Whether in-store or over the phone, the employees at Learning Express are always so helpful! The store has a great toy and gift selection. So fun to visit. My girls and I will always wander around for a long while, checking everything out!

Took our daughter to the Learning Express in Franklin today and she had a blast. The staff were extremely helpful and Colleen went out of her way to make sure our daughter had the best experience possible.

I was really looking forward to going to this Learning Express to get some Squishmallows. We came in and the store was very nice and most employees were as well. We walked over and someone doing inventory was with them. We asked her a few questions and she was kinda rude. The two cashiers in the end were very kind and fun tho. The main thing that disappointed me about learning express is the prices. I bought 2 squishmallows. A medium black cat and a mystery mallow thingy. I spent 49$ on just those two. Honestly the store was very nice I enjoyed going in but the prices really disappointed me. I don’t blame the workers or anything I just think the company should definitely lower their prices to make them more affordable.

Learning Express is THE BEST PLACE to purchase gifts for your children, as well as all those birthday parties, holidays, etc...It is locally owned and has the most amazing staff that are always so eager to help you select just the perfect gift!They also do an incredible job of bringing in the latest, greatest new toys for kids of all ages.... including those hard to buy for teenagers ~They even do personal shopping for me and wrap it all up... when I don’t have time to do it myself.5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have several locations in Raleigh and were so disappointed by this one. We were used to some of the toys being available for kids to play with and test. Also staff was not as friendly and welcoming. We had done our kids birthday boxes here for years at the Raleigh stores, but this location missed the mark. Hopefully it gets better, otherwise we will have to find a new tradition.

A friend and I waited for a few hours in the MOST organized and fairly treated line system we’ve seen for squishmallows. When you got inside, everyone was able to get what they wanted because there was also a line to get the squish. The limits were fair and the whole night was just perfectly executed! WELL DONE LE NASHVILLE!!!

This store is awesome! They have all the hot toys faster than any other store in Nashville. They have had squishmallow’s for years and seem to anticipate the trends better than the rest. Shop here, your gift recipients will appreciate it greatly.

I love this locally owned small business. Everyone that works there is always so helpful with purchasing birthday presents for my children’s friends. My kids love to come in and browse through the shop at all that really cool and unique toys. I went to the recent squishmallow event there and it was very organized.

I went in looking for a certain toy for a birthday and was helped by the friendly staff in finding the toy I was looking for. They have great customer service and even gift wrapping. Talk about a one stop shop! FANTASTIC Shop and I will be back!

They ask if you need any help and it is a little pricey but it’s really fun !

I’m guessing this is a franchise but such a friendly bunch of folks working here. My family was visiting from NYC and my niece saw their tiktok for squishmallows so of course I took here there at 4 am. They had everything she wanted in a super orderly fashion. I appreciated their service and chit chat and will definitely take my kids there for their own toy experience.

They have such a great selection of fun and educational toys along with the cutest, sweetest little treasures that make perfect gifts for almost anyone in the family. Stopped in tonight and they even wrapped my little gift without me asking! Amazing customer service every time we visit.

Really good store! Had a lot of fidgets! But some things were overpriced like a zippy bracelet was 5$! And wacky tracks were 8$! Other than that it was a great store!

One of the best learning express experiences I have had. Christy, the owner, was an amazing person to talk to and meet. My mom and I drove all the way from Atlanta to make it for a huge shipment of squishmallows that came in and it was so worth it. There were easily about 50+ people waiting in line before 5 AM this morning and it couldn’t have gone smoother in getting people their squishmallows. The staff were so beyond nice and Christy made it the most professional and peaceful environment.

For the past few weeks i tried to be understanding. but after talking to others in the nashville area i’m frustrated. staff is extremely rude through the phone and i understand calls about squishmallows can be annoying but you’re running a business you should be grateful how much business it has brought you. i’m tired that only the people in franklin have picks on good squish bc they post so late during traffic hour. i use to love learning express but with that ugly attitude not so much anymore

Spent a little over $500.00 at this place cause my twins did so well in school and this is where they wanted to go money well worth spent!!!

Horrible toy store. The staff is extremely rude answering questions on the phone and they never have squishmallows in stock. You would think since they’re in high demand they would order more? Every other learning express can stay stocked yet this one can’t for some reason? They also don’t do “holds” or over the phone orders so people that live an hour away don’t even have the chance at getting the new squishmallows.They’re not transparent about the lack of squishmallows or why they can’t keep them stocked but they can make sure to do a giveaway to promote their social media.Then the cherry on top is they’re constantly doing squishmallow giveaways to promote their social media and instead of giving away squishmallows to customers IN THE STATE, to LOYAL customers they’re giving them away wherever in the US. other learning express’s aren’t doing that, and it’s for a good reason. If there was another learning express in tennessee i would go to it in a heart beat because this one is a horrible franchise.

I live in North Carolina and my daughter family live in Franklin TN. This Learning Express Store is one of their very FAVORITE stores to shop at. The staff/owner are so great to work with in my getting something special to my Grand kids....they get so excited to shop here...Thank you so much for always going above and beyond....GREAT Store....

Absolutely love this toy store every time my family & I have been in there we were greeted with a kind smile & a caring knowledgeable staff. The variety and assortment of toys that are in stock blows my mind. On top of all that the toys super fun & educational. It is true blessing to share these high quality toys with a young one. THE LEARNING TOY STORE is the best place out here when looking for a gift for any occasion.

Cant beat the selection of childrens toys and learning tools here. Staff is extra friendly and knowledgeable. Parents, beware, though...take your kids inside only if youve got ample time to look around while they make their choices. Haha!

Excellent selection and super helpful staff. A little pricey but the selection is not found at your more common larger toy stores. Fun, educational, and exciting! I could have spent hours just looking around and could have dropped a small fortune, but I plan to come back if I’m ever near a Learning Express Toys!

I LOVE Learning Express! The staff are awesome, toys are great, & they wrap for you! The kids can play while you shop for them, or gifts for others (great variety in price ranges too). I am also a big fan of the Birthday Box-an easy way to shop for friends birthday parties, or do one for your child. They also have fun special guests like Cinderella, Elmo, etc.

Went with godgrand to see Elsa and Ana. Fun experience, everyone was nice. Some overpriced items.

Outstanding selection, outstanding staff, great free events like Santa and princesses, locally owned and operated with the owner present most days. Absolutely love it and recommend you stop in and experience their selection and free gift wrapping.

We had such a great experience at Learning Express in Franklin! I had never been to a Learning Express but had read about their Rainbow Loom Club. I brough my 6 year old daughter in and she had such a fun time ~ learned how to make 2 bracelet styles and talked about it all day. She asked if she could go back next week. Thank you to Ms. Sandra for teaching her and being so patient and kind!I also had my 1 year old with me and really appreciated the staff being so sweet to her as we hung out while my older daughter was looming. This store was so entertaining. Fun for kids of all ages ;) I know my younger daughter would love to come back too.We walked away with a birthday gift for a friend and are looking forward to supporting this store in the future for all our gift and toy needs. My kids already started their wish lists. Great, unique selection of toys at affordable prices.
