The associates of this particular store are a hit or miss. You can either get great service or get horrible service. But you are more likely to receive horrible service from associates who act bothered by you when you ask for assistance. When I spoke up and reported how I felt with the service given to me over the past months, the store manager called me and stated I employee different personalities at my store and encourage them to allow their personalities to shine through when they sell. Maybe you just havent found your match yet. Which is a round about way of dismissing my claims that some of the associates in the store can be dismissive and have a unbothered air to them. Since others on here are reporting this as well, I know its not just me and not finding my match as it was put to me. I would rate the store lower, but there are two girls at the store who are superb. It is because of them I do not rate the store lower.

Absolutely love Pandora and the sales women at this location! Before this year, Id never owned a Pandora bracelet. I started one in February and now theres barely any room left on my bracelet. Each employee Ive interacted with has been attentive to my needs and what I envision on myself, whether it be earrings, necklaces, rings, or additional charms for my bracelet. They have a remarkable eye for detail and I really encourage people to shop here to fulfill all their Pandora needs.

I have to say after reading the previous comments, I had to write a review. Every time I’m in the store I have had a wonderful experience. They were patient with me and helped me pick out a bracelet for myself. After that I went back and brought a ring for myself. Both time I was there I haven’t witness no RACIAL PROFILE. It sounds like to me these was bunch of children not getting their way hanging in the Mall with no money. Even while waiting in line I have witness these Ladies being patient and very helpful with theircustomer. I will definitely be back to purchase more jewelry. Thank you Ladies and keep up the good CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I recently visited this store because my moms birthday is coming up and she loves jewelry! I did not really have a plan of what to get her but the sales women were so nice and helpful! They helped me pick a super nice necklace which I am super pleased with!

Great staff at this Pandora location. I was able to find everything I was looking for when I came in. Lisa was wonderful and took her time to help me pick out the perfect necklace and bracelet for my grandmother. I will definitely come back to this store if I need any other jewelry. Best service I have experienced in a long time!

I recently purchased a charm bracelet for Valentines Day for my girlfriend. The sales girl made it super easy to make something shed love based off of what I told her my girlfriend liked. Each time I come in the employees are really nice, and help me find the gifts I need. Her birthday is coming up and they helped me find a few rings, a couple pairs of earrings, and a necklace I know shes gonna love.

Amazing staff!I always enjoy coming to the store to purchase charms for my daughter. Staff is amazing as always and super friendly!Lisa has helped me from the very beginning helping me pick out my daughters first bracelet and ordering her charms! Again great store!

Had a great experience with the Ladies at this location...At first I really wasnt sure what I wanted to get for my wife. Well when it came to the help that I received it came in abundance. These ladies were so professional but what I loved the most is that they made me laugh. Thats something you have to do when it comes to customer service. Not only did one associate help me but all gave their in put to make sure I didnt have any worries. Talk about accommodation of the customer. And yes after reading some of the reviews I was very reluctant about going to this location. And especially when I heard someone being profiled racially...thats something I wouldnt tolerate. But coming from a very diverse background this was very hard to understand why when this store has so much diversity in its own location. I counted 5 diverse cultures the day I was there and was treated with the utmost respect. I feel bad that someone didnt either get there way or just wanted someone to be as miserable as they are. Hope it works out better next time. Continued success in all your endeavors ladies. Well done Reed Family.

Went to get a charm bracelet for my daughters graduation. The girls at this location are very professional and really know their stuff! They made me feel so welcome and really took the time to help me add charms so each piece meant something special. Will definitely come back to this store

The women working the day before mother’s day were so rude. just bc i told her we were just looking and i didn’t know yet what i wanted or what i was exactly looking for at the moment she had attitude & when i was finally ready to ask a question i had asked another lady and her response was “who was helping you” “so they just let you in” as if i didn’t wait in that long line. why does it matter who was helping me? as a sales rep you should be able to help anyone.

