First time at Frederick Ford in Frederick, MD. Put in a request just in the nick of time for new tires. With the supply chain issues in the country affecting many I was lucky to find 4 tires my size located locally at the Ford dealership in my area.I was quoted lower at the Ford dealership than two other places here in Frederick. I was able to drop the car off and they had it done by lunch time the following day.The lady who processed my service seemed very knowledgeable and wanted me to get the best out of my dollars.This is my second Ford in the past 25 years and I love it. Try out the Ford Fusion SE AWD if you want something that works.Just so you know, I only put 5K miles a year on this car, so maintenance is not expensive even as a daily driver. If you drive a lot of miles prices on oil changes and other scheduled maintenance will likely be around mid-high range in costs for this vehicle.

Our salesman Michael Kephart did a great job. We are pleased with the Expedition and look forward to using it on our camping trips. However, I thought when we purchased a vehicle that veterans were given a $500 discount. It turned out this applied only to recent former military personnel. This could have been made clear in the Ford literature. Not a big deal but it was a little disappointing. We have bought 5 cars from Frederick Ford over the years and and they are a good dealership.

Our Service Rep did the necessary research, and recommended the best tire and pricing for our needs. The offer included a rebate from the manufacturer, and the Service Rep even offered to submit the paperwork to get the rebate for us. He worked out an appropriate time for me to bring my vehicle in and avoid any delay in waiting. He said the service would be completed in approximately 2 hours, and in 2 hours and 15 minutes I was driving off the lot with the service complete.Over the past 5 years we have come to trust our Service Rep completely with our vehicles. He even offered good advice when we traded our old vehicle for a new one. We are quite satisfied the the service and the friendship weve developed. I would wholeheartedly recommend my Service Rep to my own Mother.

The managers in the used dealership and the ford service center went out of there way to ensure the used purchase was the best, and I mean the best, I have ever encountered buying and servicing who *Bill* service dept took care of my F150. I have purchased many vehicles and wanted to try Ford out. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a honest and friendly way of purchasing a vehicle without any hassles. I have been a customer at Frederick Subaru for almost three years, and Frederick Subaru had always been my trusted place to go when I need maintenance for my 2013 Impreza. I was always satisfied with the service I received here, until last Thursday.I was charged more than 4 hours of labor, all by one technician, even though I waited at the lobby for only 3 hours. This is clear evidence that I was overcharged. In total, the charge was $430 for replacing rear (only) breaking pad, and $531 for oil&filter change, engine air filter, break fluid and spark plugs, and a $50 charge for shop supplies. This brings the total to an astonishing $1048 with tax.Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this experience, especially by a business I trusted.

Extremely please with the service and especially the service desk personnel. Service was supposed to be preformed on a Wednesday. That morning (early) received a call the service was completed and I could pick up my vehicle anytime. Seems, since I brought it in the day before scheduled service, there was time to look at the problem and correct it right. Also, they had time to correct a recall, which I did not expect. Great service and definitely coming back.

My F-150 experienced a water pump failure on the interstate just outside of Frederick, MD. I arranged for a tow to Frederick Motor Company. Although they were very busy, the service rep (Bunny) understanding that I was traveling, prioritized my work. I was back on the road in about 90 minutes. Bunny, and the team, turned what could have been a bad day, into a great experience.

All interactions with the dealership were timely, accurate and paperwork was clearly explained.I arrived at the dealership to see the vehicle at about 1:15 for a one o’clock appointment my wife and I looked over the vehicle to see if it would meet our needs, agreed on prices, completed a credit application and were escorted into the finance office to sign everything. The whole process only took an hour and half. No pressure and No Surprises!

My 2017 Ford Transit was on recall. I called Frederick Motor Company to set up the repairs. They said theyll order the parts and get back to me to set up the appointment for the repairs. 2 weeks later I had to call them back because I hadnt heard from them. They simply said the part hadnt arrived yet. A month later I had to call them again. Still no part. 2 more weeks. Still no call and no part. Keep in mind they NEVER thought to call me about any delay. I eventually had to go out of my way and to Ford in Mount Airy.Very poor customer relations!!

