Purchased a GE Profile French Door refrigerator from Bray and Scarff and had it delivered this morning. Shane and Enon were the two individuals who made the delivery and set up the refrigerator while removing the old one. They were extremely nice and helpful. Ensured that my wife knew how to use the features while making sure that it was all connected correctly and balanced. I would ask for them by name when I return to purchase and have my microwave replaced.

I dealt with Mohamad the manager in Frederick. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and recommended products that were attractive and of good value. I was not looking for a package and ended up with carefully selected kitchen appliances that would serve my home for many years to come. They have an appearance and performance quality that I prefer. Bray and Scarff helped my family immensely when both of our refrigerators died. We were in a bind and the team helped us so much, and even expedited the process. The designer Dan had put in our original fridge 20 years ago, and remembered our kitchen and our needs. He was able to assure that everything would fit our very specific dimensions. Jake was able to locate the two refrigerators and went out on a limb to get us everything earlier than expected. Last but not least, Cliff and his installation team were TERRIFIC. They were professional and were incredibly well-coordinated! Our kitchen has some sharp corners so its a tough feat for anyone to move such a large appliance, but they did it perfectly. Sharon in Frederick was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in the door. She understood I had a budget I needed to stay within, but also had features on certain products that I really wanted. We found the perfect dishwasher and gas range and it was exactly at my budgeted amount. She took the time to run different estimates for different products for me as well until ultimately we found the perfect match. We were told delivery would be 6-8 weeks. Sharon called me within the week to schedule delivery of the gas range. Followed up after it was delivered and scheduled delivery of the dishwasher as well. We noticed we hadn’t received the manual for the gas range, she emailed, and also printed and sent us a copy within two days. She was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!

We bought a new washer and dryer which to me is a large expense. When they men came to deliver the new appliances and take out the old ones they were simply terrific. Their names are Shane and Enon and they could not have done a better job or been more nice or helpful to us. They were friendly and actually in all our years together (almost 50) they were the best delivery team we have ever had. Everything is great with the service we have gotten from Bray and Scarff. My refrigerator died and I needed a quick but worthwhile replacement. Jake answered my call and knew what was in stock. After a lingering illness, our dryer of 14 years died a quiet death this week. Called to see if they could service a Wolf Stove that was purchased at their store by the previous owner of my house. They told me they could not service the stove because it was out of their service area. They were totally fine with delivering it to my house and making money but now wont service it. They said their service area is smaller than their delivery area. I guess that is The Bray Way. I was told I had to contact Wolf directly to find someone closer to my house for service.

Had a lot of issues getting things set up but it all worked out and my installation guys were amazing !!!!

We purchased a freezer by phone during the plague. Sharon was extremely helpful in discussing options on models and recommending what appears to be an excellent extended warranty (dont normally buy these but B&S option here was as they say a no-Brayner). Was looking for a very specific dishwasher. Only manufactured by one company, during a world wide pandemic. After searching for a while I met Sharon at Bray & Scarff in Frederick MD. After some conversations and meeting in person she did some digging and found a display model in one of their other stores in Germantown MD. Sharon did such an outstanding job arranging for us to get our new washing machine! We purchased it over the phone on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday, it was set up and ready to go. As my husband is a physician, being able to wash clothes daily has been very important during COVID. We appreciate the effort taken on her part to make this happen. We were also very pleased with the installation/removal by Jeff and David. They were wearing masks, and took great care with the whole process. Thank you for a job well done!

I reached out to Bray & Scarff after GE’s website suggested they might have stock available of a double oven I’ve been searching for. We had purchased one through a different store only to be called and told that our order had been canceled by the supplier. Jamie responded to my inquiry and went above and beyond to see if the model I was looking for was available at any of their partner stores or from GE. She was able to confirm the the oven has not been discontinued and that I could order and receive the product by the end of next month. Beyond tracking down the oven, she was quick to follow up with texts and emails to keep me up to date on her findings, and she was very pleasant to work with.

