Best place to buy a mattress from hands down. I had been looking online for a Purple or Nectar mattress but decided to go here first to feel them out, and Cesar helped me decide to go with a queen sized Nectar mattress. It’s PERFECT, and it was about 300$ or so cheaper than buying it online since mattress firm buys in bulk and gets a deal. The mattress is fantastic, comes with a free Nectar sheet set and two Nectar pillows. I ended up going with a different IKEA bed frame for looks, but they also have super affordable, sturdy bed frames. And Cesar helped me pick out a nice hypoallergenic mattress protector that was less than $30. Also, mattress firm will ship your mattress for free to wherever you need it! 10/5 stars honestly. We are so pleased with our shopping experience at this location with Cesar. My spouse had been suffering with back and hip pain for months so we decided to purchase a new bed with an adjustable base. We never even dreamed of getting a Tempur-Pedic to solve her issues. Cesar educated us on mattresses and helped us make the best decision. Cesar is super informative and very welcoming. Three nights after we slept on our new Tempur-Pedic her inflammation was significantly reduced. We had such a wonderful experience we purchased a second adjustable base a few days later.

Visited Mattress Firm in search of an adjustable base. Upon entering the store, we were met by Cesar who enlightened us about all the different models they had in stock. Cesar then asked what our requirements and expectations were. Afterwards we narrowed down our selections to those that met our requirements. We reviewed pricing and delivery options for each. We couldn’t make a final decision at that moment, so left to discuss and make a more informed decision. After some research, we returned the following day, Cesar met us at the door, he too had gathered more information about the models. However, we already knew the information and simply informed Cesar we were ready to purchase after manipulating the various units in the store to confirm some of the reviews we had read or watched relative to noise levels - motors and massage. We had one question that we could not answer from the reviews and Cesar did not know either, so he called the manufacturer rep and a thorough answer was provided. Cesar was very professional and the purchase went smoothly with all applicable sales and discounts. We highly recommend Mattress Firm.

I few like I’ve been beaten up. I still owe 2k on the mattress. I will be calling the store and if I get satisfaction I will update my review.

I am a first time buyer, so I was definitely stressed about it. I just bought my mattress from here and the seller encouraged me to buy the adjustable base. I bought the base, but did not know it would replace my current bed frame. As soon as I found out, I called and had to have them cancel it. I was upset, but I couldnt use it. They were very nice and immediately removed the item from my payment. It took a while, but eventually the money was returned to me. I am so very happy with my purchase. I havent had any back pain since the new mattress and Barry knew what I needed.

The store was very crowded, quiet, very clean, neat, and not Overly congested with merchandise so there is plenty of room and space to shop. Ceaser provided a non-rush, no high pressure sales tactic experience. There was a small issue with my order, however Ceaser was able take ownership of the issue and provide me an excellent customer service experience. I will be a repeat customer.

My husbadhand I bought a new mattress, cover, and two pillows from Shawn. He was nothing short of wonderful. He was not pushy in any way and answered any questions we had. We left and looked at some other mattresses at some other places, and came back to purchase from Shawn. Josh was also there and was wonderful to talk to. We bought a Serta memory foam mattress in late January and didnt care for it. There was nothing wrong with mattress, we just didnt find it to be comfortable. We went back after our 30 days and traded it for a Serta hybrid and love it. Through out the process David was wonderful. He knows his product and was extremely accommodating on the exchange. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and their South Frederick location! P.S. The delivery guys are wonderful and really cared about not tracking into our home.

Just disappointment everywhere. I bought mattress, pillow, mattress cover for my son in January. The sales lady didnt seem to know what she was doing. My purchase included a FREE fitbit. She gave me the directions. I still havent received my email to claim my FIT BIT. when i called Mattress Firm to ask about it, the sales lady just kept reading to me the directions to redeem it and that i responded to the email. She couldnt understand that i didnt get the email to respond to. no help! I called Best Buy Redemption Center yesterday to find out what happened to my email. They said Mattress Firm didnt include my email address in the order. DUH! if i have to wait to get an email to claim my free gift wouldnt you think you would make sure to include my email. I gave my email to them again. They said i would have it by 1pm today.

I ordered online for the presidents day sale. I was to get a mattress and free adjustable base. So the mattress came delivered in a box, no base. I called was on hold for 20 minutes ended up hanging up. Called today and was told that the base is on back order until March 29th so meaning I will have this mattress in the box sitting around in my house cant use it until at least April. This is ridiculous. You order something and expect to use it and actually cant for at least 1 & 1/2 months later! This is unbelievable I wasted my money because its a all sales final sale.So I spent my money cant return and cant use what I bought because of a of a missing major part, the base. Do not purchase from mattress firm especially when its a sale you are better off paying a little more and be guaranteed a sametime delivery on you bed set. Go somewhere else dont make my mistake!
