Great people, great service. I had some leftover parts and I really appreciate them taking them back. would most definitely use these people again.

I dont do a whole lot of plumbing myself, but when I need to I shop a Ferguson. They always have the correct parts i need and take the time to explain it and walk me through the process of installation.1st class place all the way.

Great customer service here. I went into another specialty plumbing supply store (Nolands) before I remembered Ferguson and they immediately told me they have nothing for me without even hearing me out. Walked into Ferguson and the man was wonderful and made sure I got what I needed. Thank you!

Professional and knowledgeable, who could ask for more! We needed to find bath appliances that werent just in a catalog. This was the place to go. You could see, touch, and even fit yourself into tubs of needed. The selection was better than any big box stores, and the representative Barbara was so helpful and gave us such personal treatment, not pushy, just really good information. We will easily and gladly recommend Ferguson to others looking to build or remodel.

Got what I needed and helpful staff

This is the worst Ferguson iv ever been to .the employees dont seem to care. They take forever to take orders unless ur a regular customer then they stand and chat for hours. Iv never been in this store for less than a hour and thats with calling in the orders. The stores up north are great and professional. I HATE THIS BRANKC NEVER GO THERE UNLESS YOURE LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. Even then prepare to wait.

The showroom associates are wonderful and the showroom is amazing. The guys in the back acted like we were bothering them though. They were too busy on their phones an talking with each other.

This is the type of place that has its nose in the air - the girl who sits at the front desk was not welcoming in the slightest. All the consultants who sit at the desks do not smile or ask anyone for help. I was given a booklet to look through, only to be asked to move somewhere else in the showroom because the consultants were booked. All I wanted to do was look at the booklet like any other place I would walk into. I was told to bring the booklet home and I could call for information. This isnt good customer service. If you want business, you accommodate the walk in client. You smile. You do anything in your power to answer questions and sell your product. This was my first time walking in and will be my last. Ill be happy to spend my money somewhere else.

Awe I love the staff here! Especially Jean she was very helpful and understanding even after at least four times I changed my mind finalizing my look she was with me every step and every change that I made and I appreciate that the staff is warm welcoming and inviting

Good place to go if you need to see a wide variety of fixtures and need help deciding. Reasonable prices for excellent merchandise and service.

Love the selection, but what makes this store stand out is the service. Make sure to ask for Jean. I did my entire new house lighting and plumbing fixtures here. They did match prices if I found an item elsewhere cheaper. Jean really gives wonderful counsel on selections and knows the assortments and what would look good in spaces.

Wanted to leave no star, but lady at the front desk was very nice. Parts department guy walks out to yard with customer and doesnt say Ill be back or anything. Waited another 10 mins to see if anyone else was gonna help before walking out.

Great selection and Jean was very helpful in helping us make choices for our new home.
