Found an item online that I wanted to purchase for my daughters birthday. Staff in the store confirmed by phone they had it and it was set off to the side for me to purchase the next day. No issues at all on pickup. Also helped me with upgrading the chain on the pendant. Very honest with which items were worthy of paying for a service plan and which were not worth the cost. The store was busy on a Saturday night yet they made me feel like I was their only customer when it was my turn... I absolutely will be back. Thank you.

After having complications with my ring, the manager from the store helped me by giving me the price of my ring to exchange it for another one since my old one was considered damaged. Now I have a brand new ring that works for me and my occupation and I absolutely love it. Definitely give that store manager 5 stars for being so awesome and making sure I was satisfied.

Manager and this other woman🤢 loud, noisy and obnoxious; this store is not diverse, a place like this is always bad news when you go in. It is after all, in fredericksburg with a confederate flag to welcome you. We certainly have no interest in purchasing from Zales anymore. I loved buying from Zales until dealing with two white annoying, aggrevating people there. Janele(my rep, very polite and sweet) made me confident about my purchase. The Asian rep was also not bad.

What an absolutely amazing experience. Excellent customer service, wonderful attitudes, and a great selection. Vickey and her team are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you get just what your looking for. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family and me and my fiancee will be back as well! Couldnt be happier! 5 out of 5 stars.

I had been walking around all over the mall trying to find a special ring but all of the stores I went to, were too expensive and the rings within my budget were nice but not what I was looking for sadly. I even went to a kiosk and found a very pretty ring, but they didn’t have it in my size and couldn’t resize it. I was heart broken. The only place left was Zales and I thought for certain I was wasting my time.It was a diamond store like many of the others but no matter how hard I looked everything was beyond what I could pay. I felt very apprehensive and was extremely disappointed. However despite this fact one of the associates asked me what I was looking for. I told her that my price range was about $80 to $90 dollars, yet no matter where I went I couldn’t find anything I either liked or could afford.The associate then came over and pointed out some very pretty rings that were in my price range. There was one in particular I fell in love with but I wasn’t certain it was one of the affordable ones. However I was pleasantly surprised that it was. Sadly it wasn’t it my size but luckily that wasn’t a problem. The associate was able to pull up the cost of resizing it and even checked my ring size for good measure. She was very nice and patient through the whole process.When the total cost was a bit higher she suggested I use a Zales card which would allow me to pay for the ring over a longer period of time which was great news for my wallet! Although the cost was only $114. Being an independent contractor I don’t make a lot of money. Also when I wanted to take a picture the associate was more than happy to help me take a picture perfect photo. I also got a protection plan that explained that if something happened to the ring it would be covered. It was very nice to have that reassurance.The best part was there was no pressure. I felt comfortable and I knew that I could trust them. The store itself is small but charming. No one swarming you like a hoard of locus. They took their time to determine my wants and needs and above all else they were very friendly. Even when they were with a client buying a diamond ring, they treated me as an important customer. As a mystery shopper as my profession I give my Zales experience 10 stars ⭐️!!!!Thank you guys! I love you my new ring soooo much!

I give this place credit for having amazing sales and beautiful rings but they are horrible when it comes to the repairs. My ring went in to be sized down and I was told it was going to be ready on the 11th and it wasn’t. I called (which took 3 times before someone answered) to be told it could be another whole week before it comes back. My fiancé then went into the store to get answer to be told it’ll be here on the 12th. We called and guess what? Not ready, they now are saying it will be here tomorrow on the 13th. So now I’ll have to call tomorrow and see if they are actually telling the truth and have it. I’ve been without my ring for two (almost three) weeks now. I’m furious with how they treat people’s jewelry when it comes to repairs.

I always get all my jewelry here.. But there quality and service is declining. They say they are going to call me when my diamond is back in for the 3rd time of being fixed and the last 2 times they did not. I tried calling today and no one would answer the phone so I guess I will get in my car drive over an hour to see if it is in since they told me the 18th when it was dropped off. Great way to do business. Get the clients money then ignore them. Oh and dont answer the phone when we call because you dont want to be bothered...

Worst customer service ever!! Bought wedding ring set back March 2014. Had to have it repaired that September. Had the run around getting it repaired took 2 months. Then had to have the repaired again in May 2016. Its taking 6 weeks to get them back. Every time I call they cant find my order, they are rude and very unpleasant to talk to. They dont have a care in the world about their customers. Would never go back to them or purchase anything from them again.

Wanted to notify everyone that I could not to do business with Zales. In August, my husband purchased an anniversary band for me and earrings in December. It is July now, and I finally had to just get a refund. They still do not have my order made. They have lied to me, and lied to me. This has been 11 months of frustration and anger at such a poorly run company. If you are considering any jewelry purchase.. Go somewhere else!
