Was in the middle of traveling and wheel hub broke on a Sunday night at there location and when they came in Monday morning they fixed my truck and got me back on the road!!! Very professional and helpful people. Not a fake ad not paid to say this.

The team is super professional in their attitude and work ethic. I believe that professionalism flows from the top down. The owner sets a great example for his staff. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and alerted me to possible future repairs for my consideration. There was no high pressure salesmanship. Emergency stop here. This place is an absolute god send. We were travelling across a few states when our caliper blew its piston...no brakes in our truck. These guys got us back on the road within a few hours. Fixed what needed fixed and even showed us the issue with the parts. I’ve been going to this Grease Monkey for years. Today, I took my Jeep in because it was smoking under the hood. I needed a new radiator—a $700 part. The owner, Jim, told me he would be happy to do the service, but I should check with Safford first to make sure there wasn’t a recall on that part or if it was under warranty. Thankfully, it was under warranty but I needed to take it back to the dealership for service. I wanted to post about the integrity of this company; even though they lost a large sale on a radiator today, they had my best interest at heart. I love these guys and the honest work they provide. If they tell you your vehicle needs a certain service when you bring it in, take their advice! They are professional, efficient, fast paced, and more than all of these ETHICAL. This is a rare find in car maintenance shops. Visit them, I’m sure you’ll love them as much as I do :)

First time ever I went today for an oil change!! 46 years I been living here. Ive got to say this place is better than any shop for an oil change Ive experienced!! Fast friendly and they are super thorough about your vehicle. They tell you about suggested maintenance and overall issues and things that should be taken care of that dealerships dont even tell you about your car where you bought it from. BEN N DANNY are super awesome thorough and very detailed and friendly!! Trust me folks. They are not just trying to make money either!! You will not be disappointed!! Well I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt. But when I arrived at 12:20pm they said they closed. As per photo attached to this message, their hours on google and google maps says they do not close until 2pm. The company makes these hours not google. I can completely understand if employees want to get off early and/or have easy day, especially if its the last 15-25 mins of the day, but I arrived almost 2hrs before closing. My vehicle is a fleet van and was planning on using them for as long as I needed oil changes.

First time at Grease monkey, had an oil change done, while doing the oil change they brought out my cabin air filter, which was filthy, and asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I declined both offers and was not made to feel any way about it. With fair prices and great customer service I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Great experience with this location! Originally from Texas and staying in Virginia for a couple months. Went on google for oil changes around me and Grease Monkey came up. Decided to give them a shot. From the start, super friendly customer service! They warned me about a little more than just an oil change I needed. Went beyond and called around for me to get me the best deal on some tires. 10/10 recommend to any travelers/locals!

Use these guys now as services at jiffy lube have become unreal. They are efficient, polite, clean, and dont use sales tactics to earn extra pointless monies. Plus they are half of what jiffy lube is. Try em out. Youll be glad u did.

I wish I could give more stars than 5! My husband and I started experiencing car trouble on I-95 and pulled off the interstate to check it out. Our car died when we stopped on a service road. We called AAA to send a tow truck. A few minutes later Derrick and Phoenix from Grease Monkey walked over asking if we needed some help. Within 30 MINUTES they had replaced the alternator on our Suburban and we were back on the road. Amazing hustle and care by these guys! We are so appreciative and still find it hard to believe that they were able to help us so quickly. What we thought was going to an hours long adventure turned into a mini-stop. Great Place wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ok .some parts exhaust tip where missed with .i will not go back to them they changed me for new cabin filter that i didnt need .take out throw drit on it made like dirty. I just got the truck from my Toyota dealership tow weeks ago ! .not happy with the service .i know alot other people that go them have no complained at all

These guys rock! 6/29/20, super hot outside, super busy, shorthanded, warned me that I’d be waiting more than an hour. Everybody had a great attitude, had me lubed up and and out the door with a new cabin filter in less than 30 minutes. AC blows so cold now I had to turn the fan down on the way home. 10/10 I’ll be back! Thanks fellas!

