Great service! Called on a Friday afternoon and they came out Sunday morning. Chris was professional and very knowledgeable! He was great at explaining what was needed and outlined the different options to fix our issue. He was able to do a tuneup and fix the broken pulleys within 20minutes and things have been working great so far. Appreciate the quick service and the follow up from David after the work was complete to see how everything went!

I highly recommend Franklin Garage Doors Services Pro. Called at 8:00am and was able to get a technician here by 12:30. He was friendly, polite and did a great job socially distancing with his mask on the whole time. He explained the problem and the choices for repairs. The whole job only took around 35-40 minutes. Will definitely use them again if need be.

I had a torsion rod replaced by FGDS. Very happy overall.FGDS answered the phone right away. They were very friendly and courteous in getting all the details to set up my appointment.They actually went above and beyond, and managed to have a technician to my house within an hour even though it was getting close to closing time for the day.Because they were able to work so quickly, I did not have to worry about having my car essentially trapped in the garage overnight!The servicing took less than half an hour. Although the price for materials was higher than I expected, the technician took the time to explain where they source their materials and why the quality of the materials, plus the warranty, drives the price.The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and made sure he pointed out how all of the pieces were back up to perfect working order.Overall, I would absolutely recommend FGDS. They will certainly be my first call for any future servicing.

Tech was able to come out quickly enough and initially appeared to have fixed the problem. However the door was louder after he left, the torsion rod not leveled, and the whole thing appeared to be a bandaid fix. The more I looked at it the more uncomfortable I felt, so I called an actual garage door service company (Pioneer, for whatever its worth) and they came out the next day. They confirmed my suspicion and provided a much better service. Im sad to have paid two people but extremely happy I called someone else.
