Absolute best car buying experience ever! No pressure and all smiles! I had the pleasure of being helped by Roxy. She is quite a joy! Mario, the sales manager is very warm and welcoming and handsome! Michael, the finance manager I worked with was very clear and worked to find me the best possible deal! He left no stone unturned and was able to explain the details of my loan and coverage. I left with total confidence and feeling absolutely satisfied. I am in love with my new truck!

Had to keep calling every few days to get an update in my vehicle. While I understand parts being ordered are not the fault of the shop, but communication and complete fix of all problems reported are in the shops control. After waiting over 3 weeks, I now have to bring my vehicle back to address the remaining issues reported the first time.

Trouble while on the road. The local GMC (to remain nameless) shop didnt have time for us. Thankfully they told us maybe Fitzgerald could help up. Met Tom Dawson who proceeded to get things done just before closing time. What a great guy. What a super dealership for Chevy! The rest of the day on the road went flawlessly... Thanks to Tom and Fitzgerald AM. Highly reccomend!!!

Employees always manage to make us feel important. Service is attentive (even if it is a car dealership). And no its not more expensive than the quicky, jiffy grease monkey. Plus they make sure you get the recall stuff taken care of......and who doesnt like driving a loaner while they work on your lemon of a car??!!

Six to eight salesmen waiting outside the doors apparently having nothing else to do. As soon as you pull on the lot they are on you to see what you need.This can seem helpful as assistance is immediate but gives a poor impression of desperation.

Friday January 8th I had a salesman tell me that I could come down the next day and buy a truck and it was 100% guaranteed I’d bring it home, I drove TWO hours just for them to tell me they can’t finance it because it wasn’t Maryland state inspected 0/10 if possible I wouldn’t even give them one star, don’t waste your time
