Michael is absolutely amazing. He was very patient when it came to our 2 year old who wanted to touch everything in the store and climb all over everything. Also with us trying out the same 4 mattresses multiple times as we were very indecisive. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about everything. He was not pushy at all and made the mattress buying process enjoyable for once. If youre looking for a sleep number go see Michael at the Frederick MD location!

THIS IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS!!!! I wish I could give a lower number!!! The customer service at the store is non existent once they sell you a bed.  Not one person helped when I called the store we purchased at. That included questions about free items that didnt arrive with the bed, their sleep IQ set up, and returning issues.EVERYTHING has to go through the the customer service call lines where wait times are 3 plus hours or they say they call back but dont.  We have had the worst time trying to return our overpriced air mattress that has no cooling effects to speak of. We were told we had to wait a minimum of 30 days to return and now we have to pay $199 to return the bed that they forced us to keep, resulting in my sleeping on a couch that had more support.  We specifically asked about their return policy because I have a back condition called spondylolisthesis and we were hesitant to spend so much.The mattress itself trenches(sinks in the middle) while center on my side and in the center between myself and my husband.  Unless the bed is at a setting on 95 or 100 you are rolling to the edges or in the center on top of your partner.  We got the cooling mattress and if anything it was 10x worst then our old spring mattress.I can not express how furious I am at this whole process!!! Buyers be aware THIS IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS, and customer service is not a top priority to this company and they are fraudulent in how they sell the beds not disclosing their return policy (we got the sleep number360 p5 smart bed)(we got the sleep number360 p5 smart bed)

Marlin was patient and a very nice person to deal with. You took her time let us try multiple beds several times and explained everything very thoroughly.In the end she helped us get the right bed for us and didnt push us into anything we didnt want. We got a very big discount and were overall very pleased with the experience. The only negative was that there was another employee there at the time that walked up to the table where we sat going over things with Marlin with their mask pulled down under their chin. It made us uncomfortable in the middle of the pandemic surge.

After 15 years and more than 15 extra pounds it was time to upgrade our 2004 Sleep Number. Our experience was magically and safe. I was a bit skeptical to enter into a sleep Number store in the middle of a pandemic. However, the staff was in the process of cleaning and sanitizing when we arrived. They explained their safety precautions and made us feel more at ease. Humaira M took excellent care of us. She went out of her way to make sure we got all the discounts that a current/previous owner is allowed. She explained all the bells and whistle. She was superb. We are now the proud owners of an i10 Split King Flex and could not be happier.

I was going to buy a sleep number online, but I went into the store to help me decide which mattress. Marlin was very helpful, but not pushy at all. She had me test out a few mattresses and helped me find my sleep number. I decided which one to purchase and it was an easy process to checkout and schedule a home delivery. I’m glad I went into the store instead of just ordering one online.

I had the best experience at the FSK store. I first went in after doing my research to test the beds. The manager explained the different beds and demonstrated how it all worked. I was even able to try them all out. I needed time to consider my options and did not feel pressured at all. Within a week I made up my mind and called the sales person back and was able to work out everything over the phone with the current sale. Very professional!

Michael helped us out today and he is awesome. This is our 2nd Sleep Number bed and we loved the first one but after 14 years, it was time for a new one. Yes there are less expensive beds out there but Im willing to pay more for comfort and to sleep better. You just cant beat changing the firmness and softness of the bed. The wife and I agree on a lot but she likes her side softer than I like mine. Sleep Number is great at this.

All of the stores staff is great, but Humaira and Marlin helped us to find our new sleep number bed. We are on our 3rd sleep number bed, not because they dont last but we gave away our first bed to great friends, as it was 15 years old. Although we could still use it today we bought a P6 three years ago and is very happy with it. It is now our guest room bed. Our 3rd bed is an ILE and we love it. It has the 360 feature that automatically adjusts while you sleep. We bought the split king bed so the head portion of our bed can be divided. It does help with snoring a lot. One feature I love is the light under the bed when you get out of the bed, great for a night light to use the bathroom. It shouldnt wake up anyone else. Sleep number still offers a 100 day trial which is unique for the industry. These sleep number beds are really good if you suffer from joint pain or joint replacement. I cant describe how important the P6 bed was when I had my left hip replaced because of the ability to adjust pressure quickly and as often as you like.

