Poorly managed and the diesel pumps are junk! Ive had trouble with employees being rude at this location before. On my most recent visit, the pump would not work. Hit the help button a couple of times, got no answer. I left the handle off the pump to show people the the pump was out of order. Went to the other diesel pump and the handle was leaking very bad so I decided to go to another station. As I was leaving, an employee came out and gave me a death stare. Then put the handle back on the pump. I stopped to tell her the pump didnt work and she gave me the meanest look she possibly could then ignored me an stomped off.I will avoid this location in the future.

Usually nice staff, clean store and come here often for different things but just had an issue with a hold on my debit card I was trying to get resolved and was asking for a corporate number to call and the young girl behind the counter that I wasnt even talking to got real rude and put in her opinion into my conversation with the man who was helping me. So a good store besides that employee who probably needs a lesson in how to not be rude and mind her business.

Love there ice cream. Bathrooms always clean. Workers are attentive and nice. Rewards card is helpful. Havent got bad gas from them ever.

Clean open late. It was midnight and they were fully open (not currently unavailable because its being cleaned). It was a fully functioning, completely stocked and cleaned convenience store. A complete combo not seen too much these days.

Judi shouldnt be working there. Had to tell her six times the pump I was using for gas and she STILL got it wrong. Needs some hearing aids.

There seems to be a couple employees here who dont bother to check up on customers going up to the counter, and wait to see if anyone else will go up first, but love that its 24hrs, and never really deal with certain or most pumps not being able to be used for whatever reason, and my favorite - their malts arent super watery, and is blended perfect every time Ive come in :)

My sister went and picked up some drinks for us some shakes and Darlene the manager was very rude there was hair on my drink so I called to say Im not mad but theres hair on my drink I just wanted to let you know and her response was I quote I really cant believe that because I made them and I know there wasnt anything on that and when my sister ordered a third drink she said you could have told me that so I could have made them all at the same time I called twice and both times she was very rude Im going to have to call again tomorrow because she was the only manager there very disappointed worst UDF experience Ive ever had in my life

If you’re always running out of donuts why wouldn’t you make/order more from the facility. Don’t expect to get any after 11am. Staff is always friendly.

They have excellent chocolate malted shakes. And good ice cream and cones. Good place for desert or if you need something quick on the way home.

Friendly service. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt. Convenience store area was well stocked. Employees were courteous and seemed to be oriented towards providing good customer service.

Came for birthday ice cream with the family. Would have been 5 stars but the dining area was a mess. Floors,tables and chair were all covered in crumbs and sprinkles.

Its a great place to get unique items only they make and thats a plus.

Cant beat UDF. NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR GAS AGAIN! I just join there rewards system to track and collect points to save you money. We really love there chocolate shakes too. Great place to fill up your truck and grab a snack as well. Ive even had breakfast sandwiches there, which I did not enjoyed for which is why I gave them 4 stars

They keep raising their prices and despite the staff being nice, its just a really bad value. Grill items are way more than any other quick shop, they raised the prices on drinks, and the icecream is really pricey. It is nice though, I just have a hard time going there anymore because there is no called proposition.

I have no problem recommending this particular UDF location! Even when busy, the staff is always friendly and checkout is quick and easy. I travel from Dayton to Lebanon about once a week, and will often stop in this store for a drink or snack along the way. Indeed, it has become my go to stop during those trips to Lebanon.

7am - stopped to get some jackd up Java and both big containers were bone dry. So figured some white chocolate cappuccino would be a good substitute and guess what?? All out .Came out as just water. The line is always ridiculous at this location too.

Im always in the mood for some ice cream and they always have my favorite flavors. Every now and then I want a quick snack thats why I get my grip and my diet Coke.

The place had no help, took us over 30 min to get helped. The one poor lady was waiting on the gas & convenient store side & the ice side. If I hadnt been their with my grandson eagerly waiting for his ice cream cone, I would have left.

Large, well kept store with friendly and professional employees. One delightful young man with green hair went above and beyond making my shake. I go at least once a week!

The gasoline was the cheapest around and the eggnog milkshake was terrific.

Getting gas there is fine. Howrver, when I went to buy a drink, the counter staff couldnt care less. She looked at me and just continued working with her back to me. When she did ring me up, no apologies or friendly attitude.

There was one person ahead of me giving ice cream and I stood in line waiting for over 15 minutes. Then just for one dip of ice cream on a cone over $3 really I could have got a milkshake for $0.50 more their prices are outrageous and I wouldnt have to wait in line so long that somebody they knew walked in and they all had to run out there and hug him and talk to him before waiting on me and the person at the register.

Very good service, the only thing is that they are a little slow. I think there slow due to being understaffed. Otherwise the store is very clean and the gas pumps are easy to use.

I drive all over town for work and this UDF is one of the better ones. Always clean and the lines are never too long.

The staff at the middltown location are rude . takes forever to go through the line to order icecream. I have seen them have 3 people up at the registers with no customers, and the ice cream line have over 7 people waiting to order with only one person working it.

Ive been here multiple times and have not had issues for the most part, but I usually pay with debit and want a reprint of my receipt with the final amount once I finish pumping my gas. Tonight I tried to get the reprint, waited 30 mins, and still never got the receipt I waited for. Their computer system clearly sucks, or they need to better train their employees, or maybe a mix of both. I was not a happy customer tonight (and that is very out of character for me).

Glad they finally put a UDF around this location. Since it came here it has shut down the marathon that was across the street which was overcharging people and had very poor service. This UDF definitely has better service and better prices. If you want to get gas or use the restroom, while passing through you better do it now theres not a place for a little while

Management is horrible here. I prepaid for $100 of gas and the pump shut off at $55. And then they said they didnt have changed give me because they had already put it in the vault. They were able to take the change from another register but it took about 10 minutes

I havent had alot of problems with this place but there was this one time that i got a giant ... while waiting for my giant i paid for it. Than she gave me a large i told her i got a giant .. and she replied with, i put the amount of ice cream a giant would have i was in a hurry and just didnt want to fight so i left with my large .. im pretty sure this person doesnt work here anymore but employees need to be smarter and fix their mistakes instead of lying ... i was going to give it a 3 star but ill give you a 4 star since i havent had any other problems

Always like to treat ourselves to UDF shakes and malts when we got extra money. So when went there last night and of course the dude making our shakes just started two days ago. They werent any good :(. Very runny and my hubby got a malt and they forgot to put the malt powder in.
