Very rude lady at the back counter. Stayed on her laptop the entire time I was there a couple weeks ago. The only time she deemed fit to speak was to gossip with the young men that walked up to the side of the counter. That kind of stuff doesnt need to be said infront of customers. Wouldnt give me the time of day, just sent me next door to deal with an even ruder man. Would never recommend after dealing with these 2.

They had a lot more products than I had expected! They have a whole aisle dedicated to hunting, tools equipment gun cleaning. Mostly for the sport of duck hunting. But they have medicine for livestock. Feed, they to happen to be experts on soil preparation for Lawn and Garden or gardening

Always knowledgeable, helpful and very well stocked

This is a great resource in the community. Great grass seed and local advice on weeds.

Wow what a great place. Been here twenty years and never been there. Now, Ill be back often. Great selection of lawn chemicals that you wont find at the big boxes.

I deliver metal roofing to them, and they are some of the nicest people you will meet.

Well. Usually I am buying dog food from co-op in Columbia. In occasion in Franklin.My last bag of dog food Yukon river by Victor had bugs in it. Contact staff. Lady was nice and she asked me to bring the left of the food and the bonus bugs in to the store. I came and the manager didn’t even came out to talk to me. Just pass the information that nothing they can do about it. Offer me a discount on next bag. I didn’t feel like the dog food with bugs will be better if will discounted.I passed on the offer.In my opinion it was very bad customer service. The manager should be a always an example for others who works there. I was hoping they will at least contact victor company. Didn’t expect impossible from them.Well, lesson learned. Last time spent any money there.***in response to you’re reply. The girl who I was speaking with was the only girl working at the back counter. She spoke with me over the phone and in the store. In the store she said she spoke to you and the proposal from you (in the back room) was to discount a new bag. I could care less about the discount, the point was I was just trying to let you know one of the bags had worms in it. (Which I left for you in a bag) which as a manager I would assume you would be interested at looking at the shipping order and let them know that you received a bad batch of food. Not ignore it and push another bag.Again two seconds of time to just talk with me would have been great instead of sitting in a back room. I was not looking for a discount I was simply looking to bring an issue to your attention.As you said... have a happy new year.

Not helpful at all

I stopped in yesterday shortly after 2pm to get some 17 gauge galvanized wire and was not pleased at all the way the woman at the front counter spoke to me. I ended up purchasing the wire at tractor supply and wont be back. I am unsure what the womans issue is but she is unfriendly and rude everytime I come in. I will reccomend tractor supply over the co op any day. TSC never treats me that way.

I have been coming to this co-op for as long as I can remember. Not only does it have anything needed for ranch and farm, it has a delightful array of local crafts for gifts ! Great work clothes, and toys, too.

This place is awesome! They have baby geese, chickens, ducks for sale. You get to pet them. They also have tons of flowers and plants for sale. Anything you need for a garden. Decent prices.

Friendly, helpful people. A fabulous selection of products and implements. Always a favorite spot to visit, especially to photograph the sunflowers.

Great store, had litlte ducks and chicks out ready for purchase. Nursery was fully stocked and staffed by very knowledgeable people. Bought plants and fertilizer on their recommendations.

Good prices on dog food. Staff is friendly enough, but not overly helpful imo. Still good.

Few months back I bought tomato plants. Now Im enjoying homegrown fruits. Great store for little farmers.
