I had the worst experience at this store today. I went to Things Remembered to have gifts engraved for my upcoming wedding. The associate was rude from the beginning and was of no help when filling out the forms. After spending over an hour trying to get the form filled out in a way the associate could understand, we left and were told to return in 2 hours to pick up the items. When we returned, we found out that 2 of the boxes had been damaged and the engravings looked awful. There was no courtesy call letting us know of the damage prior. The associate even tried blaming us for some of the damage! When trying to get refunded for the damaged product, the associate would not refund us the amount agreed upon initially. An hour later of arguing with us and finally getting a manager on the phone, we were refunded and left with only half of the products engraved properly. It was an absolute nightmare and the customer service was dismal. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Terrible quality. Terrible service. Terrible all around.

Always a great choice to shop at if you are looking for something unique! Also they are fast!

Nice place to get gifts that you can personalize. A little pricey, but i guess you cant put a tag on memories.

Not at all impressed with the item I just received. I ordered one Antique Round Keepsake Box for a co-worker who is leaving us tomorrow. The item arrived today, just in time for her going away party. I quickly opened the package to inspect it before I wrapped it up and noticed that the engraving (her initials) looked awful, super hard to see (thin and light). I also noticed that the lid of the keepsake box does not sit straight onto the bottom piece when closed, off center and to the left. Unfortunately I had to order this online as there is no longer a store where I live (now I know why). If I had been able to order in store, I could have quickly and easily rejected this piece and had it corrected in a timely manner. Although the item arrived a day earlier than expected, this item is no where near worth the money I paid for it. And now, I am embarrassed to even pass this on as a gift.

Engraving done same day. Items from other stores can also be engraved. You can find a gift for anyone and really make it special.

Overall an outstanding store for getting or creating custom items
