The replacement plan doesnt actually replace broken jewelry.They just fix it kinda sorta and send it back to you.
When Shopping here. Make sure you only deal with the Manager, Tim and Assistant Manager, Hayder, if you want to be treated correctly. They are the best and you will be happy with both their service and impeccable proffessionalism!I highly recommend both!

If I could give more stars I would! Micky and Jackie took the time to listen to what I wanted in my wedding ring and even helped my mom find the ring she has always wanted. I always leave happy when I go there.
Jackie, Sal and Tim all assisted me this past weekend when I came in so disappointed because my brand new engagement ring had lost another stone after just sending it out for the first stone coming loose. I was so upset I wanted to pick out a different ring so this wouldnt keep happening and they all went above and beyond to help my fiance and I find the perfect ring that ended up being even more beautiful than the first one and made sure they took the time to find me the perfect band to match and even helped me to get the best price since it was cheaper online. They were all so kind and made the who process as least stressful as possible! They were swamped too and were still making sure they did everything they could to make this a happy occasion. I will definitely be coming back to them because of their service! Thank you so much again and cannot wait to receive my new beautiful ring!

YOU ARE WAITING FOR MY RING. IT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED IN THE MAIL!!! This is election season. Why do you send a ring, when mail-in ballots is at an all time high, through the regular mail. Makes no sense. Ring was due 3 days ago. I sent it back for an engravement. No one called me the first time. I’m beyond upset!!!

Don’t do business here. They don’t honor life time warranties on your jewelry. I’ve spent near 6 grand at Kays in NC. Now that I want to use my warranty, they’re coming up with loopholes on why I can’t use it.Very rude staff. The older female with red hair and glasses is extremely rude.
Our 20th wedding anniversary is coming up. My husband and I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ann. I told her we were possibly looking for a new wedding set. She showed me different sets, she was very knowledgeable and professional. I finally made my decision and she made the process so easy. I will definitely go back for future purchases.

Alright if you go here to purchase jewelry you need to read this and beware of the Shady Store Manager who will try to scam you. So I recently moved from Florida to VA. I had bought a necklace for my son in florida with the extended warranty. It broke and when we got to VA I brought into the Kays Jewelrs here to get repaired. The Store Manager who I wont name pretended to look in there system for my warranty. She literally had me giver her every phone number ive owned in the last 15 years all 3 address Ive had and all my wofes info and told me she couldnt find it but I could buy a new one. I was so mad I told them Ild go to Jareds if I was to pay anyone. Well 2 weeks later I go to Jareds and explain what happened. The women at Jareds said really give me your info and proceeded to pull up my Kays warranty for the necklace in 5 minutes. She told me the kady at Kays does this all the time so she can force customers to purchase a new warranty or repair. I approaced the sotre manager 5 minutes after Jared provided the warranty receipt and notified the store manager of this upcoming review. She is a scam artist doesnt represent what Virginia is and I hope with this review my BBB complaint and Consumer Affairs complaint she will get fired.
Terrible customer service. My wife had to have her wedding ring (and band) resized in January 2019 which they did with no issue because I bought the ring set in *2007* with the lifetime warranty. Then in August 2019 she needed the ring (and band) resized back to a smaller size. I took the ring in along with the paperwork and the manager there said they could resized the ring but the band was an extra $80 because the warranty didnt cover the band. Seriously? This store had no issue with the warranty earlier this year but suddenly the manager says my warranty doesnt cover the band. Stay away from this crooked store and its terrible staff

When my now husband and I purchased our three Leo diamond rings from this location, the older woman with dark curly hair was SO nice and accommodating. Unfortunately every time we have ever been back since then, be it for an inspection and cleaning or to service one of our rings, she has been awful. It’s like we’re inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. I’m so sorry that not every visit we make is for a purchase, but any customer who walks into your store should be treated better. I’ve been in retail, management, and now the medical field and if I treated customers or patients the way she does I would’ve been fired a long time ago. I never leave reviews, but the fact that she makes me not want to go into that location ever made me feel like I should share my experience. Our rings are beautiful, but she alone makes me wish we had purchased them elsewhere.
#1 to a sales business treat your customers like they matter! Glad the one helping me today gave me a card as I was leaving to go elsewhere due to the service she was giving. Anne Sipler-store manager. Was not inviting in the least bit, instead of listening to me describing what I had in mind or paying any attention to me the customer in front of her she kept interrupting to inform others coming in SHE would be right with them, even when I was speaking to her. I was in to find an engagement ring with my boyfriend coming in to meet me with intentions of buying TODAY, he got there and not even 10 minutes in was over being treated like we didnt matter so I took a picture of the ring I wanted and it is now being custom made at another jewelry store that did not have that ring but is able to make it based on my picture. You treat a possible customer like you dont care you loose that business and it goes 3 minutes away. Your loss their gain. And Jared surpassed my expectations and made me incredibly happy today. I would rate 0 stars if I could. This store (Store#1170) has had my pearl ring since November 17th, they were suppose to reset the pearl and have it back to me by December 4th. When I hadnt received a phone call I went into the store (Dec, 14), Kays THEN informed me the pearl had accidentally been DESTROYED!! The story goes on, more promised pick up times, they tried offering me a $50 fake pearl ring to replace it (Mine is wayyy more than this and is a real salt water pearl, RUDE) and needless to say it is now December 28th AND I STILL HAVE NO RING!! I am beyond disappointed, this is the worst customer service I have ever had and I am taking this to corporate.Sincerely,A very unsatisfied customer

Just left Kay Jewelers in the mall here in Fredericksburg, VA. Manager was Debbie De Persio. She had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. I have made numerous purchases from this company. Went there tonight to check on a letter I received about redeeming a certificate based on previous purchases wearing my running clothes. I guess she decided I was not a worthwhile customer based on my attire or skin color. I asked her to look up my account so I could redeem the certificate. She could not find the info and then basically accused me of making up the letter. I asked her to call Springfield because I had already spoken with the manager there (who is great btw). At first, she just kept telling me I had ONLY made one purchase at that store. Not true. She then informed me that “I didn’t have anything there because their database keeps up with every receipt.” Then, with her condescending attitude - proceeded to call Springfield to verify my story. Really? This is what they teach now? Treat the customer as a hostile witness? You dont tell a customer he is a liar when he has a letter from your corporation and has a manager in Springfield, VA who was more than helpful in assisting. She half-way apologized after contacting Springfield. Then she proceeded to attempt to miscalculate the discount as if she can’t do basic math. I decided to leave, while she stood there smiling. No one can truly be this ignorant and I can’t believe Kay’s would have a manager like this representing its company.
