Staff was super patient with me while I took my time selecting exterior house paint. I preferred the experience over Lowes or Home Depot. The location is nickel clean and well stocked for your most common everyday needs. An excellent, almost nostalgic example of a family owned hardware store. Easy parking, no lines. Would recommend.

Thank you for being so helpful to someone that often doesnt ask for help. I didnt even really know what I wanted when I walked through the door but ended up leaving with exactly the right parts to finish my junkyard water rocket launching base and kept my nephew busy all day long. Its your average small hardware store. It gave me a weird vibe though... like a place that doesnt do enough business to really justify existing. The store was well stocked, but they dont have a diverse enough inventory to get everything you need for a project, except maybe for the garden. Good for grabbing a forgotten item if its closer than a warehouse store.

My wife & I just purchased a home in town and have made many trips to Daddario so far (and I’m sure there will be plenty more). I can’t not say enough how great the staff is - extremely knowledgeable, friendly & treat you like family. As first-time homeowners, we have a lot of questions and each person that has helped us has answered them for us. I highly recommend shopping here.

Just shopped here for the first time to use an American Express small business incentive. I will definitely be coming back. The store is well organized, well stocked and the employees are extremely helpful, polite and take initiative. It’s more expensive than a big store like Home Depot, but your get what you pay for. Looking forward to my next visit.Update: I have continued to be impressed by this store. Every time I go in, the customer service is beyond fantastic.

I own Image Painting and started going to Daddarios because of convenience near a job. After coming here a couple times I realized the people who work here actually care about my orders and get it right every time unlike the other paint stores near by. I go out of my way to come here now because my orders are 100% complete and correct every time.Jack has a Ben Moore Rep who is very knowledgeable with all paints and materials, Ricky goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy with everything I order or need from them. He also makes sure My prices are on point and unbeatable and also offers free delivery to my sites . I’d rather come to a family store like Daddario’s and be treated like a human than go to a big box store and be treated like a nobody.Thank you Jack and Crew for all you do for me you have all my 2020 business.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience in here today. Husband is a designer for a local Shed Company... I accompanied him into the store and witnessed him ask a simple question. “Do you supply paint color codes if we give you a sample piece?”. The cashier became very upset with us, suspiciously glaring at us as he said we were asking for a ‘conflict of interest’. He proceeded to get a manager, and we clarified what service we were looking for... if they didn’t supply it, we were going to leave. While we were explaining he waved us aside and started helping the next customer in line. Will never come here again, it’s so unfortunate, we weren’t trying to violate their policies and we’re simply asking if they provided the same service that Benjamin Moore does. Their store advertised Benjamin Moore, but doesn’t offer the same services. It’s obvious the customer doesn’t matter to this company. Look elsewhere if you need Benjamin Moore products.
