The pharmacist is horrible there. They also didnt give me my license back one time and instead of just being honest and giving it back they threw it away. I got a call later from someone who pulled it out of the trash

Went to buy a soda during my break. My Dr. Pepper was out of date. $3 wasted! Over a month out of date.

Called the pharmacy to ask a simple question on how to get test results. The time it took to get a human on the phone was almost laughable. When someone finally answered the phone were rude as can be. Would never go back to a CVS store again. They should be ashamed.

Someone made the restroom here really cute and nice which I appreciate because most public restrooms are disgusting

I don’t understand why people needing to pick up prescriptions wait in the same outside line as those who are there for COVID testing. We got behind a man who was there an hour before his COVID testing time and after about 30 minutes, he came out of his vehicle and told us he had yet to wait another 30 minutes so we could get in front of him. It’s not always practical to walk in the store for prescriptions, otherwise, I’d use the CVS at Target near my home. Being very ill and super cautious about COVID, drive-thru is my only option.Have separate lines for those wanting COVID testing!! This is a no brainer!!!

I really like this CVS. They fixed the old challenges with the short staff long wait in their Rx deptStaff always offers to help you find anything. My hats off to Sunny who has remembered my name and always has a smile and warm greeting. The only challenge is getting into their lot. They have let the landscaping go wild and iit boths blocks ones ability to see traffic when exiting their lot . Down right dangerous. Many of the parking spaces near the entrance have bush branches growing into the parking spaces. The bushes at their front doors are also a hazard as they block the view of both cars and peopleSomeone is going to get hit or have an accident in their lot.

I often like to stand outside the building and watch people come in and out. I havent worked up the courage to walk in yet. But from the outside it looks like a good store.

My insurance forced me to move my prescriptions to CVS from Sam’s Club. If I didn’t switch, then I could no longer get my prescriptions refilled. Guess that’s what happens when insurance and big pharmacies buy each other!Anyway, I tried this location out, and I will be transferring to another location just as soon as possible. Here are the reasons:1. You will be on hold for 10+ minutes just waiting for them to pick up the phone.2. The pharmacy techs talk over you and interrupt you constantly!3. If there is a problem with a refill that your doctor has called in and notified you that it was called in to the pharmacy, the pharmacy waits until you come to pick up the prescription to tell you there is a problem... insurance won’t cover it anymore, they are out of the medication, etc. A phone call ahead of time would be appreciated! Not a fan of this location!

Forced to use CVS because of my insurance. They never have my medication in stock. Unlike other pharmacies, they cant even be bothered to pick up the phone to help me figure out which locations (if any) have it. Management couldnt care less about never having it in stock. Consistently worst experience Ive ever had with a pharmacy. Go to Liberty Pk location instead, or avoid CVS in general. One pharmacist recommended a woman some homeopathic remedies for a young child with the flu, which is dangerous and potentially fatal advice.
