Was not to impressed. Place was not to clean, the person at the counter was the only one there. We wanted a smoothie and she was not able to offer or make anything else on the menu.It looks like she needed more help.

Great place better staff good food. We got a chocolate yogurt with gummies and a keto berry smoothie. If you are in Fredericksburg don’t forget to stop here.

Watery yogurt. Looks shabby/rundown inside. No chocolate sprinkles. Chocolate chips were bland. Service was good.

The perfect stop to rest tired feet while exploring Fredericksburg. The concept is interesting, with all the gleaming machines etc. The yogurt and shakes are what one you would expect for the price.

I loooovvvveeeddd this place the fro yo was so good and tasty and there are so many toppings it was almost overwhelming. There is a good amount of flavors to choose from. Its in a nice area to walk around and eat your fro yo.

Service was great and it appeared clean. The selection was lacking in both yogurt and toppings. The fresh fruit was low and some didn’t look so fresh. But I would go again hoping for a better selection.

Kinda yuck yogurt-ish stuff. The flavors were not good tasting to me and I tasted 3 or 4. Maybe it was me. The outdoor seating was good though on a hot last day of summer 2018.

Pricing of 2 bowls of yogurt was absolutely ridiculous, at $22.08. Not what I expected.

The taste was awful. Those cookies and crunchy bars tasted like spoiled and the fruit was not fresh at all. Definitely not recommend

What a sad, disappointing experience.Waited almost an HOUR for four drinks. There was only one employee present, and she continued to take orders and assist customers without at least prioritizing our orders in the slightest. I understand a heavy flow of customers, and the pressure it brings to just one employee, but scheduling is a thing and having to wait for an hour is ridiculous.On our order was a mocha frappe, which first was served hot, but quickly corrected to an iced drink, not blended.The matcha latte was probably the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth.Other two items, a smoothie and (correct) frappe were mediocre at best.Unfortunately, the menu seems to be incredibly overpriced for what was delivered. The shop was very clean and aesthetically pleasing which I can appreciate. Will not be returning.

Frozen yogurt here is quite watered down... I mean this literally.The texture resembles shaved ice more than frozen yogurt

I’m not one to complain but I want to make sure the owner of this business knows that it is consistently being closed down 30-45 minutes before the posted hours. As a business manager I would not allow this. Especially during a busy season. If this is how you like to run your business then so be it. But I watched at least half a dozen disappointed potential customers walk away with more than 30 minutes to spare before the posted closing hours.

The frozen yogurt was amazing! It was neat there are had a wide selection. I have to admit that it was expensive though. It was almost 20 dollars for 2 frozen yogurt cups.

During my week visit in Fredericksburg this has to have been my FAVORITE yogurt shop I have ever visited. Not only did they have a really good selection of toppings they have everything you can possibly want to put on your yogurt. I socialized with the Managers and to be honest they were the most friendliest girls on main street and i could tell the entire staff worked as a team! Super happy with my fro-yo (2 cups and yes i ate them both) and the customer service and atmosphere is AMAZING!

Love The Coffee! I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte and My Wife Had a Caramel Frappe and we shared a Crepe. They Use a Coffee blend that I have never tasted Before. The crepe was a perfect addition! You can actually see the Crepes being Made on site! Will be visiting every chance we get.

$7.50 for a 24oz smoothie but great tasting and natural.

Not enough healthy toppings like nuts, fruit, etc. Plenty of sugary treats to choose from for toppings.

Toppings are tasty but the frozen yogurt is tart and full of ice. Meh.

The product was very flavorful but quite a few machines were down so the selection was limited. The topping choices were plenty and flavorful as well. We got one dairy free mango, one yogurt mix and one shaved ice. The ice was a great consistency! We will be back, just hope for more of a selection next time.

The yogurt is really good. I had the cake batter and it tasted so Fresh. every time I come to Fredericksburg I make sure to stop by and grab a cup and say hello to my two favorite girls that manage the shop.

I went everyday during spring break and really enjoyed Kelani yogurt! They had everything anyone could want! My kids and I went every day for lunch and then went back after dinner to grab some yogurt and loved the out door seating area! Very clean, food is excellent every time, super friendly staff! Every time we went same staff and everything was constant. Highly recommend!

Great tasting yogurt. Got a shot of coffee added. Wonderful but very high price is why only 4 stars.

