Excellent job Adam. i was concerned because I had to leave work so you could repair our garage door. The receptionist said a tech would be there between 8:00 and 10:00 AM but was to call me 30 minute in advance so I could leave work to meet you at the house. I received the call, met you there and within 90 minutes you repaired the door and I was on my way back to work. And the cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the service. We discussed installing a new door in the future. I will surely contact Precision Door when Im ready to have a new door installed. Hats off to you and Precision Door Service.

My garage door has been going up and down very roughly requiring me to try over and over on some days before it will stay down. There was an obvious problem with a broken hinge. George S. came out and was right on time, very polite, and gave me some options. I went with the simplest for now which just entailed a temporary repair on the broken hinge. I had a broken spring in my garage door. I call around asking multiple companies how much to fix and how soon they could do it. All 4 companies I call told me the same price within 5 bucks or so which was 175-180 for a single spring and 250-260 for 2 springs. The first 3 companies said it would be a couple days before they could get out to my area. The last was precision door service they told me they had 1 spot left today and could be there around 2pm. I said great come on out. The guy calls me 4 hours early and says he is right down the street. I say that’s fine I’m home. I show home the door and looks at for a minute or 2 and says the price is 250 do you want me to change it? I said they told me 175 on the phone. He said no its 250 if you want me to go a head I can have it done in a few minutes. So I said ok. We was done in less then 10 minutes I paid him the 250 and he left.Our garage doors works great, I like that he was willing to show up earlier. But even now about a month later. I still feel he took advantage of me cause he knew we couldn’t get the door open with out it being fixed. I’m still not sure why my door with 1 spring cost the price of a door with 2 springs.If the technician won’t honor a price over the phone then maybe don’t give one over the phone. They had great service but in the end you don’t know how much they will want to charge you once they get to you.

I needed a technician to come out and address a problem with my garage door opener. I knew it would cost $75 for a service visit and I was OK with paying that because I wanted the door to be fixed. The company managed to schedule me an appointment the next day, which I wasnt expecting, but was happy it could happen sooner rather than later.The company sent me a text when the technician was on his way as well as a phone call from him, giving me a time estimate. He arrived within the 2-hour window which was given to me when I made the appointment.He gave me a description of the problem as well as the cost of the part. Now I am not an expert in garage door parts and dont know when I am being RIPPED OFF so I agreed to him replacing the garage door eye laser for $300!! I also did not know that labor costs would be $100 so when I was presented with a bill for $400 after he took 20 minutes to staple a few bits of wire to the wall, I was a little shocked! I paid up, because what else was I supposed to do?! That is a large portion of my weeks wages!When he departed I went on Amazon just to see how much a part like that might cost if I had bought it myself and was angry to find it cost around $50! I feel like Ive been mugged off, just because I am a single female home owner and apparently dont know any better. Well I have certainly learned my lesson. Dont settle for the estimated cost they give you without doing some research first!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

Arranged late yesterday for a technician to come look at it and quote repair. They said between 2 and 4 pm Saturday. Got a call saying they could come earlier! Kevin Ohara came out, quoted a price, and fixed it within 1/2 hour! Lifetime warranty on parts and its quieter than it has EVER been. The springs broke 4 years ago and I was putting off repairing! Recently moved into house with 20 year old garage door. Door is in good shape, but springs and rollers were past their prime resulting in the door getting stuck on opening and closing. Called on a Saturday and Jared was out on Monday afternoon to give the door hardware some much needed love and adjust the opener. After about an hour the existing door with new springs and rollers works great.

I had an issue with my existing safety eyes but I decided to go ahead and have a new opener system installed. It was very quick and the technician was very good. I highly recommend this company.

The door install was great, the clean up was unacceptable and poor! Found 18 nails, large lag screws and hardware from the old door and trim. If you use this company, make sure to check their work before they leave. I understand sometimes nails etc... can be missed with a magnetic nail sweeper, but it was obvious it wasn’t used at all! Make sure to check the area because you will get a flat tire, from laziness!

Precision provided great customer service. Yet, they will overcharge you. With same-day service, I received an email and a text message stating the details - which made me feel good about it. The technician that came was experienced, nice, and treated me with respect. He provided great service. He even texted me directly indicating when he would be here. Yet, everything was overpriced. All I needed was a replacement spring with possible additional preventive maintenance (which is good). Yet, I did not ask for him to replace the rollers (they did not need to be) and yet he replaced x10 rollers and charged me $150. Yes, these new rollers are better (nylon not aluminum), and yes, Precision Door does provide same-day service (which service should be more than average), but what they charged me was overpriced. Again, I did not ask him to replace the rollers, and he did not indicated that he was going to do this (and charge me), which I felt was a bit shady. Other than that, I would recommend Precision Door Service.

RIP-OFF! Beware of being overcharged without any warning! I have a very old garage door that now spring broke. They replaced two springs at $185 each. Total for bill came to $699!,! NO WARNING. Sad to be ripped off at my age.

09/15/2018--Technician Kevin OHara originally came to replace a broken spring on our very old door, and I asked for an estimate on a new door which he installed this morning. It looks terrific and operates smoothly and quietly. Kevin was great. He was on time, worked quickly and neatly, and was very friendly and personable. Very professional job!10/12/2019-- I LOVE this company! Weve had an intermittent problem for the past 2-3 weeks with the garage door not staying closed. I called yesterday, and Kevin came out this morning. The opener worked fine, and the door stayed shut as it was supposed to; we couldnt get it to malfunction. Kevin checked everything thoroughly, made a minor adjustment, and said to call if it happens again. He charged me nothing even though hed made an early morning service call. I am so impressed by the fast, friendly, and professional service Ive received from Precision Door.
