Doors Unlimited improperly installed garage doors allowing large amounts of rain water into the new garage. This caused damage to the drywall. When asked to come fix the error Doors Unlimited stated they would be out within the week, no one showed up to fix the installation errors. I called back the following week, asked for someone to repair the improper installation, they stated they would be out this week but the company would never provide a specific day, despite multiple calls to get a date. It is currently over 2 weeks waiting on Doors Unlimited to fix their installation errors. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

These guys have been a great vendor for me. I have a 350,000 ft^2 warehouse with what seems to be 100s of doors. They are always quick to respond for service. I am a big fan of the products they sell as well. Keep up the good work Allen.

I called several local installers to come to our business and provide me with a quote to install a garage door for one of our buildings. Allen was the only one who personally came and measured for the door gave us recommendations on what type would work best and provided me with a quote in a day. The others kept asking me to send them the information. The crew came out did the installation within two days and cleaned up after the job. Not only did they provide fantastic service, the price was reasonable. I will choose Doors Unlimited for any door we may need to replace in the future.
