Wonderful outlet with a large variety of home options to decorate your house with. They have a garden section, a solar section, and more than anything they have TASTERS! They had a jam, salsa, and Virginia peanut station set up that allowed us to eat a snack while we were browsing through their items.The people there were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend!

The associates that work in this store are rude. I’ve experienced it the last few times I’ve been in the store. I’ve even seen one associate treat another with such disrespect I was in shock. I will not be back.

Normally I love the store, but today we were there, and outside there were some Trump fans coming from a car rally. They were all honking and waving at a car that was sitting in a parking lot with Trump flags waving at people. Now when I am at work I am expected to be non-biased and I don’t give my political opinion, because it can hurt business if people that feel a different way, decide not to return based on my opinion. Well while they were honking, one of the workers, older gentleman with a bushy beard, decided to give his opinion that he “hoped they all took a long drive off a short pier.” At that point we put back everything we had in our hands to buy and walked out. So for future reference, keeping personal political opinions to yourself while on the clock, is a good idea, unless it represents the company as a whole. People may choose to leave based on observation of your intolerance of those that don’t agree with you. I am tolerant of others, and to verbally wish harm on those that don’t agree with me, would be very unprofessional, although I can choose to shop elsewhere.

Glad it has re-opened

We visited because we had heard the store had children toys for cheap. I was underwhelmed by the prices throughout the store honestly. They specialize in kitsch, some items charming, most with little taste or not worth the price. Its a fun window shopping trip at least, and you might find something you like. The staff were very friendly and interacted with us while we browsed.

Love it...you never know what you will find at the outlet store so good to stop in often. We got a great deal on a couple of lounge chairs for the summer. Always have some snack foods out for you to try.

FUN! Great deal on wind spinner that Ive wanted a while. Also dog friendly so dont need to worry about the heat. Some of the aisles are a little cramped so watch doggys swinging tail!

Computer problems today. They rung up my purchase. It was rung up wrong. Then they had to void the item. To ring it up again. They were having difficulties with their computers so, it took a few minutes to resolve. The employees apologized for the situation. Stuff happens. I will return in the future.

This is a nice store, but its more of an outlet. So while the prices are good for what they do have, dont expect to find their latest inventory.

You can find some very good deals, or just some slightly good deals. A wide variety of stuff--some is good quality, but a lot is not very well made. Not the P&H of old.

Wish they would expand to other states. Love the variety and great products.

Overcrowded with stuff from other stores and catalog warehouse, some of which appears to be damaged returns. However, the persistent shopper will be able to find some real bargains. Well worth a trip to Fredericksburg.

The place is junkie with boxes piled on top of each other, you dont know whats in them, what the price is. The employees just sat and yelled at each other on who was going to pic up a box
