Great service from the store. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product lines. The delivery was actually 2 weeks earlier than the initially scheduled date. (which was nice) Sam kept us informed phone about the delivery schedule and the communications from the delivery service was very good. The delivery crew, Jose and Jose, were courteous and knowledgeable and arrived in the middle of the 2 hour window. (unusual these days) They wore shoe covering and respected our home. Overall a very good experience with Mattress Firm.

Contacted Sam on the phone to ask about twin mattresses. I wasnt able to get in for a couple of days, but when I did, he remembered our conversation and directed me to great mattress for a great cost. I will definitely do business with Mattress Firm Fredericksburg again.

Im on my third mattress in less than two years. Im trying to get my fourth mattress and pay my delivery fee because I cant afford to go buy a new one. Sam at the local store has been awesome but Ive tried three times to do a warranty claim and with each reply from mattress firm they state your warranty is void because youre using the wrong base NOT TRUE. Now Im getting the run around. BEWARE!

Offcolor inappropriate comments by one of the salesman, and lack of availability of the one I originally met, led me to order online from another retailer. The other locations on our side of S.A. have all been great, so sad to have an issue on such a convenient location for me. Merit is great and I loved his help, but both days I tried to meet up with him again, our schedules conflicted, so I never got to close out a transaction with him.

The manager salesman was friendly and helpful!I wanted to test the feel of the Tulo brand mattress. It has 3 different firmnesses. I couldnt feel a difference between the Soft and the Medium firmness.He then showed me another softer mattress that was on sale. (Sorry, I dont remember the brand.)Although I didnt buy anything this visit, any of the 3 mattresses I tested would meet my need.

I have been wanting a new mattress forever and was considering buying one onlline, but just had no clue what I wanted, so I went into Mattress Firm to just have a look and feel the different styles.
