us in line. One woman continually asked him to finish helping us first, to which he said Im still setting theirs up. He then packed an entire large box for another gentleman. 45 minutes later, he got around to finishing ours, which took him all of two minutes. Im not sure if it was because we are both heavily tattooed, or he just felt like being a horrible employee, but his lack of kindness and desire to do his job was definitely felt. Ive never had an experience worse than this.If you need copies or shipping, take your money elsewhere. The convenience of their hours is NOT worth the cost, and definitely not worth being treated like a second-class citizen.

This location has the best customer service I have found in a long time. If I prepare my docs on flash drive and give to them, they are great for providing suggestions/solutions to other options if I ask. I have never had a bad experience in this location and I use them at least 10 times per month.

It’s MLK 2019. 19 degrees with 2 degree wind chill. The front door is stuck open and it’s freezing cold inside. BUT! These dedicated folks are open and freezing cold just to ensure they get the job done. Thanks to this FedEx location for all their hard work!

Very busy location buy dont let that fool you. These folks go out of their way to help you in any way possible. I needed some documents printed and photos enlarged last minute for a presentation and they went above and beyond. They cared as if it was their project and I couldnt be more thankful for their dedication and understanding of my time constraints.

They saved me a lot of money by suggesting ground express saver. Actually saved me $38 to be exact! I cant thank them enough for their patients even though it took a little longer than expected due to the person in front of me being sour due to an error.

Well laid out, plenty of resources available here also. My only complaint is staffing. There never seems to be enough agents available> Usually stuck behind the person that needs to ship 29 packages to 29 people in 29 different countries when All I need is a copy

Wouldnt take my package since it had an old battery decal they said they couldnt remove. Same package accepted at another location. Poor customer service

The lady that works there was rude to me the last 2 times I came in. She was on the phone while waiting on me now that is rude.

I was in a rush, and Cynthia was able to accommodate my needs in a quick manner. I received good quality business cards in less than 24 hours for several people with zero hassle.

I really hope the government funds the USPS but if not FedEx is great

Assistant manager Glenda seems to think taking care of black customers first is ok I guess. Seems she needs diversity training.

Love the customer service here only thing is that there is not enough staff available and always have to end up waiting 15-20 minutes before I am helped.

Im going to be honest - havent you people ever had a job where youd rather not be there? Then maybe you can understand what its like when customers go into a store expecting star treatment and the staff just isnt feeling up to it that day. Did you get your product in a timely manner? Were you kind to them? Yes, sometimes its frustrating because maybe a staff member isnt moving as fast as you want them to that day, but cut them a break. We all have those moments. Im a repeat customer, partially out of necessity, but also because the staff has always been nice to me when Ive walked in.

Poor customer service and knowledge of materials.I asked for one sheet of labels so I dont have to buy a whole pack, was advised to use self service to type addresses and print my address labels. It then turned out that The sheet I was sold wasnt Avery, aka the pack I pointed to and asked can I get one of these. So it doesnt have any templates on the self service computers. I was then asked to mail the addresses into the store and that they could be printed later in the day. I also was not given a file format specification to send them in. I ended up wasting time and money by staying logged in to the self service machines longer than I really needed to.

Awful experience. Staff refused to ship my box even though it was the size and shape and weight described in the online order I made. Staff claimed there was nothing they could do for me based on the size of my package, even though FedEx online let me order shipping for those dimensions. DO NOT GO HERE, STAFF IS UNHELPFUL AND LAZY! I took the package to UPS and they shipped it no problem.

Easy to use kiosk and convenient location. 65c per page seems high though.

I think people who receive good service often dont take the time to say so. Ive never had anything but on-deadline and conscientious service from the staff at FedEx on Route 3. Thanks, FedEx.