It was delivered by them, in their truck, and not some third party company who has no interest in service. If you are in the market for appliances, please visit/call Sharon Foley. She bent over backwards for us during the pandemic to find suitable appliances for our home, looking through the companys inventory item-by-item. Due to the shortage of appliances -- I imagine from supply chain part issues and factory modifications for COVID -- double wall ovens and cooktops were extremely difficult to find in stock anywhere. Sharon managed to find them and we now have a proper kitchen for the holidays. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her customer service, shes fantastic.

We needed a white dishwasher. Due to COVID19 related issues at most of the brand name manufacturing plants it was really hard to find one. They are only producing stainless steel at this time. JTaylor from their service department contacted me several times within a 24 hour period to make sure they had the right model & repair information prior to coming out and scheduled my service appointment. Jake did an awesome job walking us through our available options within the store. We were looking for a refrigerator and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted walking in. We brought our specs for the space for the refrigerator and he walked through the dimensions of available models and what would work for our space.This is our second appliance purchase from their store and I would highly recommend going here. Jake made us feel comfortable with our purchase and he was clearly knowledgeable on the products. We were also pleasantly surprised that the price was slightly lower when we went into the store rather than just purchasing through their website.Just a brief statement on Covid-19 and the physical store. It was required to wear a mask and we were able to socially distance while at the store. We decided to just walk in the store, but they do give the option to schedule an appointment before coming in if that makes you feel comfortable.

After fighting with Bray & Scarff waranty for over 3 months, a guy finally came out to fix the malfunctioning lock on my washing machine. He ended up breaking the machine, taking it from somewhat functional to completely dead in about half an hour. He said he had been wrong about the lock, the lock which the warranty people said they couldnt order, and told me that it was the washing machine computer brain that was the real culprit. He was not at all sorry about what he had done, and told me he wasnt coming back that this was my problem to deal with. In short, he left me in a worse position then he found me. Bray & Scarff is hesitant to honor the warranty, says they may not be able to replace the washing machine for a long time the March 9th date that they fforced on me is a TBD date. Interestingly enough, Lowes can provide me with the same washer Bray & Scarff broke by Wednesday, *this Wednesday as in March 3, not some distance Wednesday in the future. Why Bray & Scarff cannot do this is beyond me. Lowes may have been dumb in the past, but at least theyve refunded money when Ive asked and havent broken my appliances. If Bray & Scarff can deliver an identical washer to the one that their licensed contractor broke by this Wednesday, Im happy to delete this review. Ive always liked Bray & Scarff... until this whole experience. Id sure hate to see what theyd do with one of their more expensive products. This washer cost a few hundred $, this store sells products in the several thousand. Watch out shoppers.

Worked with Jake who was quite knowledgeable on all the appliances on the showroom floor. There was no pressure and we were presented several options. Answered our questions honestly. We also looked at the box stores and got no where near the attention (the orange one), (the blue one) were very attentive but not very knowledgeable.

I can’t say that I would shop there again. Better pricing at Lowe’s although Bray $ Scarff did match the price. I bought a whole kitchen suite; GE Profile stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Install was a disaster but eventually corrected. Salesperson was less than truthful. $6,000 and five months later and I’m still waiting for one of the owner’s manuals “on back order”. I always shop local when I can. This was the first time I was disappointed in doing so.

Love there customer service! My dishwasher arrived early thanks to Sharon who found the dishwasher in the warehouse. It arrived July 3, instead of July 15th. They called 30 minutes upon arrival, arrived when expected. Very impressive!

Bray & Scarff provided friendly and courteous service. Jamie help me find the right washer and dryer after having a large box store cancel my order and tell me it was a computer glitch and then tell me to bad I cannot get you your order for a month and a half. Jamie verified that the machines were in stock and arranged delivery so I could receive the washer and dryer the next day. After being without a washer and dryer for a week and a half Jamie got it done. Thank you Jamie and Bray & Scarff.
