Faith was great to work with and was able to give me all the options (to ceiling cabinets, wine rack, pull-out trash bin, quartz counters) I wanted for cheaper than other places I was looking at. I would have had to sacrifice those options if I went to one of the other 2 places I was looking at, so I am so glad I found Kitchen Krafters and got everything I wanted. Faith emailed me back same day for every concern that I had and kept me updated every step of the way. I am in love with my new kitchen and am so glad everything went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We came in the store front. We were asked why the visit. We replied that we were looking to update out kitchen. Then the asked if we wanted a tour of the cabinets they carry. Good start so far. She took us though some section telling about the line and how long it would take to get in. Showed us colors etc. Then we came to a line in the middle of the show room were told this is the expensive line and kept walking. It happen to have some colors we like that the other lines did not carry. I asked about the line again and was told this is the expensive line and tried again to move on. I asked again about the line. I was told a lot most budgets can not afford it and started to talk about another line that was more used for the cheap price. I told her we are not looking for cheap. Can you tell us more about this. Can we get appointment to talk about this line. And she would not answer me.They made us feel like we could not afford them. While never asked us once about our wants needs or desires. And we’ll never asked us about our budget.

My husband and I just completed our second project using Kitchen Krafters with Betsy as our designer. Both projects turned out beautifully and recieve so many compliments! We first did a complete kitchen remodel and this recent time created a wet bar for our basement. Betsy was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail we mentioned on our wish list when beginning our designs. She was able to pull together our vision and more that we wouldnt have even thought of.Everyone from the moment we began our projects has been helpful and kind. From payment drop off to our indecisive deciding on colors and details, kitchen krafters was kind and helpful through all of it. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

I absolutely love my kitchen remodel from KitchenKrafters! They did a fabulous job and were so helpful throughout the entire process! Our designer, Betsy was a joy to work with and the owner Wendy went above and beyond to assure we loved our kitchen! Customer service was the best! Couldn’t have ask for a better team! 3 years ago we hired Kitchen Krafters (thru our builder) to help us design our kitchen, laundry room, and master bath. Kitchen Krafters knocked it out of the park. WE LOVE WHAT THEY DID!!! Everyone at KK was great to work with and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their showroom is beautiful and clean and has a great display of their products. Their installers did an amazingly beautiful job. We always get compliments on our cabinetry when guests come over. So, when I was ready to design my craft room, I knew who to call. I must say...another homerun! Again, from the designers, to the schedulers, to the installers, everyone is extremely kind, professional and willing to do what it takes to make you happy. In my book, Kitchen Krafters is the only place in town for cabinetry. Honestly, if I could give KK more stars, I would.

Kitchen Krafters is an amazing company to do business with. When I first called them I was greeted with a friendly voice willing to help. Mike was my designer, he was very patient, responded quickly, even though I changed my mind several times, maintained an outstanding level of customer service and was able to give helpful suggestions through the process. When the installers came to my home they where quick, respectful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to be sure everything was perfect. Prices are reasonable with no tricky coupons to bait you into the shop only to up sell you something else. I love my beautiful new kitchen, thank you to everyone at Kitchen Krafters. You are the best!!

Kitchen Krafters was unbelievably thorough. Tine came to my house twice to measure and measure again. Allowed me to ask many questions and helped me think outside the box. She offered options what was best for the size of my kitchen and maximized the space where I thought we couldnt. There are straight lines throughout with no gaps. I am overly impressed with the quality of the wood and the craftsmanship.

We were initially excited about using Kitchen Krafters. Tina was pleasant to talk to and seemed to be helpful. She came to our home to do the initial measuring and she was in and out in about 15-20 minutes - then we only saw her when we went to the showroom. (she may have returned once more but I cannot recall) - This is December 2020 and we began this process in August of 2019.The Owner Wendy Shiflett is very professional and easy to work with as was the installation team, plus the front desk staff and schedulers are customer focused.Our biggest complaint is that the cabinets we purchased (Schrock) have invariably arrived at our home with all kinds of scratches (probably from shipping) or their surfaces are marred by ineffective sanding or the lack of Quality Assurance (QA) at the factory, etc. (We had one cabinet in the butlers pantry which was ordered 2 or 3 times before it was right - style, side panel, etc. needed attention.) We have become frustrated with KKs inability to acquire Schrock cabinets whose doors and drawers have matching coloration and smoothness or whose interior surfaces have been sanded and varnished so there is no underlying dirt or sawdust or whatever on them. The installation team did yeomans service trying doggedly to make things right for us, but they can only do so much! Thank guys!Overall the cabinets are just OK, but we are very disappointed in the results and we will not buy Schrock cabinets again. We highly discourage anyone from doing so as this has taken an inordinately long time especially considering the absence of outstanding results.Given Kitchen Krafters typically great reviews, we are surprised that we have not had a better experience.

Both of them helped me to create my dream kitchen and made excellent suggestions on how to get the most out of the space. My cabinets are gorgeous, the installers did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again when its time to do my bathrooms!!

We are so glad that we found Kitchen Krafters--our builder is too! From start to finish--total perfection, with impeccable customer service. Betsy was our designer for a new custom home in Spotsylvania. We could not have been more pleased. She is so easy to work with. She is upbeat, pleasant, very patient, and honest. She listens to what one wants, offers great advice, is accurate, and has total command of the design software-- allowing her to very quickly design and revise as requested. For us, Betsy designed 4 bathrooms, a laundry room with a desk area, a large bar area, a kitchen with 2 islands, and a butlers pantry. All without error. Because of the job complexity and her promise for perfection, we insisted that our builder allow her carpenters to install the cabinets. He was so impressed with the quality of Kitchen Krafters and their customer service that he has switched to using them in his future custom homes.
