Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers time. Received two text messages, one phone call, and one email that my delivery was scheduled for 10/08/2021 however item was not delivered until 10/09/2021. I only found out that it was being delivered on Saturday after I called to check delivery update. Called on 10/11/2021 to notify them again about the lack of consideration, and representative did her job great. She would not transfer me to a manager, apologized for the issue that I experienced, would not transfer me to the dispatch coach that I had communicated with on 10/08/2021, and repeatedly did not value me as a customer. Although she did her job great (sarcasm) of not allowing me to talk to the person I had previously talked, refused to offer compensation for missing work the next day, or just not taking ownership for their error, T & T has done a great job of making customers feel underappreciated and not valued.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a complete joke. I called customer service because my cousin who I was helping move didn’t get the correct recliner and the woman who answered the phone was extremely pleasant, but was unable to assist so I asked for a supervisor or manager. She must have thought I was on mute or hold. The way these people talk about their customers, the whole reason they are in business is beyond me. After 20 minutes of waiting for a supervisor. This woman had a fake “I’m better than you” mentality. Forget getting your delivery on time, they will misplace your items, tell you they are there when they aren’t. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...👎👎👎Their employees need more training on how to communicate with customer with respect.I have a really bad experience on my furniture delivery !!! Guy was very disrespectful ..throwing the boxes ..damaged the furniture ..i asked for a call back from his supervisor ..no one called back!!!!!...i dont think he even told his supervisor ..but people be very caution when they deliver your furniture.....

This company is HORRIBLE, if I could give 0 stars I would......We were given a delivery window of 9-12am. We were told the truck broke down, but they were getting a new one. I finally called the driver around 12 and was told they wouldnt arrive until 2-4. Called again at 3:30-4pm for an update...since apparently they arent capable of updating anyone....I was then told me delivery would be 4-6. Eventually I called again and my window was pushed back yet again to 7:30-8:00....My fiancé and I asked the driver for his supervisors number....who was less than helpful and kept making excuses. Kept saying someone else was supposed to reach out to update us. They ALSO kept telling us we need to reschedule if we were upset.I cant discourage anyone enough from using this horribly incompetent, unprofessional company.

I understand that when a vehicle breaks down thats one problem. The problem I had with this company is the fact that I never received any updates except that their truck was going to be replaced.When I called the delivery company, I was given the run around saying they would be here soon. When I asked for the supervisors name, the delivery person told me they didnt know then gave me a false name.When the supervisor did call back I was then yet again given the run around saying they are down the street but would be 30 minutes after waiting all day.Try to avoid this company if you can.

I received delivery yesterday of a sectional couch and a coffee table that I bought from Ashleys, and the delivery team was great!! Kevin gave me a call a few minutes ahead of his arrival along with his helper I didnt catch his name. They were both very friendly and professional, made sure they knew exactly where to setup the furniture, they carried it upstairs and around the corner carefully, and they completed the setup very quickly. My time frame was 3-6 and they showed up around 3:30 so I was very happy it ended up being on the earlier end! I cant say enough good things about how well the actual delivery went as well as there was great communication from their office when scheduling the appointment and notifying me of the time frame the day before. I would definitely recommend!

The only reason that this is a 2 star is because of the very nice delivery team. Once the team set up the furniture and left, I went right back to work. I didnt notice until the next day that one of the pieces of the sectional was a different shade than the rest. I contacted the sales person who told me to get in touch with customer care. I contacted them and initially they were very nice, however, they have not followed up with me. It has been 1 week since contacting them and no response. I have tried to call a number of times and they have never returned a call or email. You spend extra money for this customer care and unfortunately it is not worth the paper it is written on.

If I can give 0 stars I would.My deliver has been rescheduled 5 times with them. I ordered a sofa on May 27 2021. First deliver was June 09 2021, second was June 19 2021, third was June 22 2021, fourth was June 25 2021, now fifth deliver is to be determined after I called to verify the fourth delivery. Item is sitting in the warehouse and has not been processed (whatever that entails). I live not even 2 miles from the warehouse. I told them I would pick it up myself. I was told I cant until they process it sometime next week. This is piss poor service. Why are they still in business. Why is Ashley still using them. Next phone call is to Ashley. Lets see what they say......

