This is my review, others may vary in experience.Great service, and very helpful with finding sunglasses. Not pushy trying to sell items to me and also quite knowledgeable about the products. Bought new sunglasses and they even took the time to peel the stickers off the lenses before giving them to me. Overall a great experience with great customer service. And even though they are quite pricy for sunglasses to me, its decent quality but definitely not step proof. Hence the reason to purchase another pear.

The manager Blake and her employee Rachel were fast and friendly. I came in to order two pairs of Holbrooks, one for myself and the other for my girlfriend. The manager Blake honored the bogo 50% off. As I was walking out I saw a pair of Frogskins in the color my girlfriend wanted but wasn’t available in the Holbrooks. I purchased the Frogskins as a third pair and Blake gave me the 50% off discount as well! I will definitely return for further purchases and will recommend this store
Very nice employees that went above and beyond! Didnt care about having to sanitized the 10 pairs down glasses I tried on to adhere to COVID guidelines they just kept helping me find the perfect pair of glasses! Great work team!

The CSR was very informed and helpful but not pushy, she let the product and quality speak for itself. After trying on a few pairs and finding one I liked and went through the mall looking for other options but nothing came close to the aviators I found in the Oakley store.

Honestly, had no clue what glasses to pick. But the guy in the store had lots of input and helped me pick a pair that i liked and that looked good on my face. Also, if you dont believe that video on the color contrast difference on the Prizm or that its exaggerated, BELIEVE IT!! You cant really tell the contrast in person at the store, but as i was driving home I could see straight through the woods on the side of the highway. The greens POPPED. My friend said the contrast was much more than his $350 RayBans when I payed about $190 after tax. Completely worth it.

I just finished working with Blake about a pair of sunglasses for my son. I had a question and she answered it completely. She was fair and my son left very satisfied. The next pair of glasses I buy for myself will be purchased from this store. This was great customer service.
I recently bought a pair of prescription sunglasses one of the nose pads fell out. I went back to the store they told me I had to contact Oakley directly. After filing a claim they want me to pop out the lenses mail in the frames and charge me $22.50. Which I think is just plain ridiculous. I emailed the email address on the bottoms and it’s get returned to me. I have emailed other email addresses same thing. I have sent a message on Facebook no response. I would make comments on their posts still nothing. I just need a nose pad replaced why is this whole thing just a huge ordeal
Bradley is the man! Helped me out and answered all my questions and gave me some excellent advice. Definitely stop here if you’re in cool springs area!