The yogurt was all right. Only about 8 options. But the toppings were whole, which was strange. Whole cookies, whole nuts, whole peanut M&Ms, etc... Nothing was ground up, as is usual for toppings. And the selection was limited. This place could be great, but it seemed only halfway there...

Love the frozen yogurt! Service is always great! Tons of toppings to choose from and I really like seeing new toppings and syrups almost every time I go. I’m a local so it’s nice to see different things to try.

Updating to three stars for now:Owner responded promptly. Given the response, Ill follow up with another visit at some point, and update my review then.This place is AWFUL!!! Specifically this store.I went in to see the flavors, as I walked in I let them know that I was just checking out the flavors. I had a question about a specific flavor, so I approached the cashier. When I asked her, she gave me a disgusted look and responded with I dont know... with such attitude. didnt even look me in the face, but looked back at whatever she was doing and basically just blocked me out. Thanks to this employee, I felt completely unwelcome. Hell no, I am no longer visiting this location ever again.

Very good Frozen Yogurt. I had Apple Pie With Toasted Marshmallow Yogurt. My children shared a banana nutella crepe they had so much fun with the outdoor seating area. all in all this shop has great customer service good food and very clean inside and outside.

Amazing Lunch Menu! I had the Kahlua Pork Sandwich and it is amazing! I had a mixture of Eggnog and the Chocolate Gelato Frozen Yogurt afterwards with brownie and cookie dough the yogurt tasted fresh and the texture was on point! Great Food and Dessert! Lets not forget the Customer Service The Young Ladies were Amazing as well!

The Yogurt taste amazing! the managers are oh so very kind and funny! I am a Local and my husband and I absolutely love Kelani Yogurt!

Froyo was good, some flavors better than others but thats typical. What Im giving 3 stars is the food. Sandwiches were overpriced... $9.99 for a Reuben? Bread was dry and it was mediocre at best. Outdoor seating is nice though.

This business is the BEST frozen yogurt/ cafe that I have ever been to!They had a variety to offer. They serve sandwiches, german bratwurst, hotdogs and more. The service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was greeted upon arrival and greeted when I left and welcomed back. I come here 2-3 times a week and highly recommend!

Stopped by here after a trip to the Pacific War Museum. The place has a selection of flavors to pick from, although the consistency feels watered down. Ive had Froyos that have had creamier texture. Lots of toppings to pick from so thats a plus. Priced higher than other similar stores.

Went in there yesterday and the machines are dripping with goo, the toppings are out in the open and not a mask in sight. Disgusting.

Cool down on a Texas is an absolute must. This place had a good selection. Reasonable price. Self serve. Plenty of seating, mainly outdoor. But not so clean.

We love everything about Kelani! The prices are good, the fro-yo is delicious and they have a TON of toppings. It is definitely worth a stop to quench your craving for sweets/ ice cream.

Its good but too pricy. And the sign saying you have to pay before you use the restroom is a bit much. I can understand the bathroom for customers only part, but the pay first is stupid. Suppose you want to wash yours or your childrens hands before getting your food?

The yogurt is really good. The pricing is questionable - it comes to $1.70/ounce including toppings. But its really good.The young lady working there the first time I visited was not really into doing her job, tho.

Not a lot of flavors, no hot fudge, limited indoor seating, expensive. Good side: lots of candy/fruit toppings, the froyo flavors they had were good.

Horrible service! Staff was extremely rude! Took 30 minutes for them to make a BLT. Several customers asked for their money back due to how long it was taking the staff to prepare the customers orders. The food is also bland and basic, not worth the price.

Absolutely Love this Shop! I Travel a lot through out the hill country and I have been to the Kelani Yogurt in Boerne, Kerrville And spring branch (until it closed). I Live in Boerne but I never stop by the one there anymore since November 2018) due to the lack of Knowledge The staff and the young lady that manages the store. Now when I drive through Fredericksburg I stop at this store all the time they are consistent in all that they do. I do not know if they are all owned by the same owner but if they are they should def. take some pointers from this store location.

Didnt try the yogurt but they advertise coffee and cappuccino in front of the story. What a mistake that was, the coffee I ordered tasted horrible. I should have known better considering how little faith the girl working the counter had in the machine working. The music they play inside is pretty bad too, like generic stuff you hear on TV commercials.

The fruit yogurts are pretty tasty. The texture of the creamier yogurts isnt quite there.

What really stands out here is the customer service. We have visited this place twice and it satisfied or cravings for crepe and fresh fruit shakes.
