This place is awesome! Everything is made in house. Very family friendly and willing to let you try the different flavors. I had the coffee ice cream and it was delicious. They have a case of ice cream/popsicles that is truly eye candy. Please see the pictures to prove it. This place is worth your time to try it. I promise you will go back again.

Closed a few minutes early. Which isn’t a big deal, I suppose. But my 3 year old and I rushed to make it there and arrived on time - only to find the shop keeper walking out with the lights off. He didn’t even speak to us. My son was so upset to not get his popsicle so we’re heading to Sweethaven in Westhaven!

My mother and I stopped in to pick out some of their popsicles for a small get together on a Saturday. The plethora of flavors blew us away! The tequila popsicle was so yummy! There are popsicles you could buy in a store but the taste is in no way a comparison to the taste sensation you get while enjoying a desert at LA PALETERIA ICE CREAM SHOP!!!!! This ice cream shop is hidden gem. Never crazy busy, service is always great, the staff are wonderful and you can find some unique flavors you cannot find anywhere else. Today I had a corn ice cream milk shake. I wish I could explain how wonderful it was but you will have to try it out for yourself.

We had such a great time discovering this place! Something for everyone whether you are familiar with the unique Hispanic/Latino flavors (we all loved the mantequilla y fresa) or prefer more US staples (their cookies and cream is delicious)

My fruit was rotten. The watermelon tasted gross. I had to throw away my whole fruit cup. They keep their fruit in the refrigerator for days! Customer Service is terrible! They do not even acknowledge that you are in the building. I will never go back there!

We lived this place! Many things/flavors to choose from. I recommend this over other chain ice cream places.

I LOVE this place! First of all, visually, its so fun! My kids were in awe. So much color and there are balloons and darling decorations. Second of all, the choices are insane! I never eat sweets, but when she described the chili lime popsicle, I was in. So many other flavors also, with huge beautiful berries frozen in them. My kiddos opted for ice cream and it was homemade perfection. Third, all items are incredibly fairly priced; it’s a great value! And finally, the owner is sharp and organized and it is clear that her heart is in her business. GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

We LOVE La Paleteria. We stopped in looking for something different for dessert. Man this place delivered! The ice cream is seriously the best Ive ever had. The kids love the fruit popsicles and the dipped ice cream bars. Youll find unique treats here that you dont see anywhere else in Franklin. The staff is great and the store is extremely clean and bright. Menu is in both English and Spanish. We come here weekly now. Highly recommended!

Is always closed when should be open. Very disappointed when the items the sell are good. We have gone and called multiple times in the past weeks during operating hours as is always closed.

Was visiting Franklin and went to the shop looking for good ice cream on a hot day. Loved the shop. They have a fun decor and a huge variety to choose from. Wife & I had a couple of popsicles. Both were really good. Will visit again whenever in town.

Great fresh homemade ice creams and fruit water. We stumbled in with our 3 year cold and purchased the Mexican Twinkie ice cream and hibiscus fruit water. Highly recommend!

La Paleteria is a hidden gem!! I have seen it there for years and finally walked in last night. They have a huge selection of popsicles in a variety of flavors. My friend got a lime one with chilis. I cannot handle spice so I didnt try it lol. I ordered the pistachio ice cream and it was so creamy and full of pistachios. The other flavors I sampled were delicious as well. They make the ice cream in house weekly.

Try oreo, cinnamon, key lime pie or something traditionally Mexican like corn ... or any of the wide varity of paletas. Stop by with the kids on Fridays for family night with free toppings and face painting balloon animals by Dan Klepper Fantasy Face Artistry. Kids can draw on the chalkboard wall or play foosball while listening to kid friendly music playing on the tv.

Wow wow wow. This is real ice cream. You can tell this has no junk in it. I had the tamarindo paleta. Omg. My kids had the bubble gum. They loved it. My wife had the vanilla and strawberry. She was amazed. You have to try this!

Very nice staff, the guy was patient and went over all the things on the menu, he was also very helpful with telling us all the dairy-free flavors, they had at least 10-12 dairy-free flavors of paletas/popsicles (and a few dozen or so regular ice cream and popsicle choices) and 3 dairy-free ice cream choices, so we will be back to try them all. I had the tamarind flavor and my son had the strawberry, both delicious and not too sweet. Great adventure for dessert!