Love the jewelry here but the three times I have went in this store the sales associates act as if assisting customers is an inconvenience and they have an air of superiority. I’ve also witnessed the sales associates gathered around the register cussing & complaining about the lack of organization of their checkout process. (The manager was in earshot too so I suspect this is normal behavior). The atmosphere is so unwelcoming that is almost not worth the effort. I hope they can grow to the point that they recognize engaging with their customers is a necessity in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

This was THE worst experience I have ever had at a jewelry store. The 2 ladies who were working were uninterested in providing me any assistance! Mind you there were no other customers inside. I asked to see jewelry and was pointed in the direction, where I then had to figure out which case to look in. Then when I asked about a charm, the girl showed me a similar one in a different color. I asked if they didnt have anymore of the kind I wanted and she said yes but she was reluctant to remove it from the case. When pressed, she pulled the holder out but didnt remove the charm for me to hold. I asked about details of it and she made a sarcastic comment about it being just like the other one she showed me instead of her handing me the charm so I can inspect it myself. Clearly this representative isnt interested in generating revenue for her employer! She had a major attitude and obviously doesnt care about her job description. I understand we are living in the age of COVID but the jewelry store I came into prior showed me every piece I asked about and then sanitized it after. That representative was happy to do her job and try to close a sale, the complete opposite of your sales rep. Luckily, I have had the pleasure of patronizing several other Pandora locations and know this isnt the standard. Otherwise, they wouldve lost my business all together! However, I would never, EVER return to this store location! Please do better and send this girl to a customer service training class or therapy!

I was racially profiled at this location. I was being watched the entire time I was in the store. I went to look at the charm bracelets and another employee that was next to the one staring at me, came up in front of me to lock the case. Then I was asked if I had a problem.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Definitely the best Pandora store I have ever been to. Kiera Sanders made my shopping experience a delight; she was very patient, kind, and attentive to my needs. She helped me replace a clip that I lost a couple months ago when all hope was lost. :) So people, make sure you talk to her when shopping at this store! Thanks again :D

I went into Pandora to get my mom a bracelet for her birthday. I had no idea what I wanted and I was slightly overwhelmed with the amount of options. Andrea calmed me down and walked me through everything and helped me pick out a beautiful charm bracelet for my mom. I feel much better about going in there again and adding more charms in the future. Andrea was so patient and helpful. I probably wouldn’t have bought anything if she wasn’t there to walk me through everything.

I will not be back! Every time I go in to this store they give me the worst customer service & the current store manager don’t come out until everything is already taken care of. My charm broke & i have a warranty on it. The girl who I spoke to I believe her name was Dominique. She said I have to call a number that was highlighted on the paper, to come to find out they are closed on Saturday’s. I asked was I supposed to call she said yes. The end. Then I asked her what If it’s not my fault she said they only replace it once. She never looked at my info, never got the manager. Just gave me a paper told me it was my fault & told me to call that number & they will tell me what to do: I call that number then called another location with better service & they put one away for me.Moral of the story is... don’t shop at this pandora cause they don’t care about the customer period.Every time I walked by the associates are standing at the register and no customer:This isn’t even half I will be writing a very detailed letter to head quarters about this store.

Will not be back to this store. My boyfriend bought me the forget me not set of earrings, ring and necklace. I brought it back to have them cleaned. The first girl I talked to was very nice. When I came back to pick up my jewelry the backs of my earrings were still dirty. I took them back in and asked if the cleaner didn’t get in the holes of the earring? One girl looked as tho she didn’t see anything and the other girl was very rude and said the brush would not get that!? She looked at me as though I was lower than low. Very snotty employees, minus the first girl that helped me. Not good customer service. I’ll find somewhere else to go for my Pandora and cleaning!

I am so in love with pandora! and the girls at this store are top notch! the associate that usually helps me is Kayla and she is wonderful! the store manager has helped me as well and they always goes above and beyond. I love shopping for all my pandora here. everyone has always been extremely nice and patient with me. they complete my shopping experience and Ive learned so much from them about all the different things I can do. they get me excited about my purchase!

I Will NEVER return to this Pandora, the “manager” Lisa is a complete Witch and has ZERO class. I’m surprised that Pandora continues to employ someone with such terrible customer service. I felt completely uncomfortable in this store and I think I probably will never purchase Pandora Jewelry again in the future. PLEASE FIRE THIS LADY!! I also found it crazy that other people have had the same thing happen to them by Lisa and yet nothing has changed. PANDORA DO YOU CARE? Virginia is a right to work state Pandora, you can fire anyone for any reason. I hope that her continued employment is worth losing my business.

Totally blew our day on the lack of customer service ... We bought a bracelet and stretched over 1 and 3/4 and they blamed the beads and didnt even offer a discount for a new one.. Jumped right to warranty and they dont cover it... I will never buy that over priced junk again!!! Ebay sells the same at 3rd the cost...