I had my Subarus recall work performed here and it was a good enough experience that I came back later and bought a new Ford Ranger from FMC. Overall the experience was good. The usual things for first scheduled maintenance, oil change, check and top off fluid levels, and tire rotation. After picking up my F250 Super Duty drove to the fueling station to fill up on fuel. As I was standing there waiting to complete filling the tank I noticed the left front hub cap was crooked. Walked over and hit it with my fist anb it popped into place. Sure glad I didnt lose it somewhere along I70. Later that evening I was checking out things on my Ford Pass app. and noticed the front and rear tire pressures were reversed. Obviously after the tech roated the tires on one corrected the tire pressures. You know its the little things that make great service.

My salesman Denise was extremely helpful the issue I have is in management I called to purchase a van listed online for 47k I called and confirmed the price and availability and put a deposit on it of $2500 I also informed the I get fleet pricing through Ford I received a phone call later that day informing me that I do get fleet pricing and it takes $5600 off the price of the van but the price of the van was now 52k instead of 47k the window sticker says 47k I spoke to management and was told they marked all there vans up 5k do to the shortage from covid I find it ridiculous that they would take advantage of a pandemic I also dont understand how a price can change after a deposit has been placed on a vehicle I did purchase the vehicle I needed it for my work but I would caution anyone from buying from this dealership I have also contacted Ford corporate in regards to this matter will update if anything gets resolved

Ken Reed, my new service advisor is FANTASTIC! After years of declining customer service at Ourisman ( FSK Lincoln was so much better!), I found out that Ourisman was no longer servicing Lincolns when I called to schedule an oil change. We bought our MKT from FSK in 2010, new...stayed on when ownership changed to Ourisman, despite increased prices and decreased customer service...a letter would have been nice!!Ken made me feel like he cared right from the beginning! He understands the relationship some car buyers expect from their dealerships and he wants to meet those expectations. He is sincere and professional...a real throwback to what the industry used to be. I wish Id known about Ford Motor Company when FSK was first sold...I would have left long ago!

We have never owned a Subaru and mainly stopped by last week just to comparison shop. The salesman we spoke w/ (Tyler Biser) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt pressure us one bit. After test-driving a Forester, we spoke and dealt w/ Sales Manager Pat Blackwood who got us the exact terms of financing that we were looking for. The whole process - from signing the paperwork to getting a tutorial of the vehicle - took about an hour. No pressure or surprises.

I spotted a beautiful F150 in the Used Car lot at Frederick Ford/Subaru. I made a quick call and spoke with Chris Cameron. I scheduled a test drive that evening and we decided to buy it the next day. My wife and I walked in 30 minutes before closing 2 saturdays ago and was met by Dave. He came out talked to us about a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and asked us to come drive it the following monday. So we did. We had recently went to carmax to buy a 2019 Crosstrek but someone reserved it and we were ready to buy. They lost our sale. But we went here and best experience with Dave and Keith his manager. I think that was his name. They made the buying process so easy. We liked it so much I traded my 2015 WRX in for a 2019 Legacy. The Frederick Ford Quick Lube is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. I find them to be very customer service centered. Brought our F-150 in for service, a oil change and tire rotation, they checked and told me the tires were fine and didnt need a rotation this time. This dealership does everything right! From the original purchase of our Subaru Ascent to getting service and parts they have always been helpful, efficient and attentive to our needs. The dedicated tech advisor is a great service option to answer annoying technical issues. I showed up on the wrong day for the service department, but they referred me to a nearby first-come, first-served drop in location. I was done with the maintenance by the time I had originally planned. Since the first service is free, the drop in location honored that. Only glitch was it didnt update the original schedule in the service department system, but I was able to cancel that appointment when I received an reminder email for the original appointment.

