To say that the experience was easy and effortless would be an understatement. Mike was great at showing me the options that would suit my needs and scheduling the installation around the renovation schedule was a breeze. The installation team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Couldnt be happier with the whole experience!

My experience with C & R Carpets and Rugs was smooth and effortless from start to finish. Mike, at their Central Park location, was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in helping me choose the best carpet for my basement family room and guest room. The selection of flooring choices is extensive and the prices are reasonable which include quality padding, installation, moving and replacing furniture. There are no surprise hidden fees. The carpet was ordered and received quickly and installation was scheduled when it was convenient for me. The installation process went great with three, hard-working young men who were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They were in and out of the house in 2 hours.I love my carpet and would recommend C&R Carpet in Central Park and Mike to anyone in the market for new flooring.

I went to lots of carpet store and the experience is different when I entered into this store. When I described to them what I am looking for carpet and vinyl plank, they provide me with the best solution and suitable material to put in within specific budget. They helped me saved on my budget and I loved them. I will come back for all my future property. Highly Recommend.

Pretty disappointed they are closed earlier than the hours on the door and on Google. No “sorry we closed early” sign or anything. I called to see if they are just controlling who comes in, but no one answered. It’s 4:15pm on a Sunday and both Google and the door say they close at 5pm on Sundays. I’m looking to replace carpet in my new 5 bedroom house. #LostBusiness

I had the hardest time trying to pick out the perfect carpet for my living room. I checked out C&R Carpet and Rugs, and my gosh! Must I say, by far the best carpets I have seen. I had some trouble matching my furniture with my carpet, but Mike made the whole procedure so easy! Thank you, Mike! 10/10 recommend.

My expectations were high when I went to look for new carpet for my home. I shopped out a lot of quotes and C & R Carpet was by far the best price that went along with the best carpet I could buy. Mike was extremely professional. Had my carpet installed for 3 rooms. The crew that worked on the installation were on time, and began to work immediately. They answered all my questions and did an excellent job. All around it was a great experience! My home looks beautiful! Definitely recommend C & R Carpet if you are in the market for flooring or rugs.

Unprofessional no customer service no respect customers

Mike was wonderful to work with and so helpful with our flooring needs and selections! The installation team did an outstanding job...very professional work with an eye to detail...on time, courteous and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

This review is focused on the installation as that is where things went wrong in my opinion. Its easy to be professional when things go as planned but how a company responds to challenges is what I believe separates professional companies from the competition. The installation left scuffs, dents, and/or scratches in my newly professionally painted basement. The painter saw the damage as he was still at my house working upstairs and told me if hed known the installers would mess up the walls like they did, then he wouldve painted the basement after the flooring. They also damaged the paint along each of the six steps. One of the door trims was also badly damaged when they cut it at the bottom. It splintered and cracked badly and they tried to caulk the damage to hide it. The threshold they installed in the utility room is lifting up, the caulking is messy. and the materials came up short so they are going to have to come out a second time and it will cost me $100 for the return trip. The installers also threw away the access panel cover for my water shut off valve in the basement. They denied it and I had to dig in the dumpster behind the store. I found the cover in the dumpster thanks to the help of a Five Guys employee who helped me. The sales experience was good and pricing comparable with other estimates. However, the quality of the installation is terrible and one of the installers was quite rude. There was no apology offered and a lot of denials. This review will be updated after they return this week to complete the job. I dont know at this point how the repairs to my walls will turn out.UPDATE: They returned to finish the floor and touched up the main areas on the wall that were damaged/scuffed/marked. They applied liquid nails to secure the threshold. I was told the installers would arrive after 1pm (which to me meant 1-2 hours after 1pm) but they arrived at my house closer to 6pm.

C&R Carpet and Rugs gave me the exact carpet I wanted. The price was right. The customer service was excellent and the installation was the best! You wont be disappointment.

I have never been here in my life but Google swears that I have because the only handicapped parking in this tiny lot is near them and thats where I park when I go to 5 Guys at the other end of the lot. They are probably wonderful people selling great products but I really wouldnt know. Maybe now Google will stop nagging me to review them as it has every day for the last five months since the last time I went to 5 Guys.

I want to thank Khalid and Mike for helping me select my carpeting and hardwood. They are great to work with. I want to thank Erick, Julio, Andy and V for the fantastic job that they did. They protected the hardwood as they worked and cleaned up all of the debris. They finished the installation in one day, very Professional. I was going to go to a big box store but I am glad I used a family owned business. I love the color of the carpet that Mike suggested and with Khalids help selected the Mt Whitney Brown Stone Birch hardwood, love them both. Should have done this sooner. I will definitely go back to C & R when I do my basement and bathrooms, and I plan to tell all my neighbors, friends, coworkers about C & R and the fantastic job they did. Thanks AgainGerry

THE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR ALL OF YOUR FLOORING NEEDS!!I needed new hardwood and carpet for my new home I moved into with my wife. We shopped around for a while to find the best deal and C&R was by far the best. Not only did they have the best price, but the customer service that we received was amazing. We felt very comfortable doing business with Mike. The quality of his products were much better than places like Lowes or Home Depot, but the best part was that the prices were much more affordable as well. We decided to purchase from this family business and it was the best decision we could have made. The process was very smooth and hassle free and Mike was a pleasure to do business with. They installed the products we chose a few days later which was great timing. The installation crew was AMAZING. I did not think that it would take such little time to do our whole house! They were extremely efficient and very friendly as well. We went back to the store and bought some area rugs. They have sooooo many choices I wanted to buy all of them! The installation crew took all day to install my vinyl floors, doing so they used high powered blowers that overloaded my house circuit and left me with no power. Rather than offering to have an electrician come out they told us it was not their problem. We had to get an electrician out on a weekend and pay out of our pockets to fix a problem they created. On top of this they did not make sure the floor was level when laying down the vinyl and we ended up with an uneven piece that cracked. The owners told us it would cost $350 to have this fixed. There is no true warranty when it comes to their products or services. They do nothing to ensure the customer is satisfied with the product or services, they just take your money.