This area is the furniture pick up place, if you order furniture and dont get it delivered this is where you go pick it up yourself. My daughter in law ordered furniture and this is where the Ashley furniture warehouse pick up is located . The same goes for other establishments down through out the area.You go to the door, give them your name they go pull it and you back in to dock load and leave.

Very bad company... if I can put zero or minus I absolutely will. Delay in delivery for months, most of the furniture delivers with damages and a lot of scratches, their delivery team is disrespectful and ignorant, very poor costumer service, over 434 open cases in BBB.Their accountant is the worse, Cristal Spicer, committing fraudulent activities, tries to take wrongful action against innocent costumers in Spotsylvania General District Court counting heavily on people may not show up in court, so she can get default judgment against them. I wouldn’t exaggerate if I say every month she sues over 30 people for fake and phoney cases. She never pick up phones.Unbelievable... run run run. Don’t buy from them. I know have a court day on Nov 12, 2020.

I purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture back in April. It was delivered quickly to me, right on time, on 4/16. I loved the couch, but then...on 4/21, I leaned on it to put on my shoe, and SNAP! The arm/frame completely broke. I immediately reached out to Ashley Furniture and was reassured that this shouldnt have happened and that it would be repaired for a small service fee of $75 (reasonable). We scheduled repairs for 5/8. Since they couldnt guarantee an arrival time until the day prior, I took the day off of work. Then, the afternoon of 5/7, they called to tell me that they messed up, that they neglected to order fabric needed for the repair, that that the appointment would be rescheduled once it arrived. We eventually rescheduled for 5/29; I took a second day off of work. The technician arrived, only to tell me that the couch was broken (obviously), and that it would either need to be taken to a warehouse for repairs, or replaced. I contacted the company again, to request replacement, as a repair would require 2 days off work (1 for pickup, 1 for dropoff), and would leave me couch-less for a period of time. I was told that (1) they would not be replacing my couch and (2) they could not take my couch in for repairs due to COVID-19. I responded asking to speak to someone in management, as we are 2 months in, with still no resolution. No response, and here I sit, with a broken couch.

They delivered my furniture that I purchased from Ashley furniture...at least half of it. I asked for Wednesday as my scheduled delivery weeks in advance but wasnt scheduled until Thursday. I didnt know this ahead of time and was already prepared. They came on Thursday during the allotted time but they didnt have all of my items and didnt tell me until after my beds were put together. The driver called customer service ON SPEAKER and the girl says oh they forgot to pull the sofa for you but she tells me the truck didnt get in until late so they have to reschedule. Really now were working on 3 days and they act as if I have no where else to be. So now were rescheduled for Saturday. Again the drivers did arrive on time. Reggie who worked for another company was very polite and set my sofa up pretty quick. I wont purchase from Ashley again as long as they use T&T to deliver. Very unorganized.

Ashly furniture needs to fire this incompetent company. Bad for their business. They delivered my dinning room set without one of the chairs. Scheduled the delivery of the chair a week out. When the day comes the delivery driver cant find the house. After paying an expensive delivery feeIt is not my responsibility to make sure your drivers have directions. Driver decides not to drop the merchandise off. No call, no show. I contact the company. They were useless. All the supervisors were conveniently busy. They scheduled the delivery of the chair ANOTHER week out. I look forward to spending another day at home waiting for a delivery company that doesnt deliver.

The two gentlemen that delivered our furniture were very professional. They were quick and set our furniture up for us which I did not expect. So I do appreciate that they did. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were heading to my home. They were there within 30 minutes of their call. Thank you

They were estimated to come between 7-10 am and they called and to see if I was ready at 6:45! I love that it was earlier than estimated. The gentlemen were very kind! Loved them, great work guys!

