I needed a very firm mattress, but was also looking for a good deal. I walked into Mattress Warehouse not really expecting to buy anything. Popped in to store this evening to get a new mattress set for my mom. Peter was very helpful. He answered our questions, addressed our concerns and provided excellent customer service. Everything was taken care of and we were out of the store in a jiffy. Best of all, it will be delivered tomorrow and for a very reasonable fee the old set will be removed and recycled.

We had a wonderful experience buying a mattress for our 4 year old! We knew exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for. My husband and I have needed a new mattress for years! When we married 43 years ago we used a wedding check from a dear friend to cut our queen bed spring in half so we could move it to a second floor loft bedroom where we could enjoy views of the Colorado Rockies on our antique brass bed.Needless to say, we were long overdue for a new mattress! After a shipping activity at Fed Ex I took a few minutes with my son to take a look at Factory Warehouse where I was warmly greeted by Spencer and before I knew it, her gracious, professional and efficient attention for a possible client had me tested and informed about your product. My husband was as satisfied as I had been with the process and customer service.During delivery we discovered the 10 in. Foundation mattress was too high and the mattress supports too long. Spencer arranged an exchange the following day. She exchanged the ten inch foundation with a 5 in. I went I about a week ago and was greeted by a young man named Brandon who showed me around took me on this amazing machine called bedmatch which literally picks out the best bed for you, it was so amazing he was so knowledgeable and so helpful I’ve sent a handful of friends over since then and everyone that’s seen him has gotten such an amazing deal. He is beyond skilled, he’s so personable and helpful I can’t believe such a young man has so much skill in knowledge in his profession after only being in the business for a year,needless to say you gained a customer for life because of him . Reason I didnt post a review until now is that I like to test the product before reviewing. The bed is fantastic! A little squeaky, but I feel so much better waking up in the morning and it is great. I was on the hunt for a new mattress with my boyfriend. He was against going to mattress warrhouse because he had a bad experience so we initially went to mattress firm. After having the sales associate a shadow, following us around and giving us almost repetitive information we left unsatisfied and overwhelmed. As we were driving, I spotted the mattress warehouse and decided to pull in regardless of my boyfriend’s protest. Spencer, the store manager, was fantastic! She introduced herself to us and allowed us to do our thing. We tested several beds with someone hoovering over us. She answered our questions when we needed, she gave us our space and was very polite and non aggressive, as we know sales associates can be. She took care of us and helped us purchase a quality bed without making us feel like we were forced into something we were not happy with. She was amazing and I feel great with my decision. I look forward to my bed and to make my next purchase with her!!

Dawn was Great! My Grandma has hip problems, and hadnt slept through the night in months bc she was in too much pain. She has issues getting up and down, too. Dawn showed us several beds. She helped us find a great base that moves the feet and head of the bed. I dont have to worry about helping my Gram sit up now. The base does it for me! Grams happier bc she gets to more by herself when she goes to bed and gets up in the morning. And shes sleeping through the night! Which means I get to sleep through the night too.Not only did she help me find the perfect bed for my Gram, but I was able to get one for myself! I would give Dawn all the stars for making the quality of my Grams life better.

Spencer is fabulous she showed us what she had and let us try out the bed and we wanted to purchase more than one and she quickly found them at other locations. She was kind and polite and didnt pressure you into buying things like most sales people. We will be coming back in the future. We showed up on Saturday night at 7:30 pm (they close at 8pm) with 4 rambunctious kids. Spencer helped us with their leasing program and helped us get into the mattress and bed frame that we had wanted. She was so patient (especially with our kids) and with us. She stayed late just to help us and get it all done and set up so we wouldnt have to come back. Our mattress is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday and we can not wait! Sheri was excellent we showed up about 15 mins. To closing and she stayed to help us pick out a mattress for our son. When we left it was 2 hours later but she was willing to stay and we just got the mattress and she was in contact with us the whole day to make sure we got it and we were satisfied.