I have minimal automotive smarts (but a lot of family with basic mechanic knowledge) and their recommendations are always on target. I never feel pressured to buy services I might not need. With everything going on in the world today I want to say that Charlie and Mike proved that we still have a nation as one. I went there today to get my oil changed and everything was perfect. When I left my car was was showing signals that the battery was dead I was so worried I had my 4month old and my 5 year old with me and I panicked . I called them and I said please tell me whats going on my car is about to break down its never did this before so why today. When I spoke with Charlie and mike they where so caring and concerned. They mentioned that they remembered I had the small children with me and they said where are you we are on the way. They came out to ferry farm sheets they tested my alternator and battery told me it was the battery and followed me to advanced auto and put a new battery in for me right there on the spot. Iam so blessed for what they did for me today.

This place does really well of getting you in and out quick. As other reviews have stated, they are a bit pricey. For what all you get (oil change, brief inspection, and vacuuming of the interior) it’s not too outrageous. I wish the synthetic oil change was a little less pricey, but I understand.

Very expensive for basic oil change. I feel due to pandemic they are taking advantage. Over 70 dollars for a camry oil change.

We have been going to grease monkey in Fredericksburg for well over 10 years. Our experience has never been anything but professional, along with fabulous service. My husband and I both take our vehicles there and not only are they fair n their pricing structure, they never tried to sell us something we do not need. I would prefer to go to grease monkey then to a dealership and sit for three hours for an oil change that they can do in 15 minutes and do a better job. As long as we live in Fredericksburg we will continue to be a customer of Jimmy’s and his team.

Amazing customer service! Quick oil changes can be knocked out in a lunch hour. They wont sell you what you dont need, provided a complimentary vacuum of the inside of my van, and sometimes they even have homemade cookies. Best oil change experience!

I could have taken my company car to the dealership for service and I elected to go to Jimmy’s team because they are fast yet thorough and my time is very important to me as well as great service. Ive been going to this store for years and they had always gone above and beyond in their service. The guy that used to manage the place was absolutely amazing! I never once felt weird or thought that they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes, but this last time I was so disappointed. I needed my ignition coils and spark plugs changed which wasnt a big deal, but the guy said he would just replace the one ignition coil that was bad because the cost of them each was over $100. When I looked online I saw that they come in a pack of eight for around $79 and that you were supposed to replace all eight spark plugs and all eight ignition coils when doing the tune up and once one of them breaks. I informed the guy of this, and he looked surprised that I knew that. I asked him to call the manufacturer and they acted like they had no idea of what I was talking about. I would have told you that this was the store you should always go to, but I am sad to say that the new manager has no problem lying, swindling, and cheating their customers.

Reasonable prices, sales staff is friendly, and they dont push hard on extra services. They will ask and conveniently print the recommendations on your service ticket, but they never were pushy about it. Great place if you want to get in and get out quickly without any hassle.

I rely heavily on reviews before trying new places so now Im leaving one for the next person who may be on the fence. So I have a 2009 Mercedes C300 and the dealership wanted an arm and leg for an oil change. After my friends referral, I decided to give this place a shot. I went there this past Saturday and they had me out in 15 mins and it was smooth experience. When the oil change was done, I received a print out of what services were done, fluids that were checked and potential future repairs. As an added bonus, the price was also fair for a Synthetic Oil change. They beat the dealership and Jiffy Lube prices by at least 40 dollars.

Oh my gosh! For the first time ever, I went to a non-pushy oil change service station that didn’t try to sell me a bunch of other services. They were prompt, respectful, and affordable. My husband couldn’t believe that I got the oil changed with synthetic oil (required for my vehicle) at their price point.

We have a fleet account here. Never have any issues. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Store front is incredibly clean. I cant really ask for anything more.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get an oil change and tire rotation. Decided to give Grease Monkey a try after reading the online reviews, and was not disappointed! I was in and out within 20 minutes, and really appreciated the fact that the employees - especially Shay and Ben - took the time to sit down with me and explain what services my car could (and more importantly couldnt) benefit from. These guys are honest mechanics, and I will definitely be coming back to them for all of my future automotive needs!

I am relatively new to the area and was fortunate to find this place first. I have taken my truck and my wife’s car here multiple times. Have 0 complaints, they are always very helpful and professional and above all honest and friendly. They have checked little things for me at no cost and referred me to dependable mechanics for things outside of their skillset that needed fixed. Wish all mechanics and garages took on their business model. I will continue to use them for everything I can. They won’t rip you off, sell you stuff you don’t need or force anything on you. Great folks!
