The worst customer service possible in Fredericksburg VA with outrageous charges. Huge scandal going on here.... stay away

Im impressed with the owners capable help, I was recently in my first wreck and had no idea on what to do. He gave me plenty of advice and helped me pick the best money saving course of action! With the owners capable help as well as it being a family buismess for over 50 years this buisness deserves this 5 star rating

Great down to earth people with great rates

When we were recently in a wreck on our way through, this guy showed up to tow my car and he was the only one who cared enough to make sure we weren’t left standing on the side of the road. We were 4 hours from home and he was so kind and caring. I can’t thank him enough!!

We went to pick up a friends truck and the owner was very helpful in assisting us retrieve it.

While there is no ordiences in Stafford county this guy is a real piece of work.He towed me less than 5 miles and charged me 250.00 for a state police tow taking complete advantage of the situation of myself being broke down on the interstate with my three children.If I were you I would spend my money elsewhere.He was also extremely rude when I asked why. He told me because he could charge whatever he felt like and I just needed to pay.

Got to say this guy is great! 5 stars
