The workers here are always extremely nice. The hot food is great especially if youre on a long trip and need something good to eat. They have a lot of essential things you need for a road trip. Store was clean

A fantastic store with great employees. They offer a wide selection of items consisting of beverages which are both hot and cold, and includes everything from water to soda to energy drinks and coffee. As well as a good selection of food items ranging from snack foods such as popcorn or chips to entree items such as sandwiches or meat dishes. They also have a very good selection of treats, which includes pastries, cookies, donuts, cheesecakes, and other sweet dessert items that pretty much includes anything that you might want.

Kwik trips in general are usually a cut above any other gas station as far as cleanliness, food quality, and service, and this location is no exception. I was in there today and in a bit of a hurry and noticed a large line had developed. Like clock work, employees filed in out of nowhere like Persians in the movie 300. The customers didnt stand a chance...... I was in and out in 2 minutes.

Kwik Trip is my go to gas station; however, the employees at the Franklin (Speedway Dr) location need to slow down. They literally rush around the store speedwalking and more than once I have had an employee rudely walk directly in front of me while shopping down an aisle. Todays cashier spoke so fast that I barely had any time to answer her questions. This location does not have the same welcoming environment as the other stores I have visited.

Im at a different KT 2 or 3 times a day and this is the only one that doesnt carry Marlboro Southern cut. Id never go there but this one is right by my house and on the way to work.

Extremely positive experience. Prices fairly high but this is not your average convenience store. Fresh fruit and veggies are fair in price, and truly fresh.

Their breakfast sandwiches are quick, cheap, and tasty. I just wish they had more of them out and ready. Also you dont actually need a mask here, which is a plus.

THANK YOU guys for taking down your required mask sign down... I really hope more businesses follow your lead and end this mask requirement nonsense... this is just another reason why this company rocks... I will continue to support kwik trip... oh and hey fauci, eat a big one...

While the customer service and product is fine, no one is enforcing the mask mandate. This is why Wisconsin is seeing record spikes. Please start enforcing these rules during a global pandemic or I and my family will continue taking our business elsewhere.

Kwik trip is great!! I wish they would improve the car was it doesn’t get all the dirt off just does an ok job. Also I wish they would offer at least 96 octane gas.

5 stars. Love this kiwi trip, it has everything I could ever want. The employees are always friendly and profession. Josh is an exemplary employee and a staple to the franklin Kwik Trip, his razor sharp wit and emended knowledge of all things quick trip keep me coming back. He is a golden example of extraordinary customer service and relations.

On Thursday, 1/2/2020, I went in to get 2 of the 12oz smoothies because I had a coupon from the newspaper. I followed the process on the screen, just as I had previous times as well, and this time my cup was shredded and there was no shut off button. The male cashier, (unsure of his name but it was around 7pm and he had fairly light brown hair) was quickly over to help me out and clean up the mess, and I attempted to help him out as well. Once we got it cleaned up, he stood by as I tried it again (because why not right?) and I was successful finally. He gave me another coupon, simply just telling me it was not my fault, and once I made my second one successfully, I went to the counter, he checked me out, and I ended up with not only the one free from the coupon I had brought, but both free from the coupon he gave me!! I wish I would’ve caught his name, but he was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate his help.

This is the worse KT hands down, never have good selection of drinks like propell. Employees never want to help and gas is 8 cents over the local average.

The pumps arent maintained - automatic pump stops dont click off. I came here two weeks ago and it poured out of the gas tank before I realized, and then over my clothes when I pulled it out. I used a different pump today and it did the same thing, but I pulled it out before it completely overflowed.This can cause hundreds of dollars of damage to the charcoal filter in the gas tank.

Love this place!! They have everything and might even have the kitchen sink. I would say it is a step beyond a convenience store/gas station. They also have a car wash/vacuum/free air and wood for the fireplace. Not to mention, some of the best customer service skills I have encountered in ages!

I have visited this location a few times now, mainly for car washes. It is very convenient as it is right down the road from Hiller Ford where I get my car worked on.I also have stopped in quick to pick up odds and ends inside. They usually have whatever I am looking for, and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

My local station. Its hard to get excited about a gas station but this place is about as close as youll get. Always clean and well stocked with a friendly and courteous staff. Good car wash and free air. All you could want in a gas station and more. My only criticism is that they havent sold me a jackpot-winning lottery ticket yet 😉

Great service! Our tire went flat late at night and we couldnt get the lug nuts off. After numerous attempts and dealing with two overtired toddlers, Mitch offered to give my husband a ride home to get his tools saving us a lot of time and stress. Thank you!

I like this station but is not highly visible from the main drag, but the premises, inside and out always seem to be clean and neat, with ample parking for convenience store.