I had replaced my 2011 Ford Escape PCM and needed to have a set of keys programmed, to the new PCM, that were previously programmed incorrectly by a locksmith. Not only did the technician erase and program the new blanks but he also programmed my original keys to the new PCM. Frederick Subaru / Ford also performed my recall work that I had put off.Overall a very satisfactory service visit from the intake person (Bunny) to the technician who performed the work.

My experience there was excellent. I went in with an idea I was picking between 4 cars (3 Subarus and 1 a different make). The salesman I dealt with was very helpful in explaining the different features of each vehicle without trying to push me in any direction. The quotes we were given were very fair.I did not end up buying from them, which I feel very guilty about, due entirely to luck. We had gone to another dealership just to compare price (which ended up nearly the exact same). We had intended to be in and out since I knew this other dealership didnt have what I wanted in stock. Well turns out they had the exact car I wanted (color, package, other add-ons, etc) and it was delivered that day. This car literally only had 5 miles on it. I plan on having this car for 10+ years and I couldnt walk away from literally all of my #1 preferences.If I had to do it again, I wouldnt even have gone to the other dealership. I still feel very guilty.I really recommend Frederick Subaru. They are great about giving you the facts without being pushy and letting you make the decision yourself which is not something that can be said about most dealerships.

Called beforehand to make sure the warranty service would be covered. I really wanted to make sure because I felt there might be some question but was assured it would be covered. I took time, drive and arranged with friend to pick me up. When I get at the location they inform me it would not be covered. My first time dealing with them and my last. I hate being lied to. I contacted numerous dealers throughout Maryland via email, looking to buy a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. Janie was the only one to respond with a price, and not some cliche sales person response like come on down to look. Most dealerships havent quite grasped that people are looking to avoid the hassle and obnoxious process that can be buying a vehicle. It appears Frederick Motor Company is an exception.Janie not only provided me with a price in her first reply, but it was the best price I got from any dealership. She didnt play any games, and gave me the most reasonable price on the vehicle up front. She was very prompt replying to emails and questions. She was super friendly and helpful. I thought buying a car was going to be a merciless slug fest, and it was for the most part, until I started dealing with Janie. I cant say enough good things about her, my experience was that wonderful.When the deal was settled, and I arrived to finalize paperwork and purchase the vehicle, I was in and out in 10-20 minutes. When you bring your Subaru in to a Subaru dealership, you expect that they will do everything they can to ensure that you are made aware of a recall. I brought my Impreza in this past February 2017 to be serviced.I was just notified that I have had an airbag recall from a class action lawsuit mailing...not from Subaru. My understanding is if the airbag deploys, it can also launch metal shrapnel at those in the front seat. This left me with a pretty horrifying mental picture for me...Generally Subaru of America notifies Subaru owners of recalls. Somehow that never happened. But to make matters worse, my local Subaru dealership, who is supposed to check for recalls...didnt bother either.I called Subaru of America and they took down my concerns but the woman who answered the phone didnt seem to care. She showed no emotion and offered nothing but to record my concerns.I guess Subaru, and especially this dealership, doesnt care if I get this recall on airbags resolved. Good thing I didnt have an accident, and shame on Subaru of Frederick, Maryland.

We had such a great experience here last year buying two vehicles in one day. They really went above and beyond to listen to us. They gave fair financing and fair deals on both cars. They were simply awesome. Now after two oil changes we are so happy with the service plan and really like the ease of getting appointments and the friendly attitudes.Car Buying is one thing. Service is another. Probably will the last time we go here after this most recent warranty work. Spouse and I have to always argue with them and they never seem to understand what needs to be done. Im really bummed out too. But they are just inconsistent in the service department.Thanks for the response from the social media team. Very professional and knowledgeable service department. My service advisor, Ashley, was very polite and friendly. I had a new dashboard installed under warranty, and it was a decent install considering it being warranty work. Overall a very hassle-free service experience.
