I was verbally accosted by an older employee named Mike. Because he jumped into a conversation that had nothing to do with him. Then he continued to yell infront of son. Black live do matter. I guess not here.....(Later I talked with Richard. He was very open and honest and able to listen to my story of what happened. Even worked out a way to avoid conflict. I dont think Mike will be an issue and will continue to go to the store. Before I would have given a 4 star review. So, I guess I will see how it goes.)

Its a good place for delivery 👌. Employees helpful. Only one dock.Overnight parking not available. Close at 5 pm open at 8am.

Staff has always been helpful and courteous when we go.I prefer coming here to get heating pellets for the winter as the loading process is quicker than lowes or home depot and pricing seems more reasonable year over year. Call ahead and theyll have it out front for an even more efficient process.Would recommend double checking your trucks towing/bed capacity before picking up a pallet of anything though. May be common sense to some but the smell of burnt metal the whole way home was an unpleasant lesson.

They are a wonderful store. I love their fresh milled grains mostly locally grown. My chickens love their feed. My neighbor who has horses and I go together and load up the back of my truck. They are so helpful and fast.

I called for oil delivery. they took payment over the phone, deliverd it 2 days later, thats about all i have to say about that.Now wishing i took advice of filling my tank, (first house with oil) instead of buying 150gal. Now its the end of January and im at 1/8 tank. (1800sf fair insulation) i would have gave 5.5 stars if they were open at 6.
