After a horrifying experience at regency I went to Home Style furniture as per my sister recommendation. I saw the same sales associate that helped her. Kita gave exceptional service. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to buy more furniture!

My wife and I have bought several furniture items over the past year and have had some bad experiences with either a poor selection, high prices and even very pushy sales people. We dreaded starting another furniture store tour as we call it, going from store to store. I saw the Google reviews for Home Style and realized we havent been there before. We started and ended our search for a living room set there. It was the right price and quality for us and most importantly the selection and service were great. There were no salesman stalking us while we walked around. Overall a great experience and I recommend stopping by to take a look.Oh and military/police/fire get a discount.

Wouldn’t shop there again. Ordered a recliner loveseat and sofa with the colors being similar. That was the end of April. A couple of weeks later the store called to arrange deliver of the recliner and sofa but we had to put off delivery as we were down in FL getting ready to move some stuff up to VA. When we got up to VA, I stopped by the store to check on our order. The manager, person in-charge, said he would check on the status of our loveseat on Monday given it was it was late on Friday. Not hearing anything from them on Monday or Tuesday, we stopped back in the store on Wednesday only to find out that our loveseat would not be in until the end of June or possibly later. Rather than wait for the loveseat, we opted to cancel the loveseat and get another recliner instead. In fairness to them they did knock some money off our order for our inconvenience. Delivery was then scheduled for that Friday.When we received our Oder on Friday, the two recliners looked very similar, a lite tan/brownish color but the sofa was a very dark chocolate, nothing near what we expected . Called the store to complain while the delivery men were still there. Going around and around with them, the manager said there was nothing they could do and that we were aware of the difference in color when we placed our initial order. We knew there would be a slight difference but not a difference between night and day. Needless to say, we were not happy with our experience with the Spotsylvania Homestyle furniture store. We will not shop there again or recommend it to others. We are even considering filing a complaint with the BBB.
