Whoaaaaa Westhaven just got even SWEETER! Sweethaven has the best ice cream in Franklin!! The shop is adorable and the owners and staff are SO friendly! Everyone was happy and helpful! I really love how much care they took to continually sanitize and help with social distancing when possible. What a fantastic place to pop in for a sweet treat! I just LOVE that if you see the pink bicycle out front that is how you know the shop is open! Southern sweetness at its best!

Sweethaven is the BEST!! Oh man, what I wouldnt give for a Dole Whip froyo right now. And I know the kids get excited about the sprinkle bar, but so does this mama. I didnt know there were quality levels of sprinkles until I tried these. They are so fresh and delicious! The shop is beautiful, the ice cream and yogurt flavors offer something for everyone, and the location just across from the lake is perfect. The staff are what every owner dreams of, and the owners are what every community dreams of. Cant wait to return!

The icream was super delicious, and the place looks so lovely inside! I went while the owner was there, and she was so nice and sweet. Definitely coming back again!

We absolutely love Sweethaven, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! The ice cream tastes so fresh and my kids love trying all the different flavors. We are so thankful the owners took a risk to open during a pandemic and offer us an amazing new treat in Franklin. The shop is so clean and so adorable. My kids ask to go everyday. This shop is EXACTLY what Franklin needed! 💙

Just ate here for their opening day and had their soft serve yogurt. Cute little neighborhood ice cream shop. It’s very good and rich for yogurt! It’s better than Sweet CeCe’s. They also have old fashioned ice cream which is from Wisconsin, not another ice cream selling a store brand like Blue Bunny. They also have cupcakes. Can’t wait to try their ice cream next!

Delicious offerings (youll LOVE the coconut milk frozen yogurt, even if you can have dairy!) to satisfy your sweet tooth, owned by an incredible family, in a lovely location! I cant get over all the sprinkle offerings! Get your ice cream in a freshly made waffle cone, to round out a perfect dessert!

We go several times a week! It’s adorable and the ice cream and soft serve frozen yogurt are delish. My kids love the sprinkles and topping selections. We also love having dairy free options that taste amazing!

Sweethaven is the SWEETEST little ice cream shop! Their ice cream, cookies, and frozen yogurt are delicious. We missed the donuts yesterday morning, but we’ll be back soon for those too. The flavors change each day - so far our family favorites are chocolate (mine) and Dole Whip (kids). Everything about the store is adorable from the cute cookies and friendly staff to the vintage cruiser parked out front. They’ve even found a way to make masks cute - all the ice cream scoopers are wearing them to help keep everyone safe. A wonderful addition to Westhaven.

Discovered SweetHaven! Yummm: deep, richly flavorful ice cream with fresh choices. Not air-filled, artificial tasting stuff; rather, their ice creams, soft yogurts and candies are tasty, custom made favorites. Courteous, cheerful owners and friendly workers; very clean and well done. We went 3 days in a row – so good!!