BUYER BEWARE- Sales person was fine. She spent a ton of time with me, answered questions. The risk free trial period = you lose the minimum of $400. The initial set up fee, of $200, I totally get. After we received it, it was absolutely not a fit for my family at all. Called customer service, they would not budge on the $200 return fee. I offered to take the bed to the store and return it myself. Nothing. Called the store. Again, nothing. I could stomach the initial set up fee being gone, but I CANNOT stomach a return fee and flushing so much money down the drain when it was supposed to be risk free. You better be 1000% sure before you pull the trigger to buy it and you are not going to need the 100 night policy. Im so thankful that it is returnable, but the fees are RIDICULOUS (especially when I offered to return myself)! Also, to return, they scheduled me 2 weeks out. If there is an issue with the return, I will be out more money and the money I spent is tied up for 2 weeks when I need a new bed.

Why didnt we buy this sooner?! This bed is a dream. Michael was very friendly, and patient with us as we went through the various options. He really took the time to go over what the bed offered. Making sure that he not only address our concerns, but demonstrated how the bed could assist with it! I have been sleeping w/ the system for 3 weeks now, and I feel like a new person. Long gone are the achy back, and shoulders. The tension literally melts away as the bed absorbs the tension. Better yet, my iWatch hooks up with the bed (this is no joke), and adjusts the bed based on my workout for the day. I cannot remember the last time I was able to jump out of bed feeling this refreshed! If you are in the market for a bed make the investment. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful new showroom. Service from Michael was excellent! He made sure that we thoroughly understood the bed that we selected, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. We spent a little more than we had planned, but after sleeping on the bed Im positive we made the right decision. If you need a new mattres, I highly recommend trying out Sleep Number. The day after delivery, Michael called to make sure everything was set up properly. A week later he called just to make sure we had found our sleep numbers and that we were sleeping okay. Thats what I call customer service.

I purchased the I10 Smart Bed. A very expensive bed. It was scheduled for delivery on 8/11 (two weeks from when I purchased it. Sleep Number called yesterday 8/9 and gave me a delivery time 2:30-6:30 pm. Today they sent me an email saying they cant deliver it for another two weeks...not tomorrow or in a couple days...TWO WEEKS. I have not been this angry in a long time.UPDATE: Michael from the store stepped in and called Sleep Number. He was able to get the bed back on the delivery schedule that I was promised. The bed was delivered and setup. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3. Thank you, Michael!

I purchased a bed here 5 months ago. The sales people were very helpful. The bed arrived, the install guys did the best they could given that Sleep Number didnt provide the tools necessary for the install. They ended up putting the bed in a location that ripped all the cords from the bed out of the wall ruining the cords and my outlet. Ive never been able to create a Sleep IQ account.I recently stopped into the sleep number store to get help for a replacement to my cords and to set up my Sleep IQ account. Instead of taking the time to help me get a replacement or set up the account I was given a card with a customer service number to call.Its funny the same sales person who was more than happy to bend over backwards to get the sale in the first place couldnt find the time to help solve a problem after they had my money.

My friend and I went in to purchase a gift card and was told it was Company Policy to fill out an information sheet. I kept telling the saleswoman that I ONLY WANTED A GIFT CARD but she was persistent I filled it out, so I did. Then she told me she had to input all of my information into the computer before I could get the gift card. She proceeded to ask for my information out loud, even though I had written it all out on the sheet and needless to say, there were other customers in the store who overheard ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I Decided at this point to just leave and will take my business to another store. I have worked in customer service and healthcare for over 20 years and feel as this was completely out of the scope of practice and that my business was just not appreciated.

Went in with my fiancé to look at their beds. When I arrived the salesperson AdamMicheal was sitting on a bed with his shoes off talking to a friend. Once he started working with us his mother came in and he kept breaking away to talk to her. He was nice but not very professional. We ended up buying from Mattress Warehouse.