I called their office and they said they close at 6 and as long as i was there before then, i would get helped but my husband went there after work and got there at 5:50 just for them to close the door in his face and tell him they were closed. Awful service. Would not recommend to anyone. I couldn’t even cancel my order 👎👎👎

The lot is small. If your delivering here, you have to drop your loaded trailer, pull the empty out from the dock, drop that empty then put the loaded in that spot. Thats not the problem. The problem is the already small lot is shared with 4 wheelers...They drive right thru where you need to be pulling up to back up...and they dont like waiting. If it hasnt already happened...Someones gonna get their little car crunched because the place needs a different access for cars. Not a fan of this set up. But other than that...Friendly recvg staff...in and out...on your way!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have been waiting since July 2015 to receive my furniture undamaged! I have tried to get a resolution numerous times. The Director of Customer Service Deannie Ferrell is a waste of time. She does not return phone calls or help you. Any conversation you have with her, she just replies that it is her pleasure to help. I dont know how she gets a paycheck because she doesnt do anything. We have asked to speak with her boss but she refuses, no surprise there. Completely embarrassing, I would be ashamed if it was my business.

After not receiving my couch after a month. I walk into the furniture store to find out why. They inform me its scheduled for a day I will be in court and the company claims to have spoken with me and scheduled it. I also found out they did not even have the right number for me! So you mean to tell me you called some random person and they scheduled the delivery of my couch? I highly doubt that. I am now uncomfortable with these people even coming to my house based on these reviews and the fact they are liars.

TRUST ME DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL REGRET IT! So I purchased a King Sized MATTRESS & box springs in JANUARY after calling several times to set up delevery I was told several times it was not in yet. Finally in April My items where in so I could set up delivery, (Ashely usesT&T distribution to delivery there furniture which is even more of an headache b/c the drivers dont speak good ENGLISH!) the original representative told me the did not deliver on sat & Sun so I took off of work for Monday. But when I called to confirm I was told that was incorrect that the dont deliver on Sun & Monday 😡 So the only option I had was to have my mattress delivered on Sat. The same day my furniture was being moved in. My origanal delivery time was for 8-11 am which was impossible b/c I was moving that day so they changed my delivery time to 4-7. I was supposed to be the last delivery of the day. Well Saturday came. The non English speaking deliverers called me every HR on the HR to deliver early something about his Madre?!?!? So finally I gave in.... Big mistake on my part.... My furniture was not set up yet so my mattress & boxsprings had to be left out side my door. When I finally went to put it on my bed the box spring was damaged it had a whole in it. I was furious. So fast forward to this Saturday that just past 16 April the delivery company was supposed to bring my replacement box spring between 8-11. I had a 3pm flight to make that day but like 4 mins away from the airport so I thought I would be safe... Wrong the delivers WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! & instead of coming to me next they went to the next delivery. After T&T distribution was very unhelpful I called Ashley Furniture b/c this is who I paid my money to. I asked for the store Manager (Mike) he thought my problem was beneath him (even though he begged me to write a review online when I purchased my items in store) so he passed my call to Andrew a customer service rep. Well when I spoke to Andrew about my issues & how I had a flight to catch he Laughed & ask what was he supposed to do. Finally the delivers arrived at 12:30 & were done by 1! But all in all this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.! OH & MIKE HERE IS YOU REVIEW YOU REQUESTED 👎🏾

This company delivered the furniture we ordered from Ashley Furniture. The delivery men asked to use the bathroom and for bottled water, which was a little off-putting. Most grievously, they damaged the walls in our brand new house while carrying the furniture upstairs. We contacted them immediately and it took weeks to get fixed, only after threatening to file an insurance claim. Beware if you order from Ashley Furniture in Richmond.

Ive been trying for 2 weeks to get someone to help me get the shelves they left out of my delivery, but to no avail.Even the managers dont answer their phones or check their voice mail.The kind of customer service youd expect at a CIA black site...
