If I could give zero stars or less, I would.I have an extended warranty on my Whirlpool dishwasher that I purchased from Best Buy. The warrany company is Pacific Sales.On August 24th, I contacted Pacific regarding a warranty issue. The customer service rep informed me that the local service agent is a company named Helix. It is now October 10th and I still havent had anyone come to my home to repair my dishwasher!I have made repeated phone calls that go unanswered. I have sent emails with responses so full of grammatical errors and broken English it would make a 1st grader giggle.Unfortunately, I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Best Buy again. WORST WARRANTY SERVICE EVER!
Called and asked availability of a dryer belt got a real snotty young lady on phone telling me that the model number i gave was not correct and needed letters in it when I read it right off the dryer then after talking to me like I was an idiot told me apparently i didnt go to the website such ignorance
